What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach manages to be intuative to use whilst also offering great depth and complexity allowing us to understand and leverage our customer data to build best-in-class segmentation and scenarios. Our knowledgable and friendly support team make getting the most out of the platform a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about Bloomreach and my experience with them.

Bloomreach gives us a holistic view of our customer in a single location allowing us to activate against our data in real-time to serve our customers and meet business needs.

Great program
What do you like best about the product?
I've been working in Bloomreach for 5 weeks now and I have to say that it has lots of possibilities! I think I learned to make newsletters in the program within 2 weeks. So it is easy to learn and use! Our team makes up to 30 newsletters a week so this is important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have some trouble with saving when my collegue and I are working in the same scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
Now that we are fully integrated, what I like most is the realization that almost any task or conceptual flow is achievable if you’re willing to think outside the box. That 'box' becomes infinitely bigger once you immerse yourself in what Bloomreach has to offer. By combining metrics, content sources, Loomi, expressions, customized content blocks, and webhooks, almost anything is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integrated solutions for our problems. As mentioned in my positive feedback, we are always trying to 'think out of the box' to make things work but the ideal should be an easy, scalable solution right from the start. I want Bloomreach to focus on better integrating these powerful tools and making them easier to use. Ultimately, the goal should be that technical skill level doesn't matter anymore; the system should just work.

Again it is easy to copy existing content over for various labels.

What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other more dated platforms, Bloomreach is a breeze to use, and efficient. I use Bloomreach every day, and find it second nature, building emails, scenarios and reporting on customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that you often need help, the customer support chat can be a little exhasperating. On the odd occasion I've felt I've had to walk them through things when I need the solution and wondered which one of us works for Bloomreach haha. They are extremely friendly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make its exptremely easy to A/B test emails, and analyse the data afterwards. For example, with Bloomreach I can A/B test two emails, sending each to 20% of our customer database, and send the remaining 60% to the winner. Not all platforms can support this test.

That you can make multiple automated scenarios, who only have to be set up once, which can boost the revenue everytime

BloomReach offers AI-powered personalization, advanced search, and SEO optimization. It provides seamless omnichannel experiences, robust content management, and scalability for business, ensuring superior customer engagement and growth.

It is slightly costly and its vendor lock-in makes feel locked for longer time.

It is very helpful when it comes to multi channel support, search and navigation, personalization.
Everything was top of standard. From the platform up to the customer service, it was very helpful

Sometimes, the data is not accurate. Im having also a hard time pulling some data especially with the new updated platform. For me, the old bloomreach interface is more user-friendly than the updated one.

In all marketing aspects, bloomreach is very helpful providing accurate marketing results. It is also helping our business growth and creating actionable improvements.
