What do you like best about the product?
- Clear and transparent dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I do enjoy using Bloomreach but I would like to learn more about the possibility to export data from dashboards to xls or other data processing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have a management overview of activities in my domain and Bloomreach delivers this functionality clearly.
I have been working with Bloomreach even before it became Bloomreach (it used to be called Exponea)
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use but difficult to master. Unlike other, cheaper alternatives, here you can/must do everything on your own (reports, segmentations, etc). This way it takes you longer to work with it, but you get more control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually, it's small stuff, like saving e-mail templates with undefined variables is impossible.
Lately they added in a new update, that when you clone campaigns across workspaces, it switches all settings to default. I did not find it in any documentation and our campaigns ran for two months with incorrect tracking data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly CRM, we send direct mail, e-mail, push notifications etc. We also use weblayers and experiments, but for these we hire an external company. By having it all underneath one program, we can better optimise and plan future campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with Bloomreach Engagement. It's the heart of marketing. We use one tool for data management and omni-channel communication. I really appreciate their efforts to educate clients through Bloomreach Academy. And their technical support is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The surveys function could be improved. That's all I can think of right now. Bloomreach strives to continuously improve and develop its services. They're great!

Bloomreach Engagement becomes the heart and brain of the marketing department.

Bloomreach stands out for its exceptional event processing capabilities. The platform's ability to handle millions of events in mere seconds significantly accelerates our team's processes and efficiency. Additionally, the user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and automation features are top-notch, making it incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It’s hard to imagine how they could make it any better. Highly recommended for teams that prioritize speed and seamless functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the ability to customize projects with distinct colors or themes for quick brand identification. Additionally, a trigger to start another scenario would be a great enhancement!

Fast and efficient automation design, built-in A/B testing, and out-of-the-box analytics reporting. The platform provides comprehensive business insights and intelligent engine recommendations, making it a powerful tool for optimizing performance.
It's aligned with our composable architecture strategy and fit for the purpose .

Fast, accurate and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is fast for processing data (real-time for many processes). This speed, combined with an intuitive interface, allows me to easily create great marketing and personalization orchestration on-site, in ads, and for email & SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations for searchable fields in recommendations that impact my use of this feature, there are ways around it, but additional searchable fields would not hurt. There are also some limitations regarding downloading report data in csv format but nothing of fundamental importance.

Bloomreach enables us to produce a lot of more sophisticated marketing without needing a lot of staff to support it. It has also improved our personalization of site and email massively (segmented list pages, customer-specific recommendations and activation etc)

Price for FEE in compare with new platform on market.

Modern search engine with good Dashboard tools
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach dashboard is one of its kind in latest search engines; search terms can be boosted or buried based on ranking rules. Renaming left navigation facets is easy. Appreciate their efforts in implementing new features as and when they learn them, and they are helpful to other customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to have an excellent mechanism to display an error message when an index/ingest fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, BR is solving index run time compared to on_Prem search engines. Based on BR Architects' recommendations, there are fewer indexes than on-prem search engines had.
Great Customer Service, Great Platform if correctly embedded in the organisation
What do you like best about the product?
The Possibility to integrate with multiple data sources. It enables self service reporting. You don't need to know programming languages to master it, but you need to understand boolean logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data governance and democratisation can be better improved.
