Outstanding Tool for Personalized E-Commerce Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Bloomreach for some time now on a daily base, and it has taken our e-commerce strategy to the next level. We're especially impressed by its personalization capabilities and seamless data integration.
Bloomreach excels in its ability to deliver highly personalized customer experiences. The AI-driven recommendations are incredibly accurate, allowing us to present relevant products to our users and boost engagement. The platform's intuitive interface makes it easy for our team to set up campaigns and analyze performance without extensive training. Additionally, the seamless integration with our existing systems ensures smooth operations and fast implementation of new features. The ability to customize every aspect of the user journey is truly a standout feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Bloomreach is a powerful platform, the initial setup and configuration can be complex and time-intensive, especially for teams without prior experience. Additionally, some advanced features require a steep learning curve to fully leverage their potential. Occasional delays in support response times can be a challenge when urgent issues arise. However, once everything is up and running, the platform's benefits far outweigh these initial hurdles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us tackle the challenge of delivering personalized shopping experiences at scale. By leveraging its AI-driven recommendations and advanced segmentation, we can present the right products to the right customers at the right time, significantly improving engagement and conversion rates. It also simplifies managing and analyzing customer data, enabling us to make informed decisions quickly. These capabilities have streamlined our workflows, increased efficiency, and ultimately boosted both customer satisfaction and revenue.

Haven't given a 10, because nobody is perfect!
The response on live chat is usually pretty swift which is great. You can ask all kinds of things and they'll try to help. Usually the answer is clear and gets you back on track.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't feel confident in the answer from - either in my understanding of the way they try to explain something, or that they truly understand it themselves!
When you duplicate things, they're just given exactly the same name. It would be helpful if they were given, for example, '(copy)' at the end of the title.

Unlocking Personalisation potential with intuitive CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Through the first year of using Bloomreach it has completly changed the way we use our guest data. As a company we are able to personalise comms to a high level and create an individual communication piece to our database with simple data flows to create this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not come across anything as of yet that I dislike about this product. Very seemless user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Higher level of personalisation that gives an enhanced experience to our guests. We have also been able to build personalised behaviourals that have had initial success in increasing sales.
Bloomreach Discovery is a Merchandiser's Dream Program!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Bloomreach Discovery is how easy it is to use! The intuitive dashboard makes it easy to pull reports and re-merchandise assortments. The dashboard provides the necessary tools any merchandiser would need to make data-driven decisions to better leverage their e-commerce KPIs and provide the best-in-class shopping experience to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say there are any downsides to using Bloomreach Discover.

Bloomreach has helped us boost our e-commerce KPIs and leverage those metrics to create a best-in-class shopping expereince for customers.
The Ultimate CRM & Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's an integrated, all-in-one service that functions as a CRM, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Database, Website Testing, Segmentation and so much more. Customer support on the account management level is incredible, while the live chat is also speedy and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky at times (especially when creating emails), and there's a learning curve to get through to be able to use to its maximum potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything to do with customer and customer data (be it zero party or third party), and marketing utilising that data.
Powerful and comprehensive, but still easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach Engagement is a highly capable CDP, but it goes beyond that. It can serve as an all-in-one solution for marketing automation. Considering the complexity of the platform, its usability is impressive — you don’t need to be a tech expert to run segmentations or personalize website experiences. Perhaps the best part is the Blommreach team. They are genuinely committed to helping partners and customers succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to criticize, especially compared to competitors. However, one slight drawback could be the price point, which isn’t on the lower end. Additionally, while the usability is excellent, the platform can feel complex for smaller teams without adequate support or for inexperienced users.

We are solving complex marketing automation challenges for our clients with bloomreach, leveraging the CDP approach of the tool.

Bloomreach is a powerful customer data platform capturing engagement, sales and first party data and allowing us to run complex analysis. This data can then be used to power all of our customer engagement, from onsite to email, digital and print marketing a nd SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the data available and customisable in Bloomreach they platform requires quite a steep learning curve to use the most powerful features.

Bloomreach is allowing us to understand our customers and deliver tailored experiences across multiple channels.

Easy to use. Customer's support in Chatm, really love it. Constantly have improvement

No demo for new function. The template is limited, no instruction.

Bloomreach helps solve the problem of repetitive tasks by allowing us to easily clone reports, scenarios, banners, and dashboards. This significantly reduces the time spent on manual duplication, enabling us to streamline our workflows and focus on more strategic activities. As a result, we save time and avoid repetitive work, increasing overall efficiency.
An all in one CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
A central location for all of our zero party data, allowing us to create business reports to look into the product performance, customer retention, business growth, as well as the ability to actively generate ROI with email campaigns, be it triggered or BAU newsletters.
The on-boarding team created a smooth journey of integration, from connecting our Shopify+ account to linking our Meta ad accounts so that we're able to incorporate ad audience building to increase the efficiency of our Paid media ad spend.
I use the platform every day as the Senior CRM Executive at LOVALL and the UI makes it incredibly easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some scenarios that we try to deploy that require an in-depth knowledge of Jinja, however the chat support team are always very reliable to solve our queries in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing strategy, BAU and triggered campaigns, as well as customer data that allows us to report on Business performance.
