What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is enabling us to have a unified customer and product view, we can deliver personalized customer journeys. The predictive and AI models also save us from complex and time consuming BI models development. As a data driven business having such tool is empowering our CRM department and improving our customers experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a gaming company, the integration is taking longer than we anticipated, mainly due to the customed made API deployment., but the Bloomreach team has been very hepful and supportive in the process. The platform is so advanced, it takes some time to upskill yourself, especially using Jinja, thankfully Bloomreach offers a few Plug and Play use cases allowing us to drive revenue quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is enabling us to generate more search revenue and category product adoption. Create an unified customer view, so we can gain insights on user experiences and deliver personalized communication across multiple channels. The RFM segmentation and predictive models allows us to drive engagement and boost our traffic.

Very intuitive and easy to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
The documentations are really helpful when trying to create something new. The platform is really easy to navigate and build various segments. Building of segments and reports are also one of my favourite part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple ways of doing the same thing which comes from more practice but it can get confusing in the beginning. Documents and live chat are really helpful when getting stuck somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our customer data platform. Bloomreach helps us to build various segments for our customer base. Building campaigns is another key feature for us. Having entire customer data and campaign data in one platform helps us with reporting efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Technically, since we began using Bloomreach, nothing can stop us. Due to custom-made events and interfaces, we can reach the appropriate audience with the right message. Assistance facilitates this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would require improved ways to link with other tools, extract data, and identify the intended audience for each campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple data sources can help us understand more about our customers, improving our email marketing campaigns. As a result, email quality has improved, the database has expanded, and delivery and click-through rates have improved. The application facilitates the connection between the emails we send and actual product sales.

Bloomreach support is fast and easy to reach

We still haven't got the data we need in Bloomreach (not Bloomreach's fault though) so we are still working in two MA-system which is a big dislike

Problems with the platform, bugs are fixed fast

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful documentation, easy to grasp. possibility to use drag and drop that is most of the time saving some time, easy reporting and upload of data from a business point of view
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a more extended period to solve an issue influencing the business. Quite often, we need to create a workaround as it is not offering a simple solution for particular business needs, however, does not have to be always an issue on Exponea, but instead an issue on Business or lack of data. Also, since it is a Bloomreach company, more issues seem to be occurring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly to create a communication with clients that do not bother him/her and allows us to also see the behaviour that can be used for future contact or offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The level we get from the team at Bloomreach is very solid. Regular check ins and performance updates
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a lot of untapped features and items we aren;t taking advantage to get the full value of our service. The learning curve is pretty steep.
