Support functionality is very helpful and the team work hard to resolve issues with proactive suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is evident that Bloomreach is adapting to user requirements. Things that were not possible to implement a year ago are now incorporated as new functionality and are thoroughly described in the documentation. The support is also at a high level, willingly and promptly providing advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it happens that some functionalities have outages, but the outages are always resolved during the day. And I really miss the dark mode - working all day with Bloomreach, the white screen strains the eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
selection and addressing of individual customer segments, at the right time and with the right product.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing i like the most in this radiance commerce is their feature to communicate with customers through any of the social media platforms like facebook, Whatsapp etc

The only thing that needs to take care of is it is not user-friendly, so initially, you will struggle a bit, but after some point of time, it is okay

We are looking for a perfect platform that provides access to our customers to check with us seamlessly, and this helps us a lot with its feature
Bloomreach let's me easily configure customer journeys in a visual way
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use exponea and create customer communications journeys. The visual manner in which the journeys are created are very easy and simple to use and help with visualising the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with exponea data tracking, I don't think all businesses fit the model that exponea has set up. Also I would love to be able to see dwell time on emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping me reach our customers by building scenarios and campaigns in an easy way, saving us time and effort. If we were not using bloomreach we would have to use a similar product that would not be as efficient.

Easy to use website integration, user-friendly campaing preparation, single view customers' profiles containing all relevant information and realtime interactions
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple data model means no relations between customer profiles --> sometimes a bit tricky to prepare more complex campaings, which includes more audiences - especially when customer base consist of more levels of customers (relations between customer profiles could be 1:N or M:N)

Yes, the marketing automation and the ecommerce data enabler platform which makes life easier.

Yes, on marketing automation it can enable agnetic ai in system which purely does end to end automation .

It is majorly solving the communication gap with customer. Customers will get notified immediately if any update happened in their respective orders and it's completely helping them to have an idea about their order.

It can take some time to learn all the functions and start creating your own scenarios, but once you master it, it is invaluable

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer tracking and customer management - Bloomreach is automatizing it all, reducing the time you need to track and manage all this. It allows you to set analytics templates, so you may track all data relevant to you, and great dashboards with insights, so other team members can check the data in real time without your help. Then there is also automatization in terms of customer communication - you simply select what you want to track, and then you can easily set regular communication targeted at specific users based on their actions on your website.

A large number of functions and possibilities of use, all managed clearly and within one program.

In some cases, a little more complicated import of customers.

The primary use of Bloomreach in our company is for sending newsletters and automated scenarios associated with remarketing.
