What do you like best about the product?
Data insights to help determine best take with merchandising products
What do you dislike about the product?
too many self-learning documentations. Would prefer real life tutorial videos or active learning sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we're able to do work in advance with the use of the duration time stamps. The ability to launch and turn off rules allows us to get ahead with pre-work.
Good CDP and marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is quite intuitive and the tool overall is very powerful once you know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal data model is not the most flexible and needs quite a lot of hacks to do everything we'd like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Bloomreach as a CDP and marketing automation tool
Blazingly Fast CDP - In terms of self-serve reporting and on-hand support
What do you like best about the product?
Single timeline view of customer properties and events is fantastic. Despite having to work through billions of events and millions of customer records, reports are almost instantanious which is very impressive!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to answer questions which involve multiple event types as its not built like a typical relational database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding customer lifetime value, as well as handling our email marketing.
A fully flexible, powerful CDXP
What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Bloomreach engagement for coming up to 3 years now and we find the platform extremely flexible and it allows us to collate different customer data sources to create a single view of customers online and offline data to craft bespoke and personalised experiences for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up more complex use cases requires some more advanced technical knowledge, however the Bloomreach consultancy team are always on hand to assist with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach has provided us with single view of customers online and offline data which which has unlocked the ability to understand our customers behaviour and offer personalised experiences

What do you like best about the product?
Hard Id & soft id setup while getting new instance.It is helpful on profile merging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working Thread for file uploads are very low and it takes more time to upload files

Unifying customer profiles from different channels like Offline & online customers
A powerful tool once mastered
What do you like best about the product?
It gives a manageable oversight of content and what it will look like once published and offers a lot of flexibility in connecting with other systems making it ideal for multichannel content management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though highly flexible it does mean the system can be (overly) complicated at times, but this can usually be overcome by good documentation. It could use a good form solution that is easy to integrate and safe to use with GDPR rules in mind without having an impact on deployments of new versions

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud will manage and provide content for the website and several apps and other systems within the company and enable site management for some functions.
Bloomreach for Search and CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to integrate product data and content for search. The machine learning capability is good. With API and GQL compatibility, it is one of the important part of composable ecosystem. With Hippo, they have added CMS capability too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost structure of Blooomreach may be a little high compared to competitors. However, it is something that buyers can negotiate the terms with Bloomreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Composable search and use machine learning capabilities for recommendations. Added personalization to the mix. Cross-sell, Up-sell, Product search, relevant search and other related capabilities were leberaged.

When the tool is working and delivering.
What do you dislike about the product?
complicated and long implementation, not very proactive support in case of issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMS and digital experience cloud, allowing customers to get inspired and enable commercial initiatives on the B2B webshops
Good customer tool but tough implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Allows easy management of customers, with a wealth of data stored in one place for each customer. Creates a good environment to start targeting segments of customers differently to maximise both revenue and customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of limitations to certain aspects - data setup which is then set in stone (e.g. Product catalog searchable fields).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to target specific customer groups much more easily and gain insights from each of these customer groups.
Always delivers, satisfied with Bloomreach.

Easy learning curve. Simple UI and user friendly UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any major problems. The only thing I found is that the AI is not yet usable for different languages other than english.

Automated direct mails. A/B testing while sending direct mails. Weblayers.
