I like how visual the platform is and how you can see data flowing through in real time.

I would like if you could organise sceanrios into folders

I like to have the opportunity to customize anything with javascript, css or html and mixed with the AI of Bloomreach has.

Sometimes load of some scenarios or projects is kind of slow

We manage all direct communications from a single platform, allowing us to launch complex omnichannel campaigns within a few hours

It is easy to use, fast, user friendly, all in 1 dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't very easy that you have to create from scratch valuable reports. I think it would be helpful if ad AI in the platform.

Quite easy to navigate and build complex reports with only few clicks. Exponea support quite helpful

easy navigation; Support from the support chat, especially from Marek :) He is the most knowledgeable and approachable consultant; whenever he responds to my request, I know that it will be for sure fulfilled.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes logic is not so straightforward, for instance, when filtering by customer funnels vs attributes, when placed across the timestamps in the report how it behaves is usually not easy to explain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
recurring customers, retention problems, churt rate, CLV, etc.

Having integrations to multiple data platforms to provide a single customer view.

As a marketer, some elements are quite technical and require thorough training or an engineer to develop JSON/logic.

Having a complete view of our customer data e.g. it was previously difficult for us to understand customer journeys, touchpoints and conversions which Bloomreach helps solve.

We'd like more features to utilize the data in our marketing activities beyond the current stack.

Bloomreach made our email marketing more powerful with it's personalization features.
A nice and very friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a very intuitive platform. That makes it very easy to use, and its UX is friendly. I use a lot the scenario tool, which is great for automation. Also you can preview your work before you send a campaign to your segment, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be more adaptable in terms of template design. I used to feel very limited when I wanted to create a template. Even the option to elaborate one with HTML looks very problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm communicating my company's products and features to reach our customers. We're trying to increase our activation and retention rate using Bloomreach, and we're on our way to making it.
