Extremely flexible and very effective for analysing and delivering personalised campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use once fully learnt, the flexibility of the tool, always listening to feedback and improving the service, the customer support is always very helpful and do everything they can to find a solution to your problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve, every now and then it can be slow however this happens once in a blue moon.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer support. Whatever questions you may have, they always go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Everyone is super nice! The platform itself is super easy to use and getting in touch with the support team is fast and very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any growing company, some issues may arise along the way but the Bloomreach support team is always there to assist and provide a quick solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integration, automation and personalization. It greatly benefits our email campaigns as we can provide a much better and efficient customer journey with Bloomreach.
Amazing platform support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is, whilst being a completely flexible to match our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the JINJA logic requires a bigger brain that mine, but with some research and trial and error - some powerful pursonalisation can be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the customers in-session intent is very important, showing them the right content at the right time to nudge is providing a better experience and driving revenue.

Very customisable, a lot of data and information to use any way you wish, chat support is very helpful with most problems I face.

Documentation can be confusing sometimes and it can be difficult to find the page I need

the many different tools that are combined in it that you can use for your daily marketing. Also the customer support is very helpfull and fast. If i have questions. they are always happy to help out!

BloomReach is amazing! I use it daily to send emails and create web layers and automated scenarios. Customer support is top-notch. Also, it's super easy to navigate it considering the number of features it offers.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about BloomReach.

BloomReach is giving me a 360 view on customers and the capability to reach each one in the best possible way.

Maybe report generation, but bloomreach is already working on that and trying to simplify it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Bloomreach is the Omnichannel approach and the flexibility in creating campaigns for different language domains in a single go. In contrast, in other platforms, we have to create different dashboards for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reposts are a bit tricky to make and less information is available online. It would be great if you could simplify the process of creating the segments and reports like other tools. Too complicated when it comes to Bloomreach.

The problem of the omnichannel approach and creating an A/B test for the Landing pages have been solved.
