Amazing tool with outstanding support

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, flexibility and potential. We've done some very complex integrations and flows with exponea.
Support is unparalleled. Whenever we've had questions they are there to answer. Only challenge as someone on the Americas is that office hours in Bratislava are not always aligned with our office hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting suite is not on par with the rest of the solution, the analytics options are rather limited. The time settings for customers + events are cumbersom and unclear.
Parts of the documentation are outdated or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations, Communications, transactional and promotional emails, CRM synch. There's a billion things we do with exponea

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea has lots of built-in tools to make good use of your customer data, such as communication (email, push, SMS); personalisation (on-site banners, recommendations); predictions and modeling; analysis and segmentation; and complex scenario building.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor frustrations like the way you send data works in one situation but not another. For example, the way we send product data with each purchase works for customisation (e.g., in emails) but not for analysis (e.g., was this order single or multi-category?). However, Exponea's live chat team is incredibly helpful and will help you find the right solution or workaround. In the case of the product data, the team helped me figure out a way to send the data that would support both personalisation and analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're merging customer data from previously disconnected sources and finally giving ourselves the ability to act on that data. We have our apps, our website, and our back-end data connected in a single platform. The data are accurate, real-time, and show the full customer view no matter how they interact with the brand. We understand more than we previously did about our customers, faster and more efficiently than before. We can subsequently act on that data rapidly and effectively, choosing the correct communication method for each customer, respectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with experience. I am working in CRM for a long time now, worked with other tools, but this one I easy to use. Everything is understandable you can get certification on usage.
So far I can't see any issues incomplete a full OMNI-Channel Marketing with Exponea.

Availability of work with Live Events, availability of code on Landingpages and inside of emails using Jinja2 as Template Coding.

The Documentation of how things are working is really good with a lot of examples and how to set it up.

The connection between, Survey, Website, SMS, Website-Push, E-Mail, Push notifications, App-Notifications, Web layers. All in one tool.

The Tool is quick loading even with a big load of Datafeeds (>3 Million rows) or a lot of customers.

Live-Support via Livechat or Slack is helpful to help you with stuff other CRM Company would charge you a lot of money for.

The first time a CRM Tool offers to talk to other customers in a Slack-Community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest benefit is also the biggest issue:

You can do everything - but only if you know how to do it. (but the documentation is really good if this one cant help you use the Live-Support)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the issue of having 10 Tools for different Marketing purpose and switched to Exponea now working with one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The scenarios, segmentations and reporting parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom row and visual editor features which are kind of unstable and really time consuming.
The lack of integration of Return Path or similar tool to be able to directly test pre-delivrability prior to sending the emails.

Exponea is a really powerful and user friendly 360 marketing automation tool.
It allowed us to launch many tests within few months for which we can already see great results in terms of additional revenues.
It also makes it easy to manage and analyze any kind of campaigns which is really handy for a Digital Marketer.

Exponea is an outstanding reporting tool

What do you like best about the product?
What strikes everyone in our company is how incredibly fast it is. It is much faster than Google Analytics. The greatest thing for us is how it fits everything together and gives us a more complete overview of the customer. We were limited to transactional data previously. We can now look at behavioral data of customers and aggregate it and put it in reports or segment it. It is really fast to set up reports. The fact that we can enrich events with attributes that we like is fantastic. When you find a segment in Google Analytics, it’s really hard to do something with it. We can choose to target customers through multpile channels right away with Exponea. It is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
People who aren’t used to setting up reports find it a bit intimidating at times. Because it is so extensive and versatile, it can seem overwhelming at first attempts to some. You can set up reports in a lot of ways. There are ways that you get lost in all of the different options and settings, but the customer support that Exponea has is really great. They answer fast, they answer correctly and they always help us. When we hit a wall, the feature is raised with the development team. Since it is so powerful, flexible and vast, it takes some time before you know what you’re doing. But once you get past that obstacle, it is extremely powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a full view of the customer in one system instead of having bits and pieces in different systems and reports, and being able to take immediate actions upon those findings and segmentations. The instant reports because it is so fast. In real-time we can now follow sales. There is no lag. We can monitor campaigns with all of the data that we need. We use it not only with the sales team, but we also share reports with purchasers, branding marketeers and staff higher up in the organization as well. They get reports and dashboards they can follow easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing platform is easy to use and customer service is fast and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few rendering display issues of the left-side menu on pages. Some pages also occasionally freeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get help with creating new data properties. The customer service representatives are fast to respond and well-knowledgeable.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility provided by webhooks and also event based data structure
What do you dislike about the product?
complicated pricing for features. Prediction models are for extra, feature sounds usefull but nowadays we can't pay for it unless we know it's bringing additional revenue, same for other features. SMS have flat fee which does not make any sense if we want to send low volumes of SMS same with in-app messages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized communication via Emails and Push notification,
RFM segmentation is helping us to see where we should focus, how is our customer base developing
single view on customer app/web
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't underestimate the integration. Without proper implementation, you won't be able to do anything.

The possibilty to use our online and offline data to run omni-channel campaigns.

Some parts especially the reports are not very intuitive and should be improved.

We automate and personalise our online and offline campaigns. Once we also have the onsite tracking on our webshop, we will be able to define more accurate segments.
