What do you like best about the product?
Nice and optimistic people in the Customer Support Team. Always ready to help and look for the best solution to solve your issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once, they had a shorter response time, but still, there is really good communication.

Mostly, there are some technical issues or questions for advice in business cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a smart, intuitive system that allows our marketing team to target customers at the correct moment to maximize sales. Their support team is fantastic and very helpful. Anytime I have a question I can just pop in the live chat feature and a dedicated rep will help solve any issues we're experiencing. It could not be easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about Bloomreach. Everything works as advertized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were very dependent on our in-house development team to implement changes and tests to our email marketing flow. That process was slow and cumbersome. Bloomreach has empowered the marketing team to make changes on their own, quickly and conveniently. We can be more flexible and adjust quicker to changing dynamics.

What do you like best about the product?
They have deep knowledge of Bloomreach and are always ready to jump into my problem and find solutions, which are often not described in the knowledgebase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes more time to respond, but I didn't have any critical problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Bloomreach mainly for email marketing (web layers and e-mail marketing automation is powerful). Soon, we are going to use personalization of the web too.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is helping retail customer experience to fuel business growth. They are disrupting the market and becoming a major player by acquiring top-notch brands.
From having powerful and personalised recommendation engines to running emails and segmenting the audience, their platform is helping companies to plan for the future and be already ahead of their game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics require high-level knowledge and again one must take Bloomreach's own course which comes with an extra price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have suggested Bloomreah to a lot of clients and they are generating good results in their revenue. Benefits realised from this platform are countless:
Acquiring more customers and smarter data
Increase in revenue from personalised emails
Personalised suggestions to segmented audiences

What do you like best about the product?
I can leverage this tool in every stage of customer´s lifecycle and thus improve their experience and increase their engagement with our products

-easy to create segmentations
-custom recommendation models
-custom automated scenarios
-clear user interface

-the creation of some reports may be complex for new users
-the survey tool is very basic and could be more advanced
-its tools can be overwhelming for first-time users

What do you like best about the product?
I am in love with Loomi- it is not a single feature, rather a whole AI engine woven into the Bloomreach platform that powers smarter personalisation, automation, reporting, segmentation and deeper insights into the entire suite.

Clarity- the interactive shopping assistant offers an incomparable experience that can boost Ecommerce conversions and customer confidence & trust- a great boon for complex or exploratory shopping journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics can initially seem complex and hard. It takes time (and sometimes extra training) to really get comfortable creating reports and pulling data insights. Making this part more intuitive and beginner-friendly would help users get value faster and more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue from emails sent from exponea has increased from 17% to 21%
We are seeing huge potential in our email marketing strategy

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the recommendation engines and the power of personalisation. It is very easy to set up with our website and works well. It has helped us to increase our average basket size and revenue.
Their live support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining and creating reports require some advanced skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented Bloomreach at Interflora and it is helping us in designing our website, running personalisation recommendation engines and also helping us increase email revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that if you are aiming to grow your business, then Bloomreach is the best choice.

Exponea - A toolbox limited only by your imagination

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is a fantastic tool with endless potential permutations and the ability to dissect and disseminate data throughout your organisation giving you that nirvana of single customer view and omnichannel experience along with all the other buzzwords marketers love to throw around.

Exponea is infinitely scalable, the API is very simple to work with and connects with pretty much anything with very little effort, even the most obscure software platforms, given the correct development, will be able to connect and communicate with Exponea.

Effectively you're given a blank sheet of paper and you use all of the tools within the toolbox to produce and create your CRM specifically for your business. It genuinely is an off-the-shelf software solution that morphs into a bespoke application for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exponea is sold as a 'tool for marketeers' and whilst that is true it should be noted that that is like me selling you the best car ever, taking you to the garage to pick it up and opening the door to a floor covered in parts and saying 'there you go the best car you'll ever drive'.

The point is that Exponea is a tremendously powerful toolbox that requires a lot of configuration and set-up for you to start experiencing the benefits it will bring to your business. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it's more to make you aware you won't be logging in and running reports and gaining insights from day 1 - unless you spend a ton of money on consultation or development to get you up and running before going live within your business.

There are a couple of basic limitations which I know they have in the pipeline, for example being able to view the specific email you sent to Customer X seems to be a stretch currently - which given the likes of MailChimp, Campaign Monitor etc all manage to do in one click seems a weird function to leave out. I mean why would you want to know what you sent to a specific customer wouldn't you rather see the generic template with a ton of dynamic code in it?!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually understanding our customers. We've currently only implemented the email triggers, campaigns etc and integrated it with our internal systems. However, we are about to embark on web layers and stretch the capabilities further. We have numerous API connections which is all adding to the view of our customers and starting to allow us to tailor experiences for our customer base.

Currently only scratching the surface but we have a clear plan and are confident Exponea is able to deliver on everything we need it to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can only comment on Exponea but if you're considering it then go for it but be prepared for a total blank sheet experience that you'll build your own CRM/CDP from to obtain the single customer view experience.
