User friendly and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The ux is very intuitive and extremely easy to learn. The platform offers tons of functionalities that tie together seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to receive more in depth data analytics. It is often difficult to find certain data points using the metrics tab and the dashboard could offer more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach allows me to develop complex scenarios which automatically deliver targetted communications to segmented audiences. As a content platform, this allows me to target different groups of users who belong to different stages of the user journey.
Uses, training and support
What do you like best about the product?
Great tools to make marketing easy for everyone. Creating automated campaigns blends functionality with ease abilty without sacfrising either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features can be quite hard to get hang of and supporting documents are a little hard to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us create automated personlised marketing for all our users.
Incredible Tool and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Support team is incredible, quick and helpful. They take our suggestions and work on implementing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tool has incredible potential but does fall short for specific uses. Their Recommendations and Coding shortfalls have made it hard to automate scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are incredible with email campaign creation and scheduling, and allow practically anything you throw at it. There is a bit of a curve when learning the platform however.
Whole New World with Bloomreach!
What do you like best about the product?
As an update from a year into using Bloomreach - I want to genuinely say this platform is a whole new world and has elevated the way we communicate to our customers. From our targeting, our campaign structure, our ideas, and more. I feel we are able to be innovative vs wondering what "walls" we will hit when trying to build out campaigns.
I would also like to take this time to SHOUT-OUT the wonderful team people at Bloomreach who have helped us be successful: Lindsey (our go-to person), Mohammed (we always love to chat with you), Mark (thanks for everything), Peter (we still miss you), and the rest of the lovely souls we've come across. We always know if we have a question, we can rely on y'all to help us and point us in the right direction.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would greatly enhance our experience for the following: (1) ability to export clickmaps for reporting, (2) making the survey feature more easy to use for marketers, (3) making polls easier to create within emails, (4) easier to set-up reports.
Double-please for the ability to export clickmaps! Would help a lot at the moment to share the results with our Brand team and agencies who don't go into Bloomreach as often (or have access). Currently, we have to take screenshots and put them together.

Customer retention and engagement.
Very fast, helpful and friendly support team
What do you like best about the product?
Every time I have an issue, support team offers very quick and complete solutions. Team members are also very friendly and always seems happy to answer and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpfull or least user friendly would be the jinja usage. Some of them are very extens, specially concerning data format adaptation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to offer segmented communications to our customers and test what type of messages work best.
A convincing customer engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
The UI itself is very easy to navigate in and it is straightforward to implement integrations to other platforms - either built-in integrations or via webhooks
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual email builder lacks some basic features - the ability to create a basic design at template level (CSS). Eg. styling of buttons etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the opportunity to combine first-party customer data from multiple sources and optimizing the customer experience both on website and in push communication and paid media

- Some feature could be a bit better (for example Templating is a painful point)
- Also Predictions could be more specific and more open to understand it a bit better

- Understanding the customer better, giving the customer the right content, to the right time via the right channel
- Breaking the silos and collecting all relevant information about a customer in one
- Open system, BR is not another Silo, it can be connected to each system in the company easily via API

Efficient and easy to use customer data platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Bloomreach Engagement is very clear and easy to use for marketers of all levels. Creating automated campaigns feels very intuitive and the execution of these campaigns is very fast. Support is always very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating analysis of campaigns does not feel as intuitive as it could be, sometimes this makes key points for analysis easy to miss. For beginning marketers this can be hard to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our complex customer data into a platform that is easy to use for marketers without help of IT or data departments.
Like being at the controls of an airplane
What do you like best about the product?
I had worked in a similar service before, as I thought at the time, but no. Compared to bloomreach it was much weaker in terms of functionality. Here I can implement all my ideas, it is a great tool for marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I do not like, so it is difficult to master for beginners, but gradually learning everything from the manuals becomes clear how to work.

Solves the problem of personalization and communication with users, allows you to make personalized offers.
We Heart Bloomreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality it has given my team, we now have more tools at our fingertips and with a little bit of learning on the side, we are learning to do things with our CRM system that we have not been able to do before
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to find anything I am unhappy with.

Great Customer view, get attributes to customers and an easy tool to use for email building, weblayers etc.
