Bloomreach is the best mailing tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like user-friendly interface. Also i like i can make realy detail reporting of our campaings in one tool and share with other colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislekes on Bloomreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email communication with our customers and performance of our eshop. Also we use fot customers data.

There is nothing I dislike or find inconvenient.

Solves issues with collecting and managing customer data, and thanks to that we can target the right customers

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and support, the versatility of the tools and features included, the possibility to personnalize your customers' journey, and the precise reporting that it allows
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a no-code AMP option when designing emails can be limiting, but it can be circumvented by the use of both emails, weblayers and in-app messages. Hopefully it will be a futture addition to the email designer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach provides us with a very intuitive engagement platform that covers our needs in terms of CDP, ESP and marketing automation, with the added benefits of web personalization

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do identity resolution fast and easily. The setup is also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little limiting on the relational data tables and functionality

What do you like best about the product?
- Clear and transparent dashboards.
- Possible to customize different report templates.
- Visualization tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I do enjoy using Bloomreach but I would like to learn more about the possibility to export data from dashboards to xls or other data processing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have a management overview of activities in my domain and Bloomreach delivers this functionality clearly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use but difficult to master. Unlike other, cheaper alternatives, here you can/must do everything on your own (reports, segmentations, etc). This way it takes you longer to work with it, but you get more control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually, it's small stuff, like saving e-mail templates with undefined variables is impossible.
Lately they added in a new update, that when you clone campaigns across workspaces, it switches all settings to default. I did not find it in any documentation and our campaigns ran for two months with incorrect tracking data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly CRM, we send direct mail, e-mail, push notifications etc. We also use weblayers and experiments, but for these we hire an external company. By having it all underneath one program, we can better optimise and plan future campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with Bloomreach Engagement. It's the heart of marketing. We use one tool for data management and omni-channel communication. I really appreciate their efforts to educate clients through Bloomreach Academy. And their technical support is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The surveys function could be improved. That's all I can think of right now. Bloomreach strives to continuously improve and develop its services. They're great!

Bloomreach Engagement becomes the heart and brain of the marketing department.
