Maybe report generation, but bloomreach is already working on that and trying to simplify it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with segmentation, which is important these days.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Bloomreach is the Omnichannel approach and the flexibility in creating campaigns for different language domains in a single go. In contrast, in other platforms, we have to create different dashboards for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reposts are a bit tricky to make and less information is available online. It would be great if you could simplify the process of creating the segments and reports like other tools. Too complicated when it comes to Bloomreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of the omnichannel approach and creating an A/B test for the Landing pages have been solved.

Personalising our on-site content using Bloomreach

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach has been my first forray into personalising content, single customer view etc, and the platform has been a fantastic introduction into the possibilities when it comes to getting the right content in front of the right user. We primarily work within Experiments and Weblayers, and the Bloomreach interface is so simple and user-friendly when it comes to making changes to existing content, or even creating brand new modals, pop-ups and banners to surface across our website. The filters are incredibly intuitive and easy to set up, save and re-use across multiple workstreams, and the analytics dashboards are expansive and contain all of the relevant data for the metrics we are tracking. The AI tool for creating new dashboards on the spot is particularly useful as well. Actually implementing tests once created is a doddle, and it has given our team (marketing) a lot more ownership of these types of experiments, whereas previously this was something almost entirely owned by a separate produce department. The customer support is second-to-none, with live chat being available to help out with any issues, almost at a moment's notice, and for more in-depth, development support, the team are always willing to jump on a call or lend their experence where they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion the page editor in experiments can feel a bit clunky, and sometimes changes to HTML either don't seem to take effect or result in an on-page experience that is unexpected. However live chat are always on hand to resolve any issues that I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a holiday business, every one of our customers wants something different in their search; whether it's a cheap break, a range of options to choose from, specific activity-based experiences, sustainable hotels etc etc. Previously we were not able to target individual customers (or segments) with tailored messaging, content, imagery, promotions - we simply had to go with the prominent demographic. Using Bloomreach we can now personalise every landing page to the specific customer need, showcasing highly-relevant products and promotions in a way that maximises conversion opportunities whilst still achieving our other important on page goals (SEO etc).

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support replies very quickly and is very friendly. They also help you by giving you more information so you can learn how to fix some problems yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interphase change in the customer support window because I can't copy and paste pictures to give more details about issues. Is not practical to have to save the picture and then attach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me with some data import issues and also with the integration of data to create new events within our projects. They also help me improve reports and set up the right conditions to get the information I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Bloomreach to be user-friendly, easy, and quick. I also use features like managed endpoints, weblayers, and scenarios in my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find accessing content for personalization with Jinja and removing content through the catalogs to be challenging. It takes a bit to readjust and adapt when setting things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bloomreach for engagement. It assists with outbound and inbound CRM campaigns, and it's user-friendly, easy, and quick.

An excellent all-in-one platform

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting ability as well as the onhand support for every issue you may face. They are very quick at getting back to you and are able to escalate as/when needed if they are unable to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a voucher generator, such as is available in Klaviyo was a frustration of ours, although our CSM was able to point us the right direction of an excellent app to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach are helping us provide the C-suite reporting and analytics that GA4 fell way short of. We now also use the platform for all on-site data collection, the custom weblayers offer a seamless experience for both us and the user, allowing us to collect email, phone, and key demographic data that aids us in growing audience lists and the intelligence of our reporting.

Best solution for medium and large businesses customer management and retention

What do you like best about the product?
Despite its potential complexity, the system offers simple yet sophisticated solutions suitable for smaller businesses as much for large corporations. Bloomreach can grow with your business, in fact it helps to grow it more than anything else. For smaller organisations or beginners it offers plenty of pre-defined options that enable quick start and great number of learning sources and documentation to get you on board and develop your campaigns and customer management further. Large organisations appreciate the flexibility that comes with Bloomreach in terms of pre-definer or easily built connectors for their other systems and detailed reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of options is enormous and for newbies it could be jungle to cut through at first, so guidance from skilled user or consultant is important in order not to get lost among all the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified customer data collection and management for segmentation, managing email marketing campaigns and communicating with other marketing tools with highly targeted marketing

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Bloomreach daily by multiple people and it is a powerful tool with a lot of possibilities. At this moment we can't think of anything that we are missing in the tool. Support is always available to help in case of need and with their help, we managed to fix any issue we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Maybe an update of the surveys because usage is quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of marketing activities. Personalization in email or web campaigns. Frequent email campaigns.

Fantastic CDP/CRM with incredible support

What do you like best about the product?
The live chat support and help from our CSM is incredible, I've not seen support as good as this from any SAAS product. When we have issues on setting up campaigns, or dashboards, we get live chat help within the platform within a matter of minutes.

The API is incredibly straightforward to work with as well, so integrations have been very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a learning curve to overcome for dashboard creation, though this can be overcome through support. Once you've got the hang of setup it's actually really straightforward to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this as out full CDP, storing all data and events related to customers on our platforms. We also use the platform for communicating with our guests through the database, across email , push and advertising audiences.
