What do you like best about the product?
The best and most affordable option on the market! Full channel automation, powerful lifecycle marketing, easy multi-language campaigns, and a user-friendly platform with phenomenal customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can't think of anything, my expectations are surpassed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a fast-paced environment with last-minute projects, Bloomreach saves us with its visual builders, use case scenarios, and straightforward setup which eliminates the need for extensive checks on dynamic blocks or coding accuracy across devices. This not only sped up campaign creation but also drastically reduced errors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so "easy" and user friendly. It has all the functionalities that you need and they actually work. You can spend time being a marketeer and not spend time on bugs and too much code. You can tell it has learned from its forerunners and implemented so many funtionalities and views etc that I have missed in other similar tools (SFMC for example).
What do you dislike about the product?
That more than one person cannot work in the same scenario at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with our users in a smooth way, making it easy to set up scenarios and stick to our CRM strategy without needing to "simplyfy" it due to technical difficulties.

It has struggled sometimes in segmenting data across multiple websites under one account

Moving the business from B2B to B2C necessitated a greater understanding of our customers, which Engagement has delivered brilliantly.

What do you like best about the product?
BLoomreach is a platform with all the possebities to deliver a personalized customer experience. If you are an advanced user and like a platform with no limits, BLoomreach is the way to go. To compare. Hubspot is like an Iphone, functions are locked and limited but fairly easy. Bloomreach is like an Android where everything is available and anything is possible.

If I had my own company in the B2C sector, which is where I work atm. I would choose Bloomreach for sure. Best platform I'v worked in and iv worked in a few.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much tbh.. I feel like Bloomreach offers everything. There is a slight bigger learning curve then any other CRM but when all makes sense, its fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves any problem when it comes to automation. You could basicly think how far you want outside the box when it comes to personalisation and automation. when you have a final plan and a marketing plan/strategy to implement, you know that somution will be possible inside the platform. THere is not much that I havnt been able to do.

It is a bit too much focused on e-commerce which makes your job a bit harder when implementing a project from other niche.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution to bring our user data sources into one and then be able to act on them with complex communication scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage without the need of knowing SQL or HTML. The platform comes with excellent customer support. Implementation is easy as compared to any other CDP platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything so far. However, I feel the platform should have more features in scenarios, such as setting conditions on the scenario level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Customer View enables the client to unlock many use cases. ESP capability on Bloomreach helps the client to move away from different platforms to one. Audience segmentation & activation helps the client to unleash the power of first-party data and activate it on other platforms such as social & DV360.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach's offers a ton of flexibility, reducing the need to invest in multiple invididual tools meaning improved cost efficiences and increased speed from insight to action, as we're able to analyse and execute on multiple channels, all from the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users Bloomreach can be a bit of a learning curve but it's a worthwhile investment of time and they offer plenty of training opportunities and resources. Their public knowledgebase is also incredibly helpful as a user, but also while we were vetting Bloomreach against other providers as it gave us a good overview of what's actually possible within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach has helped us gain a much deeper understanding of our customers including their behavioural patterns and preferences through its single customer view, and personalise their experience using the same tool. This was especially important for us as we were previously using multiple tools for difference purproses and the integrations between each were proving limited and highly time consuing to maintain. It's helped us scale our e-commerce growth across our multiple brands, markets, categories, and customer segments and track performance against our core KPIs in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales process was very polished & clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product lacks basic functionality like adding congfigurable hero HTML. It's architecture is fragile & breaks down whenever one of the several inputs isn't precisely configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's attempting to provide relevant search results, flexible CMS, and content personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
We found the Bloomreach Implementation team to be very helpful during our implementation process. Post install, the technical support team and live chat have been very beneficial to have on hand for questions as they come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to edit data once in production has been limiting for us, especially given some mistakes that were made on our side during the initial implementation.

Single platform to hold our e-commerce customer data for quick reporting.
