The live support team is wonderful!
What do you like best about the product?
Hands down the best thing about Bloomreach and Exponea is the live support. I appreciate Soumyashree's guidance on all of our questions. Whether its a silly or serious question, everyone seems to understand exactly what we are talking about and jump to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say much on the dislike. Everything is great!

The ability to create any report and break down our customer base has helped us analyze campaigns better and reach more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach help businesses deliver personalized content, product recommendation and search results based on customer's behaviour, preferences and intent. They have developed specific features and functionalities as compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach is a premium solution and it's pricing is relatively higher. It is a complex platform to implement and configure and requires technical expertise and time investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of providing personalized and optimised digital benifits for businesses. Bloomreach help me to analyse the user's data and take decision and as a result my business revenue grew by 25%.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical caphabilities. We're able to build many advanced stuf.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset manager could be better, would be nice to have video played from an email eg. And also if you made changes on one language eg. a CTA colour, you should be able to get that out to other language versions automatically.
And the namings for events eg. "purchase" item, is not intuitive. You need to be a technical user to learn this quick.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us storing a lot of data for customer profiles, so that we can tailor communication way better. And build up emails and flow easily.
It is great platform to automate customer engagement.

I like how many features Bloomreach has to offer: from creating email campaigns to sophisticated reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a pricey option, but in comparison with other competitors, it is not as expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach has added more customization options by bringing in new templates making my job easy. The interface is new and easy to interact. Improved AI features is a great add on recently. Overall, the application has improvised a lot, delivering good services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach has to work on application slowness. I'm still facing the lagging issues when working across different apps. Apart from that it's a good application to have.

Bloomreach is an all in one tool that integrate data from different sources and provides great analytics. Targetting group of customers is made easy. Features like automated emails works effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is really easy to use to manage search and content personalisation. The algorithm is great - it really does help with search results rankings without having to intervene. The dashboard is intuitive and it's easy to setup tweaks to further enhance search results if needed - there are many options to choose from, boosting or permanent placement at a certain location or adding synonyms. We also love the recommendations feature - it's really easy to setup widgets to further personalise the customer experience on our website. There is a lot of help content should you need it and we've never had an issue getting support via their ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like everything else, there are crossovers with other personalisation and optimisation tools. We have a few solutions in use at the moment so we might not be using Bloomreach to its full potential. This isn't so much a Bloomreach issue - it's more to consider what you already have and what specifically from Bloomreach you'll to focus on.

Bloomreach has been instrumental at solving many of our search issues - our customers are so much more happier with the search experience since we implemented Bloomreach. And at any given moment we are able to use this platform to deliver tweaks to respond to changing user needs.
Constantly surprising and opening new possibilities in the way we think and work
What do you like best about the product?
The first time I saw BR in action, I was impressed by the canvas for creating scenarios. And it is still one of the things where you can do impressive things quickly and conveniently. I also like making new segmentations and aggregates to your customer profiles based on their behavior that you can use further in your scenarios and analysis. The surveys are also welcome as you can cluster your customers based on their answers and act appropriately. And last but not least, the working environment is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach is not a database. You need to know how it works and learn the logic to get the maximum out of it. Reports are also not as flexible as one would expect (it is difficult to combine data from various events) and are limited in terms of the output number of rows.
Also, the number of events to be processed and stored will likely grow faster than expected, so be prepared to upgrade to a higher tier soon after the onboarding.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating marketing to customers from one place using various channels (newsletters, push notifications, sms) and enabling the personalized approach. It saves us time and brings more efficiency to what we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach combine the best tools a marketer needs with little time spending on integration. The possibility to match analytics behaviour with crm data is just amazing. I would like to say as well that the assistance is well prepared and really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other tools sometime the "query" in the scenario/campaign seems limited. Can happen that you need to create objects outside the scenario just to enable it.

Our requirement was for a tool that could manage website personalization, email marketing, and reporting in one place, without the need for extensive integration efforts. Bloomreach proved to be the ideal solution as it allowed us to avoid the hassle of aligning different systems and accomplish everything seamlessly.
Strongly Positive about Bloomreach
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and dashboard section, have been incredibly useful and very simple to use. In addition scenarios have made it easy to prep campaignes and flag customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data manager and tag manager section have been slightly confusing and hard to get the head round it. In additoin the Bloomreach website may be a bit slow at a time dispite having strong and fast enternet connection.

Bloomreach helps me to create user firendly reports and dashboards for other to be used. In addition a lot of A/B taesting have been done to build campaigns for the business
Great team and software
What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive and helpful support team who will often solve an issue o their own and just go here you go, which is really cool. Have been able to sort out most if not all of the problems we've been having.
What do you dislike about the product?
training could've been a bit better handled, there were a lot of bits within it that felt, more like ads for the software than an actual breakdown of the capabilities.

Getting a much stronger view of what the customer is doing and why they're doing it, then being able to goon and engage with the customer where they are with the language and content they respond to.
