Multi usage system
What do you like best about the product?
data unification, real-time working, excelent management under the data atributs (filters, conditions, profiling, analytics, JINJA)
What do you dislike about the product?
Data must be prepared for the system. There is no possibility to work with the payload comming in and going out.
There is no native consent managent to count with the consent parameters when building the profiles from many data sources under different consents.

There should be more videos and tutorials available for the platform. This would help users better understand how to use its features.

I like how Bloomreach seamlessly delivers personalized product recommendations and search results in real-time without requiring tons of manual setup. What do you dislike about the product?
I think one thing that could be improved is the learning curve. Some advanced features and setup processes feel complex and take time to fully understand and use effectively. The initial setup was somewhat challenging because it required technical configuration and time to understand the platform.

I use Bloomreach to personalize ecommerce experiences, solving issues like low conversion rates, lack of personalization, and scattered data. It delivers real-time product recommendations, boosting engagement and conversion, while reducing manual effort for optimizing shopping experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and overall user experience are both intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the product straightforward to use. Additionally, the support team is outstanding—their responses are prompt, clear, direct, and truly helpful.

Maintaining customer data in a transparent manner makes it much easier to collaborate and interact with them.

the sophistication and level of personalization you can reach with the engagement side of the platform and the discovery side optimizing the web experience for your visitors and customers.

it is so sophisticated that whoever manages the platform needs to have to HTMl or development knowledge.

as I mentioned earlier, it is so sophisticated that whoever manages the platform needs to have to HTMl or development knowledge. One small aspect can change absolutely everything so you have to be very careful.

I'm new to Bloomreach. With other products I've loved the "chat" feature for help. However, with Bloomreach so far I've had not the best results. Today I got help from Nirmal Kuttan

Powerful Journey Builder with Robust Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
For building scenarios/customer journeys it is a very strong tool with many useful capabilities to use to build the exact journey you have in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing text to the content editor tends to break the tags in html. Meaning that text formatting can be off, but you don't see it until sending the test email or launching the campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the time it takes me to build and launch customer journeys.
Great Data and Support, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of customer data and helpful Customer Success Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive, reporting is very confusing and chat support can sometimes be slow - if something isn't working as intended it can be hard to spot and even harder to get to the bottom of what's wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to collect lots of customer data that we can then use for personalisation.

What do you like best about the product?
A perfect tool that I use daily as a CRM specialist. Everything is clear, well-designed, and intuitive, and above all, I truly value the online support, which is always ready to help with anything, 24/7.

I can’t think of anything at all. Maybe just that I didn’t know about it earlier.
