Modern and very helpful mtk tool
What do you like best about the product?
Omnichannel opportunities and experiments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it isn't easy to implement things that we need for our specific business. But to be honest, Exponea is trying to solve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using omnichannel communication (e.g. direct mail - email reminder - and on the end SMS reminder).

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive design and professional support, very quick engines and many updates with new useful features, whick inspires us a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't wait to be able to Ctrl+C from one scenario to another

We are strictly limited by the number of communications per client due to law. Bloomreach does great helping us control it

Sometimes it is not intuitive to prepare filter function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and sending mass emails was really helpful compared to the traditional way of sending.
It is really user friendly and enables you to easily create complex scenarios

I like the intuitive and graphic way to build scenarios

Many default options can´t be changed. Some lists are listed in alphabetical order and you can´t change it (columns in imports)

Creating scenarios is easy. It is even fun to do.

Excellent support, from live chat to customer success, Bloomreach really help you to get the most from their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a criticism really, but the platform offers a lot of capability - so the training and collaborative learning commitments are sizeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot. From single customer view, to opening up new channels (weblayers), to data democratisation to help make better decisions, the list goes on.

Integration problems on our side sometimes cause issues.

The ability to quickly make changes to improve the onsite experience.

Certain features such as Null Search Report have not been working and have taken a while to be fixed.

Identifying and fixing gaps with search terms that are not showing the full assortment of relevant products.

Nothing that I've found so far although it was a long project due to the number of websites

We have replaced our outdated search tool with an AI-driven solution and massively cut down the amount of time the Online Merch team have to spend manually tweaking rules

I would recommend BloomReach as both a tool for search and merchandising but also as a supplier to build a great working relationship with

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a product that basically is limitless. I kept generating different ideas that were not out-of-the-box functions of the platform and never once did the support team tell me that the platform was not capable of doing that. The support team is always able to provide a solution because the platform works with all tools and the data-driven employees function on a highly technical level. Bloomreach is very agile and incredibly dynamic. The requirements can be implemented in a timeframe that is reasonable for everyone. We have enjoyed working with the experts from Bloomreach and the platform offers seemingly endless capabilities to our team. It shows in our numbers that our customers have enjoyed us going with Bloomreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that the team at Bloomreach is constantly working on documentation because the platform is always evolving. But I do think that the documentation can be more extensive at different places. Getting so many great different possibilities does require you to spend some time diving into the platform a bit deeper to get a knowledge base of things. Things that are not necessarily.a part of the daily business. This can put more tasks on all members of the team but does help to build knowledge. The more knowledge you have, the more effectively you can use Bloomreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit that we are realizing is that we can now executive highly personalized campaigns more rapidly. We have optimized our conversion rates by pinpointing our targeted segments through ram storage and tracking diversity. We have significantly increased our productivity and we have done this without having to rely on our IT team. Using weblayers and experiments has allowed us to see a significant reduction in the manual work for the content department. This is because of the different opportunities that Bloomreach's marketing automation offers us. In addition, we are really seeing some success with the omni-channel communication efforts with our base of users. We have a significantly better open rate thanks to Bloomreach because the message is reaching each customer at the best time for it to be opened.
