Marek was great, patient and very much willing to help
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely Marek's patience - it was a tricky problem to solve (the problem, we found later, was not on the Exponea side), and yet he didn't measure efforts to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some questions would be a bit of a long time without visualisation from Exponea's side, so I think the team was very busy at the day? Once they saw the message, they would promptly provide relevant answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem with Facebook CAPI - something that is not 100% dependent on Exponea's functionalities, and the staff from Bloomreach Experience helped me walking though the problem and assessing potential solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly options that helps us personalized our communication with our customer (whether we’re talking about scenarios, weblayers, or newsletters). I love the fact that we can optimize our website with Experiments without the need of coding. Great & responsive support team. Thank you!

I don’t have any dislikes, I am still exploring the tool, and so far, I love it.

How easy the platform is to use, all the things you can do with it and how advanced you can segment your campaigns. Great staff as well!

I can't think of anything to be honest you. There's been a bug or two but it was solved very quick

Really Great and data rich CDP platform
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of customer information to help you manage and inform decision-making for your marketing channel. I enjoy the fact that you can find almost everything you need in one place. The guide documents are pretty self explanatory and can help you if you get stuck with creating reports, segments, or measuring the success of a campaign you are running. You can integrate other third-party platforms and API's seamlessly, which is a nice plus.
I really like the scenario feature, which allows you to build complex and detailed customer journeys. I also like that you can amend a live campaign without having to stop or pause a scenario.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am still exploring, so I don't have a lot of dislikes. Although I felt a bit let down with issues around GA tracking and also a few lengthy processes with setting up my campaign reporting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easier to build my email campaigns and track the performance of my campaigns. This has made my team a lot more productive, saving time in their day-to-day work. Better customer segmentation which means we are sending more relevant campaigns to achieve better email campaign stats.

It is a really great platform with a lot of information which is very useful. I highly recommend the platform for anyone considering it.
Promising platform
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up scenarios is a charm, overlays truly work, e-mail designer is fine and the API is amazing - we can easily sync our leads down to our CRM, even plan automating.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Bloomreach itself is a good deal and reasonably easy to adjust, key features require external consulting specialized in marketing automation - 1 FTE is too much, but it takes too long to learn to appoint available capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We take leads from our website, PPV and PPC, and take them on a journey through our products and services. Having a single identifier assigned to a customer lets us link past browsing to a newly provided e-mail address, for example.

Simple connectivity between different databases and on-site elements

Some things are a little trial by error, but overall it's very simple to use once you've poked around - more training materials would always be a plus

Extremely powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach has an incredibly powerful set of analytics and segmentation tools, facilitating deep, meaningful understanding of our customer data. It's easy to create highly targeted, trigger-based automations to help achieve our business goals. Overall, it's an extremely versatile tool (one of the most flexible CRM/ESPs that I've ever used) that offers a huge array of customisation over how you use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its high level of customization, it can be very complex to understand how to use the various elements of Bloomreach to begin with. Even simple reporting and data analysis can be pretty complicated until you've gained a good understanding of the reports, aggregates, running aggregates, segmentation tools, etc. I've been using the tool almost daily for approximately 4 months, and there are still elements that I struggle to completely understand. However, I do get a good level of support from my CSM and support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bloomreach as our ESP to create and send all BAU and service emails. We also use it to create complex, highly targeted trigger-based email and SMS automations throughout the customer lifecycle, as well as to personalise the on-site user experience through weblayers and experiments. It's also our central CRM reporting tool; we use it to create customer segmentations and reports, to help understand our shopper base. These segments also feed into our digital ads taregeting across display and social.
Bloomreach is 10/10!

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive & user-friendly design of the system makes even the most complicated of tasks much more manageable.
Having the freedom to input additional data aggregates/expressions to improve our targeting & reporting is incredibly valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools are incredibly powerful, but setting up some of the metrics with more advanced formulae can be slightly complicated & requires second & third checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bloomreach as our CDP & execute all of our CRM activity through here. We're increasing the real-time functionality in phases so we can better communicate with our customers.
Having all of our data (segmentation & reporting) in one location is incredibly beneficial and allows us to have complete control over what customers receive & when they receive it.
