Intuitive user interface, collaboration & partnership, innovation

Unclear user roles (access management), sometimes outdated documentation

What do you like best about the product?
response times are good enough based on criticality of the issue. even they are happy to hop on zoom calls for critical incidents and provide timely updates which reduces the panic.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far i feel everything is ok, sometimes I see file indexing issue / failure and these will not be caught by bloomreach team until we open a case and notify them.
if this is in their road path, then no reason for dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
critical issue for most of the ecommerce site is search and category pages. with the help of bloomreach it makes easy to maintina shop pages and rank / hide the products

Enhanced Customer Experience with BR Search and Merchandising

What do you like best about the product?
The product - It has helped improve the quality of product search and merchandising on the site with great results in customer engagement and conversion. Relevancy had remained a huge challenge for our store that has a broad catalog. The Search and Merchandising product delivered the specific relevancy needs, we have been pleased with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any dislikes. I would just encourage better communication and partnership as we work through new initiatives and challenges executing our vision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two problems - First, the quality of relevancy. Our OOB commerce search had struggles maintaining this despite introducing AI. Second, our business partners have been pleased with the level of flexibility and control the Merchandising tools offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The ESP element of the platform is great -- segmenting customers and building email campaigns is easy to use and navigate. Super personalised ability within the segmentation area of platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited out of the box reporting, very complex understanding jijna, user friendliness of the reporting is not great. Aggregates & running aggregates is difficult to execute correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to be super granular in building segmentation and forming custom user journeys - being much more personalised in creating automations/campaigns, and targetting the right customer at the correct time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when creating advanced customer journeys. Great support and fixes even obscure bugs. They deliver on their promises today and not some future road map.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part is not that advanced. Alerts are limited to metrics and advanced alerts must be created in scenarios. For advanced/large use I often run into limitations in size, but it is solvable.

Creating personalized customer journeys across channels to increase revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is a super flexible tool that gives you an in-depth view of your customer behavior in time. And act upon this behavior with full automation. Their people are also really supportive and helpful in helping you get maximum from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are mostly e-commerce-focused, so sometimes it requires a bit of creativity for other businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The options. We can do any kind of campaign based on our data. It is wonderful tool where you can decide from where the marketing automation (the recommendation engines) will learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is still not perfect. But we have find out a lot of things in last 4 years. We are still connected to our CSM and support and they are working on our suggest. That is perfect cooperation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All kind of business scenarios. Bloomreach really helped us with saving a lot of time and money. We can focus and get know our customer much better via this tool.

Excellent Toolbox of Data

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the software is second to none, you are only limited by your imagination really and obviously the expertise to execute it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic things such as being able to view the email you've sent to the customer - this is basic functionality that exists in all kinds of tools such as MailChimp, Campaign Monitor and more relevant HubSpot. So far it seems to not be available which is a bit of a miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Numerous. The ability to view our customers interactions with the business and being able to act on that, reduction in time administrating data, running reports etc Time saving is probably the biggest benefit to date
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you enter into this software with your eyes wide open you'll have a fantastic toolbox that is as flexible as anything I've used in 30years. Just be aware that it is a toolbox, you need to construct the bits and pieces to make it really fly. But don't despair the level of support is absolutely fantastic and hasn't let me down yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Content Management System, It's so easy to structure to perform any static data publish on real-time systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little long time to perform a backup of the contents. Probably we could have implemented incremental backups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic data publish on e-commerce site. Instantly able to notice Bloomreach was able to perform these operations in a few minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hassle-free work to perform any static content to publish and also fast indexing any kind of data. Provides better SEO operations.

Weblayers/popups could be more standardized, as you will need to build them more or less from strath. Landingpages could be nice to have
