Excellent product and a seamless transition from Exponea
What do you like best about the product?
The analytical tools that the platform has. It has helped us understand our customer journey a lot better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the email WYSIWYG could be improved.

We now have insights into customer movements across both offline and online channels, allowing us to link a customers journey

What do you like best about the product?
Using Bloomreach is very helpful. We have the whole database in one place. In the past, we couldn't reach synergies between classical retail and e-commerce because we had no global view on customer activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things we dislike. We are pleased to have and use the solution. Time to time we missed the opportunity to use native integration with local endpoint providers (email, sms).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us deal with customer database segmentation, omnichannel active file monitoring, advanced marketing automation scenarios, personalized emailing, and SMS. It's also great to connect our advertising accounts from Google and Facebook to create and match new audiences.
Its a great tool but the users should be given detailed hands on training for better usage.
What do you like best about the product?
Robustness and intelligence. Its great for analysis and decision making

Lack of training material.

We do data analysis and send automated SMS and Whatsapp messages through scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to setup and maintain many shops. The moderators or content creators don't need to be highly trained or IT experts. After a short training session (~2h) they are able to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for possible improvements to make the creators' job even easier.
In components in the WYSIWYG editor (preview), you can reorder the individual entries in list using drag & drop (this is currently not possible due to a bug in the used library). Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the document view. Here, you can only edit the position of individual elements using arrows (push to top, one up, one down, push to bottom).
On the other hand, it would be useful in some cases in the WYSIWYG editor if you could change the order of the individual components of the website using such arrows. Unfortunately, you can only use drag & drop here, which causes problems on pages with large/tall components.

Easy and fast setup of new shops and pages. All this can be done nearly without the help of IT. With our Composable Commerce setup, of which Bloomreach's Headless CMS is a part, we are able to provide a new, fully functional webshop within a few working days.
Changes within these webshops can be made in minutes and we can show our customers content based on different characteristics.

What do you like best about the product?
As a headless CMS it has been straightforward to implement the NHS Digital service catalogue of designs and components into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spinning up a local version of bloomreach for developers can take a few minutes and has been an issue for new developers using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has supported us deliverying a new web platform on an fast delivery schedule and enabling an extended community of content editors to quickly onboard.
Efficient Omnichannel Tools, Needs Better Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bloomreach for our email marketing strategies and it helps solve almost everything, from an organized CRM system to segmentation and perfect omnichannel tools. I really like the omnichannel tool and email builder. Creating emails is easy yet professional and takes no time. The omnichannel orchestration helps me to build flows logically and efficiently. The initial setup of Bloomreach was easy and fast.

Bloomreach handles everything for our email marketing, from an organized CRM to segmentation, with tools that save time by making professional emails effortlessly and orchestrating omnichannel flows logically.

What do you like best about the product?
Many tools are deployed in order to complete a B2C or C2B transaction and its a big pain point to unify the consumer journey across different systems and visualise it and drive actionables out of it. The capability of Bloomreach to unify these different tools' backend data stacks and empower business to create campaigns which drive conversions at different dropoff points in the journey is unparalleled.

Visualisations of different paths taken by consumer between start and end points of a journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns optimised based on conversion metrices.

Bloomreach offers a solution which is intuitive and powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is informative, and the toolset is easy to use. You can do a lot with the solution, for example, reporting and email communication. Compared to other solutions, the data is more prosperous, as it connects with how customers behave.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the email template system is either custom all the way (but not very fun to use) or restricted with default code skeleton (but easy-to-use) drag-and-drop UI.

With Bloomreach solution, we can reach the customers in real-time and give them a personalized experience according to their lifecycle. Our clients' business performance has gone up since utilizing Bloomreach.

Bloomreach has an excellent set of academy courses available for anyone interested in learning the platform. They genuinely help get to know the system regardless of the type of work you will be doing with the Bloomreach solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I bit new to online marketing, I have never worked with any program such as Bloomreach etc. I was able to learn all I need in just couple of months. Very intuitive.
I would also like to point out Bloomreach learning center. Every time I had some question I was able to find an answer there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tool, where visually build your email, is not the best. Seems bit outdated and if you know just little bit of HTML just do it all in code
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client segmentation is straightforward to use.
I like that I can set up my campaigns in advance. So if I want to send come emails on the weekend, I just set it up on Friday and I don't have to worry. Bloom take care about the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily send emails, push, sms, change the content of our website in one place. And then get statistics, for example I don't need anymore excel in order to build reports with pivot tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in the platform. For example, the deduplication function for emails and phones. Unfortunately, some data is not perfect, and this function will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all common direct marketing channels, and it provides me the opportunity to see the whole picture for each customer and send them the most suitable message at the right moment.
