Bloomreach has an active community, and official support of training of services.

professional services cost, its hard to use out of business projects

What do you like best about the product?
I have loved working with the BloomReach team on our rather lengthy implementation (multiple sites)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've found so far although it was a long project due to the number of websites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have replaced our outdated search tool with an AI-driven solution and massively cut down the amount of time the Online Merch team have to spend manually tweaking rules
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend BloomReach as both a tool for search and merchandising but also as a supplier to build a great working relationship with

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a product that basically is limitless. I kept generating different ideas that were not out-of-the-box functions of the platform and never once did the support team tell me that the platform was not capable of doing that. The support team is always able to provide a solution because the platform works with all tools and the data-driven employees function on a highly technical level. Bloomreach is very agile and incredibly dynamic. The requirements can be implemented in a timeframe that is reasonable for everyone. We have enjoyed working with the experts from Bloomreach and the platform offers seemingly endless capabilities to our team. It shows in our numbers that our customers have enjoyed us going with Bloomreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that the team at Bloomreach is constantly working on documentation because the platform is always evolving. But I do think that the documentation can be more extensive at different places. Getting so many great different possibilities does require you to spend some time diving into the platform a bit deeper to get a knowledge base of things. Things that are not necessarily.a part of the daily business. This can put more tasks on all members of the team but does help to build knowledge. The more knowledge you have, the more effectively you can use Bloomreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit that we are realizing is that we can now executive highly personalized campaigns more rapidly. We have optimized our conversion rates by pinpointing our targeted segments through ram storage and tracking diversity. We have significantly increased our productivity and we have done this without having to rely on our IT team. Using weblayers and experiments has allowed us to see a significant reduction in the manual work for the content department. This is because of the different opportunities that Bloomreach's marketing automation offers us. In addition, we are really seeing some success with the omni-channel communication efforts with our base of users. We have a significantly better open rate thanks to Bloomreach because the message is reaching each customer at the best time for it to be opened.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the support and guidance, and constant striving to make our business working better for our customers (and us). This is what the team at Bloomreach drives and constantly delivers. I love that Bloomreach allows us the ability to A/B test features that produce results based on revenue. This helps to validate and shape decision-making, whether it is on the future development of the website, or tracking statistics within the e-commerce team. We can gather the insights that we need efficiently and make necessary decisions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the very few things our team dislikes about Bloomreach involves javascript. Having more javascript support for our team from the support team would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Bloomreach’s guidance, the problem of segmenting customers is no longer an issue. It is now easy to segment customers for us. We can send offers tailored for optimal results. We can customize experiences for our customers and make decisions based on analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
We use exponea for different kinds of automation and we are satisfied with it, it helps us with campaigns and partialy analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss alerts, when something goes wrong or just some form of anomaly detection amongst the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated some campaigns. I like that the email campaigns are easily evaluated.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast segment calculations, super convenient omnichannel scenarios tool, analysis tools
What do you dislike about the product?
- Inconvinient process for uploading pictures on server.
- it would be more efficient to work in two-side window when you coding newsletters, to see code result in the moment.
- no ability to set funnel for every scenarios node including conditions node and to see the whole funnel, but it's possible to see only for email, webhook, split node.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everyday requests for analytics, setting new campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
In our business we use Bloomreach mainly for email marketing, personalized newsletters, banners, push notifications etc.

Easy to use, Real-time tracking, Marketing Automation, A/B tests
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the complex features can be a bit confusing for an inexperienced user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach has excellent support. They are always helpful and quickly find a solution to my problems.

What do you like best about the product?
A tool that is comprehensive, powerful, modern and very fast
What do you dislike about the product?
No intelligent internal search engine module and greater possibilities of analyzing the product catalog and managing the offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work on CLV and advanced analytics of user behavior
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Possibility of integration with all communication channels with the client (email, sms, push), integration with Google Ads and Facebook Ads systems, A / B onsite tests, a very extensive analytical system and the speed of the tool itself.

Impossible to do everything you want without help from consultants. Mostly because of Jinja coding which does not exist many other places.
