Problems regarding our push notifications on clients mobiles, and the technical side of the problem

distinction btw recommendations and pathways are somewhat uncertain. maybe find some way to have 1 type of widget vs many diff type of widgets? not sure if it is possible, but it would be nice and less confusing

availability filter issues. currently in the works but the benefit would be less customers seeing real time numbers for products
Swiss army knife of marketing tools
What do you like best about the product?
Since we have used Bloomreach for years, we have been able to implement more complex scenarios we created and get answers to questions that we had. With really simple integrations, we did it without major help from our developers. Now we are using Bloomreach mainly for our email marketing, but also we use other stuff (SMS, FB messages, Custom Google Ads audience) to create automated multichannel campaigns. The best thing about Bloomreach is that we can create everything in one place in one tool. After the successful campaign, we can evaluate all results and if we succeed, we are just automating those scenarios again in Bloomreach. If we struggled with something, we got very quick and professional help from customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration part of the product is a little bit harder compared to other tools. But don't get me wrong. If you’re doing basic functions, it’s ok (for example simple tracking of visits like in Google Analytics, etc.), but if you’re working on a more complex task, you will need the help of your developers and Bloomreach support. Bloomreach does, however, have some great knowledge-based articles. In beginning, it's a little bit harder (time-consuming) but it's worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, we use Bloomreach, especially for email marketing. Before Boolmreach we used Mailchimp, but the automation part of Mailchimp was much harder. Once we integrated Bloomreach, we have been easily able to automate all campaigns and scenarios. Additionally, we also work with cart abandonment emails. In the past, we were not able to use additional data and personalization. Now we are able to trigger cart abandonment messaging for those who have left the cart with much richer personalization, and this is a great way to get those conversions. Also, we use other tools like web layers and banners which help us boost those conversions and leads from emails even more.

Nice and optimistic people in the Customer Support Team. Always ready to help and look for the best solution to solve your issue.

Once, they had a shorter response time, but still, there is really good communication.

Mostly, there are some technical issues or questions for advice in business cases.

Bloomreach is a smart, intuitive system that allows our marketing team to target customers at the correct moment to maximize sales. Their support team is fantastic and very helpful. Anytime I have a question I can just pop in the live chat feature and a dedicated rep will help solve any issues we're experiencing. It could not be easier!

There really isn't anything I dislike about Bloomreach. Everything works as advertized.

We were very dependent on our in-house development team to implement changes and tests to our email marketing flow. That process was slow and cumbersome. Bloomreach has empowered the marketing team to make changes on their own, quickly and conveniently. We can be more flexible and adjust quicker to changing dynamics.

They have deep knowledge of Bloomreach and are always ready to jump into my problem and find solutions, which are often not described in the knowledgebase.

Sometimes it takes more time to respond, but I didn't have any critical problems.

We are using Bloomreach mainly for email marketing (web layers and e-mail marketing automation is powerful). Soon, we are going to use personalization of the web too.

Reporting and analytics require high-level knowledge and again one must take Bloomreach's own course which comes with an extra price.

We have suggested Bloomreah to a lot of clients and they are generating good results in their revenue. Benefits realised from this platform are countless:

I am in love with Loomi- it is not a single feature, rather a whole AI engine woven into the Bloomreach platform that powers smarter personalisation, automation, reporting, segmentation and deeper insights into the entire suite.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics can initially seem complex and hard. It takes time (and sometimes extra training) to really get comfortable creating reports and pulling data insights. Making this part more intuitive and beginner-friendly would help users get value faster and more efficiently.
