Limitless possibilities in setting up CRM campaigns.
What do you like best about the product?
For me it's the best tool I ever tried. Marketing flows can be personalized down to the smallest detail for specific target groups. Every idea in a CRM manager's head can be implemented. Bloomreach Support is a great help here.
What do you dislike about the product?
- no chance to change the html code of the survey function
- no possibility to activate deleted campaigns
- no possibility to activate deleted campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach enables us a bundled communication to our customers through various channels (website, e-mail, customer portal). Futher we have different target groups with different restrictions in communications (depends from which channel the customer came from). Bloomreach is perfect for handle these cases.

Everything in one tool. Enhanced customer journey orchestration. Easy to use. Custom configuration.

Some of the features are non-customizeable.

We can now deliver more accurate customer experinces matching the individual customer

What do you like best about the product?
Having worked with Exponea / Bloomreach for over 7 years I have been impressed with the staff I've worked with most of all.
I also appreciate the user friendly nature of automations in particular, and also the constant additions of new elements to the platform such as Loomi.

What do you dislike about the product?
As Bloomreach has grown the lean towards the hard sell has also grown.
It's important as a user that the providers you work with understand your business including finances / resource before wasting time on talks on upgrading accounts ect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach supports us in a single customer view we struggled to get with other platforms. We have chosen to move all data to Bloomreach and expand users with access due to this.
The platform has many functions and features, lot's of possibilities and many use cases
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can built scenarios with many cases for our newsletter marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is way too complicated for me, because of all the functions and stuff. I like Jinja but I hate to work with it, because I do not have the knowledge.

Newsletter marketing, recommandations in shop + newsletter, marketing automation, shipment mailings

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, ok customer support. It used to be better but I think it is going to be better again.

Slow sometimes when you upload vouchers or are working with customer properties.

Working with customer journeys (auto email) and also working with pop-up on site and push and SMS.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most advanced tools on the market. The tool's outstanding support and usefulness is on a completely different level than all other CRM tools I have been using.

Sometimes it's a little slow when you send a lot of campaigns

Advanced personalization, customer segmentation and communication distribution

Is not really friendly in terms of what you see is what you get, yoou need a little acknoledgwe of code to do the templates

Now everything (data, email sender, etc) are in a single platform
Flexible, Scalable, and Fast!
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach eliminates most of the pain points marketers might have with other platforms such as slow load times, inflexibility with integrations & paid add ons for new and innovative features. My team feel motivated and excited to get stuck in with Bloomreach as they finally feel like they're able to action ideas and we're being enabled by, instead of restricted by, Bloomreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing process is a step change away from many providers which can take some time to get used to. There is a steep learning curve for the tool which can be a challenge for more junior members
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to action - following a trade initiative we are able to action and send a campaign within the hour. We don't have to wait for manual lists to be pulled by the BI team, complex segment set ups or restrictions by lack of integrations.
Very versatile platform, unlimited possibilities and great team/support.

Sometimes it can be too technical, however there is always great support on hand to help.

Excellent reliable customer support
What do you like best about the product?
They are one of the few martech companies Ive come across that have effective and reliable customer support. They often go above and beyond and are invested in setting you up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is highly customized and particular. This allows you to do almost everythign and anything but at the same time, sometimes basic functionality is more complicated than it needs to be.
