What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform, eventhough it's a bit complex to understand at first it is really intuitive when you get used to it. It allows to create really smart campaigns and complex reports which are very handy for strategy development. The help recieved from the support team is amazing and are always available and nice (lots of patience...)
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complex to understand reporting for non experienced, but still really positive overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, email campaings, welayers... really everything!! From a Marketing&CRM perspective, Exponea is a very useful tool to understand our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
You can store any data about customers on your page that you want, and you can segment campaigns and target audiencies very specifically. You can for exampne send less emails and still have bigger revenue...
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bugs can occur during the usage of Exponea features. It also takes a lot of practice to use the tool properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Exponea to increase engagement between us and the customers. We use promotional weblayers, we send newsletters and also scenarios with automated emails with personalised content. We just started doing push notifications and also we tried sending SMSs. It is also easy to make reports or analyses...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of different channels and measures to reach the right customers at the right time. If one has a question, the support is gladly there and helps directly.
Exponea is constantly developing itself and its products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the fact that exponea develops so quickly, the documentation is sometimes not up to date. The documentations are sometimes not so self-explanatory, but the chat support helps to solve the problem immediately.

we have different use cases for our customers based on the RFM model and can now address them in a much more targeted way. By combining different channels, we can reach the customer on their preferred channel.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Exponea mainly for communication with customers. We want communication to meet behavior and needs customers and received a relevant offer at the right time, and Exponea is very helpful.
Setting up campaign scenarios is easy and understandable. Exponea support responds quickly, if I need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be clearer and more interactive. Report in Exponea are not very intuitive and you have to practice it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Exponea, we solve the automation of marketing communication with regard to the needs of customers.

What do you like best about the product?
1) User-friendly interface.
2) Ease of use.

You cant visualize your campaigns flows to see a CJM.

Exponea allows us to conveniently contact with our clients using emails, browser/mobile notifications and banners.
Also it helps us to better understand our customers and what they need.

What do you like best about the product?
Most recently Marek came through to supply me with the requested survey-knowledge that I'd be seeking out. Everytime I reach out through support chat I'm always very well taken care of. Alexandra has been another agent who always has my back! It's really great to know we have your team to turn to if ever in doubt on our side, or if ever needing affirmation or a nudge in the right direction. Thank you for your continued time, help and support!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy platform integration, friendly support service, additional integrations, and of course super personalization and speed of the system with huge amounts of data in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of AMP support for emails in the existing editor.
New extended roles still do not allow very flexible configuration of permissions for the entire team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to analyze data faster than a developer pulls it out of the database :)
