Bloomreach offers a solution which is intuitive and powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is informative, and the toolset is easy to use. You can do a lot with the solution, for example, reporting and email communication. Compared to other solutions, the data is more prosperous, as it connects with how customers behave.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the email template system is either custom all the way (but not very fun to use) or restricted with default code skeleton (but easy-to-use) drag-and-drop UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Bloomreach solution, we can reach the customers in real-time and give them a personalized experience according to their lifecycle. Our clients' business performance has gone up since utilizing Bloomreach.

Bloomreach has an excellent set of academy courses available for anyone interested in learning the platform. They genuinely help get to know the system regardless of the type of work you will be doing with the Bloomreach solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I bit new to online marketing, I have never worked with any program such as Bloomreach etc. I was able to learn all I need in just couple of months. Very intuitive.
I would also like to point out Bloomreach learning center. Every time I had some question I was able to find an answer there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tool, where visually build your email, is not the best. Seems bit outdated and if you know just little bit of HTML just do it all in code
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client segmentation is straightforward to use.
I like that I can set up my campaigns in advance. So if I want to send come emails on the weekend, I just set it up on Friday and I don't have to worry. Bloom take care about the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily send emails, push, sms, change the content of our website in one place. And then get statistics, for example I don't need anymore excel in order to build reports with pivot tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in the platform. For example, the deduplication function for emails and phones. Unfortunately, some data is not perfect, and this function will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all common direct marketing channels, and it provides me the opportunity to see the whole picture for each customer and send them the most suitable message at the right moment.

What do you like best about the product?
The best of Bloomreach CDP is that you have many integration solutions and great reports and dashboards features. It`s great for Marketers, Analytics, C-Levels, even Support managers who can profit from this thing. And it`s performing so well you will probably pay it off so fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don`t like that if you are on a sharable instance of Bloomreach CDP, you will get some troubles with processing something. Personally, i have Import issues all the time

The diversity of customer segmentations, excellent email visual builder that lets the user add its HTML and personalize the content with Jinja code, and a fantastic variety for actions/flow when creating a scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to get unique customers by selecting a property, such as a phone property. Maybe add more features such as for the waiting operator to be triggered at a chosen time in the day (wait till 5 PM).

Customer segmentation, creating customer profiles based on their interaction with the website, setting up newsletters, push notifications, creating web layers, etc.

The platform is customizable to support many different use cases. Connections and possibilities are endless.

As the platform is a blank slate, it can be difficult for a new user to get running. The system is very easy to get lost into.

Bloomreach provides us automated emails that we can then send to our segmented audiences. We can use data from different sources to improve our customer experience.

Their search engine is good, and if well tunned gives quite good results with result in improved conversions.

Their interface is not very intuitive, so it's not easy to modify search parameters from their backend. And the search analytics could be more complete.

Search is a field in which many e-commerce stores lack behind. With Bloomreach, we are able to offer more relevant products to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Complexity - every created tool/segment/campaign can be used for every activity. There is no limit for Exponea. We are using probably just 50 % of Exponea potential. Exponea has great customer support - every single time they were very friendly and they helped us with any problem - very proactive and professional. I love creating dashboard from any report/funnels etc. - every needed information in one place thanks to dashboards. Flows can be pretty useful. Surveys are the best - you can connect their results to any automatic scenarious and interact immediately with selected customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too difficult to define some reports - there is really a lot of option and sometimes it is not very user friendly. The price is pretty expensive - suitable only for pretty big companies (out small company is exception I think). I cant rely on funnels - almost every single time it shows different results than what report shows me (mayby my fault but I cant figgured it out where is the problem). Automatic banner/email conversion evaluation isnt the top :) Survey evaluations could be a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer segmentation, automatic campaigns, reporting for company owners, realizing "one-time campaigns" like newsletters. Thanks to Exponea we are able to better identify potential business leaks and we can find new opportunities thanks to automatic survey results connected to another automatic campaigns.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helpdesk is soemtimes a bit confused for me. At least some filtres in datadeletion would be nice for every pricing - would be nice if exponea would be a bit more customer cost friendly.
