What do you like best about the product?
I find Bloomreach to be a powerful tool in the hands of marketers and analysts. It allows us to easily create any kind of metrics and data aggregates, and its integration with other tools via webhooks or custom integrations is straightforward. The platform helps us better understand our customers and quickly launch automated email campaigns and newsletters. It also excels in creating product recommendations and effectively combines features from different tools, providing a 360-degree view of our customers. Additionally, Bloomreach integrates very well with our other internal systems, leveraging native tracking capabilities for our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, the interface and tons of options for a marketeer to choose from can be overwhelming, but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us combine data from different sources to create a holistic customer view, track brand and customer engagements, and automate personalized campaigns. It allows easy segmentation for targeted marketing, making us understand customers better and quickly launch automated email campaigns, newsletters, and product recommendations.

The tool features an excellent interface, and it feels like almost anything can be accomplished with it.

Whenever I switch columns, the filter I set disappears.

The intelligence for both conversation and decision-making is an added benefit that no one else is currently offering under a single platform. The initial setup was very smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
I think my favorite aspects are the scenarios in Bloomreach. The scenarios make building targeted communications to our database really easy with the node format. I use the nodes to set targeting requirements, like targeting people based on their country location, which helps me a lot because we're a global business sending customer emails to multiple countries. The nodes also clearly helps whether they've engaged, or bought certain products recently, and this format makes building the targeting for these emails easier than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting aspect could be improved from a user experience perspective. I wish Bloomreach had one easy report or built-in dashboards that I could open up and use to quickly get the stats I need. Right now, if a colleague asks me for stats on a certain campaign, it takes a lot longer than it should because I will have scenarios.

Bloomreach helps us send marketing emails, offers comprehensive features for reporting, and gives a good single customer view. The scenarios make building targeted communications easy, which is valuable for my global business.

I also appreciate the thoughtful user experience, everything is clearly labeled, and helpful explanations are readily available. When I need more in-depth information, the Bloomreach documentation is comprehensive, detailed, and easy to follow.

Some of the more advanced features can be challenging for users who don’t have coding experience. In these cases, additional guidance or tutorials would be really beneficial. If Bloomreach provided more step-by-step training or interactive examples on how to perform advanced tech services for our clients.

Bloomreach helps connect and centralize all client data, ensuring that marketing materials are delivered accurately and effectively across various scenarios. This makes it much easier to personalize and automate communications, improving efficiency and overall client satisfaction. The platform’s user-friendly nature allows even beginners to create dashboards, manage workflows, and integrate client requests seamlessly, ultimately supporting faster, more precise marketing execution.

I find Bloomreach really helpful for building emails each day, and it's essential for managing our large audience which is now over a million. Without Bloomreach, it would be impossible to handle manually. It allows us to understand our audience better and discover what products they would be interested in.

I think it can be a bit slow sometimes.

Bloomreach makes it easier to send emails, build audiences, and track what works. It lets us handle a large audience and understand their interests, making tasks doable that wouldn't be manageable manually.

I like using Bloomreach for emails and onsite search because of the numerous features available for email marketing, like triggered mailings. The social proofing banners and the support desk are great, with very helpful people who are always willing to go the extra mile. I also appreciate the scenario canvas they offer, allowing me to create bespoke customer journeys. The emails are built out really well compared to Mailchimp, and the onsite search from Bloomreach Discovery provides a tailor-made experience. The initial setup was quite easy, and the package we got was well tailored for our needs.

I think sometimes support is restricted in terms of what they can help with as sometimes more advanced code is involved and requires a developer to understand what is going on.

I use Bloomreach for emails and onsite search. It offers a fast and reliable solution to reach a vast customer base, providing triggered mailings and AI-driven search for the best recommendations. It powers our catalog and enhances customer interaction through bespoke journeys.

I like that Bloomreach has everything on a single platform, as it is very easy to use. Once you understand how it works, everything becomes simple. It also stands out as a very comprehensive platform that helps us with email marketing and improving the user journey. We can see open rates, click rates, and more. Additionally, we recently did an integration with Shopify that turned out to be very beneficial.

Some features also feel a bit too technical or buried, so it can take time to figure out the best workflow. It’s powerful but sometimes that power comes with complexity.

Bloomreach helps solve the challenge of understanding and targeting customers across different channels. It brings customer data, personalization, and campaign execution together in one place, which makes it easier to deliver consistent and meaningful customer experiences.
