What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach ties the mediamix together. The team sees the customer journey whole, not just one touch point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach does require innovative minds within the marketing team and to really get the leverage one should have technical capabilities as well

Bloomreach stiches the customer journey together. It really helps to be present in the channels where the customers are

Take your time when planning implementation as it is the make it or break it phase.

What do you like best about the product?
As user of Bloomreach Engagement I can create relevant marketing scenarios using our own data pool and I am flexible to choose the marketing channel I see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the platform is quite flexible some logic steps need to be well thought through as well as the amount of data that the platform needs to consume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create relevant automated campaigns that reach the customers on their customer journey. Less manual steps needed and higher performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Bloomreach's brSM platform to be intuitive and simple to use. Creating search and browse rules are done in a flash, and go-live quickly. I truly appreciate the superior level of Support we receive & when issues do arise, I find our DXM team to be excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements made to their Facet Management feature... currently, a lot of manual work is required to configure an ideal front-end UX. I'd also appreciate further enhancements be focused on their Insights tool! I'd like them to improve the manner in which we must create Activities when fixing search/category issues, so to more clearly realize the KPI benefits of these changes. It would also be wonderful if they could help online retailers like us, to solve the systematic cold-start issues we face, when it comes to the creation of new categories & their contents' ranked order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launching Bloomreach on all of our websites has helped improve our shoppers' Search & Browse UX, and decreased the volume of null searches we captured when using our previous partner. Our eComm teams can now easily control the display order of all categories & block, reorder our PLPs quickly. We now offer our customers' much better Filters on all PLPs & a richer Search experience overall. When a shopper searches for 'blue pants', for example - her search experience renders perfectly, now physically displaying all products in the color she wants to see.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility. The tool does not only provide many direct solutions to many different challenges, but also gives you a spectrum of different tools to create your own custom solutions to many different situations. Just amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Super deep data analysis is a challenge because of the way data is handled, but on the other hand, this provides super-fast calculations, so it's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from basic BAU campaigns to sophisticated omnichannel retention and reactivation strategies. First, we started with mostly basic tools like emails and SMS but later on were able to add custom website experiences to the mix, new channels, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, you will not regret it.

Powerful software that makes my job so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
Jinja makes the software so powerful and means we can do some very intelligient things quickly and easily. Blocks and snippets are also really good - once we've built it once, we can keep on re-using it. Product recommendation blocks are also superb. There is such a long list of things I like and its difficult to chose the one I like best. The software is also being updated too. Customer support are awesome and reply super quickly. The documentation is very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much. I think there are minor improvements that can be made, for example to make the subject line area bigger. There isn't anything I dislike though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving more sales, unifying and clening up our data.

What do you like best about the product?
tools in their dashboard is simple enough to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
distinction btw recommendations and pathways are somewhat uncertain. maybe find some way to have 1 type of widget vs many diff type of widgets? not sure if it is possible, but it would be nice and less confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
availability filter issues. currently in the works but the benefit would be less customers seeing real time numbers for products

Swiss army knife of marketing tools

What do you like best about the product?
Since we have used Bloomreach for years, we have been able to implement more complex scenarios we created and get answers to questions that we had. With really simple integrations, we did it without major help from our developers. Now we are using Bloomreach mainly for our email marketing, but also we use other stuff (SMS, FB messages, Custom Google Ads audience) to create automated multichannel campaigns. The best thing about Bloomreach is that we can create everything in one place in one tool. After the successful campaign, we can evaluate all results and if we succeed, we are just automating those scenarios again in Bloomreach. If we struggled with something, we got very quick and professional help from customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration part of the product is a little bit harder compared to other tools. But don't get me wrong. If you’re doing basic functions, it’s ok (for example simple tracking of visits like in Google Analytics, etc.), but if you’re working on a more complex task, you will need the help of your developers and Bloomreach support. Bloomreach does, however, have some great knowledge-based articles. In beginning, it's a little bit harder (time-consuming) but it's worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, we use Bloomreach, especially for email marketing. Before Boolmreach we used Mailchimp, but the automation part of Mailchimp was much harder. Once we integrated Bloomreach, we have been easily able to automate all campaigns and scenarios. Additionally, we also work with cart abandonment emails. In the past, we were not able to use additional data and personalization. Now we are able to trigger cart abandonment messaging for those who have left the cart with much richer personalization, and this is a great way to get those conversions. Also, we use other tools like web layers and banners which help us boost those conversions and leads from emails even more.
