BloomReach: Elevating Your Digital Experience
What do you like best about the product?
BloomReach offers AI-powered personalization, advanced search, and SEO optimization. It provides seamless omnichannel experiences, robust content management, and scalability for business, ensuring superior customer engagement and growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly costly and its vendor lock-in makes feel locked for longer time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful when it comes to multi channel support, search and navigation, personalization.
Everything was top of standard. From the platform up to the customer service, it was very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one service platform tool where we can create multiple actions and enhanced great profitability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the data is not accurate. Im having also a hard time pulling some data especially with the new updated platform. For me, the old bloomreach interface is more user-friendly than the updated one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In all marketing aspects, bloomreach is very helpful providing accurate marketing results. It is also helping our business growth and creating actionable improvements.
Great Product & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach made it really easy to store data from various sources using different intergrations methods to truly provide a single view of a customer. It is easy to use and the onboarding team have been great in answering questions and overcoming any challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documenation in some areas needs to be updated as the product continues to grow, some of the documentation was outdated but still helps in finding the correct way to complete the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping to solve the biggest challenge of being able to view a single truth of the customer and journey they go through from start to finish with our products. Its lets us easily see where we have gaps in Marketing and analyse the impact of changes made.
Bloomreach is one of the best CDP/CRM tools to use for starters in the e-commerce industry.
What do you like best about the product?
The new features (such as product recommendation, new integrations) were really a great addition. We were able to use it in a lot of our campaigns although we had issues during the implementation, the support team helped us resolve it. They constantly roll-out new features (AI) to keep up with the technology. I also like that they hold webinars to keep you updated on the new features and best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a bit overwhelming at first, BUT it'll be easier to navigate once you get the hang of it. Some of the modules (like filtering on the reports, display of graphs, analysis etc.) could still be improved. I suggest a bit of a user view personalization (like widegets and user groups) would be good to simplify and streamline the user experience. the pricing could be another factor but I guess you get what you pay for.

Marketing automation, unified customer view, campaign personalization, reports generation all in one platform.
Incredibly advanced yet easy to use customer data platform
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is very advanced in terms of spread of their product. You can create incredibly advanced email templates, push notifications, weblayers and much more. I can hardly think of anything that is not possible. Their support is also very fast and helpful!

Limited email service provider integration and complicated creation of reports

What do you like best about the product?
They went absolutely above and beyond to help me with my issue in regards of connecting an integration in BloomReach with MSSQL hosted in Azure.
Their team went full effort and we tried a bunch of things. The communications was solid, clear and swift. Resulting in a success story.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major faults or minus point, perhaps updating their documentation so it is more clearer from the get go.

Bloomreach Engagement is very easy to use and straightforward tool. I like recommendations models, ad audiences, weblayer campaigns and all newsletter automated scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too complex reporting, the interface seems too broad and struggle to connect the data for the customers attributes.

Bloomreach benefits us with customer retention, segmentation and revenue generation.
