Always Bloomreach!
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is absolutely the best tool! Its easy to use, very intuitive. Uses SQL logic to create segmentations. Love the scenarios cretion and how you can see if there is a problem. Customer support is amazing, always ready to help out, if they dont know what the issue is, they will find somebody or give contact and then they chceck in if my problem is solved or the person helped me enought. Implementation is eaysy, I guess, not my field. But everytime I need to add something or import somebody get it done. I use Bloomreach everyday. Sometimes I just check someting, sometimes I spend hours. Bloomreach is very complex and its impossible for me to already know everything but which each new experience I find it more and more usefull and easy to use. Thank you fot the multilevel reporting, still didnt get much time to explore it but its very usefull. Finnaly got the chance to tall to the AI tool. Also very usefull!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only 3 thing I would love to have in Bloomreach, that are not there now.
1) all countries in the same currency! Right now I have to convert currency by hand in my reviews.
2) I cant save my jinja code untill its completely correct. This way I cant work on something than save it and come back to it later. I know I can use Visual Studio code, but that another tool, it would be great if even not ready code could be saved with red mark on it, to visually show its not done.
3) start using the decimal , and not . thnaks that would also help alot, since I have to convert the numbers I download.

Thanks to Bloomreach we have almost everything in our hand, like 90 % of the thing I need to achieve I can do it with Bloomreach. Sure, we sometimes get to some limities, but we can always work our way around it and we have all the Bloomreach support to help us.

What I like most about Bloomreach is the user-friendliness and the quick support available if you're unsure about something.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is tailored for e-commerce, and this sometimes becomes evident, which can pose challenges in development projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach has helped us elevate our communication to both members and non-members. Previously, we sent traditional editorial emails that were sent to everyone. Now, we have the opportunity to use the data we have and personalize the content for each individual recipient.

Ease of integration and flexible. catalog is great and the tools they have in the platform to capture data is also very helpful. custom support is good

Better API documentation can be helpful. cost is very high.

Support chat – It's difficult to look up ticket history or find specific details.
New chat – The constant email notifications are a bit annoying. I even received emails for my own comments, but I understand that's now standard for other vendors as well.

Technology is behind current trends, support lacking, templating limited, sales practice unhelpful
What do you like best about the product?
Quite a lot is packed into one system, but arguably this is a bad thing as not one of them is cutting edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not hard to use, but other platforms are better. The support is generally unhelpful with anything more than a basic problem going unfixed or taking a lond time. The template language is not a full implementation so it's hard to learn. Also, if you run over expect a conversation about your options very close to the contract end giving you little time to consider anything else.

Easy of usw of most parts of the Search and Merchandizing Products and Customer service responses time is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting tools are not as easy to use as one would like. The data is there most of the times just complicated to get what we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to setup marketing promotions for the most part, though are eccommerce platform has limited some if the use of the features Bloomreach has to offer. Search works great returning results relevent to the customers searches.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is an easy to use tool, very user friendly, but you're also capable of working in-depth with your data, create omni channel marketing campaigns and also have the tools to analyse and report on the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
After almost 1 year using bloomreach, I have yet to find a feature I dislike. When our team had an issue with a snippet, the support team worked to improve it almost instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have all tools in one same environment, Bloomreach, it is also easier to use than our previous marketing tool and more potent. The transition has been smooth, and most problems were generated by the previous tool that was over complicating things, but once we had the processes migrated, making everything work on Bloomreach was much easier.

Bloomreach is an extremely intuitative platform that allows us to scale communications to our customers effortlessly. It integrates with our other marketing platforms brilliantly for passing audience insights across.
I would definitely recommend using Bloomreach Engagement due to its simple UX yet capability to solve numerous business problems such as capturing and storing consent, regulatory requirements and testing at scale.

That there's no auto-save when working in-scenario and that multiple users cannot collabortate on one scenario at once.

Bloomreach allows us to activate more segments of our customers than we were able to using other platforms.
Excellent analytics, targeted messaging: Bloomreach is taking it up a notch!
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach integrates customer data seamlessly for targeted communications across various channels. The platform, with its slight learning curve, is supported by a dedicated Customer Success Manager and an online support team. Robust reporting eliminates data export needs, allowing easy creation of insightful tables, graphs, and charts. In my brief experience, Bloomreach has proven exceptionally effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve - regarding segmentation/report building - to get a hang of but it isn't too difficult to learn and there are loads of resources: support team, BR academy, documentation and your very own CSM.

Bloomreach solves the following problems:
- Quickly an effectively targeting the right customer with the right message at the right time
- Allows split testing functionality with statistical significance calculations to determine which split performed best
- Easy reporting within the platform makes sharing KPIs, findings, recommendations with the wider team efficient.
- Customer tracking is easy with their single customer view.
