What do you like best about the product?
many ways of campaign personalization, integrations with other systems, the funnels are top to generate the conversions in a short time, great support which helps also in specific and more difficult use cases, great tool for making workarounds
What do you dislike about the product?
the limit of 10 000 rows in report analytics

missing an use case for easy creation of onboarding to guide a new client in the product/app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
thanks to Bloomreach we can easily implement and evaluate AB tests, we are able to send personalized emails with the right content at the right time what helps the user activation. It's easy to build a quick analysis....all in all Bloomreach is a complex tool, but very flexible. So we are able to do many workarounds and use it many other cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea provides a capability for you to make your thoughts actionable. Not only does the platform provide a detailed understanding of the customer, but it also allows you to use this data to your benefit. The GUI is pretty intuitive (pretty and intuitive). Data ingestion, processing and utilization, all in a single platform. No black boxes. If you can imagine it, you can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be overwhelming for new users, but once you get a hang of the platform, you are the owner of the device. Still it could give you a tough time if this is the first CXP/ CRM tool that you are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the CRM tools in the industry help capturing customer data, but the level of processing in Exponea is really detailed. RFM, Customer Value... You name it, you have it. It's a very much WYSIWYG tool for Retention and Customer Data professionals. Helps taking A/B tests to the next level and puts customers to the forefront.


    Education Management

We use Exponea only for mass mailing and GDPR. I like its interface, chat-helpdesk, knowledge dtb.

What do you like best about the product?
In Exponea we create scenarios, mailing and all communication, easy, no code. We create alot of data analysis and we use that straight in our scenarios. No code. There are AI recomendation engines. WebLayers are cool. Jinja2 in node or mail tamplate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exponea improves quickly. It needs better ways to interact with product catalogs. We need to check availability of product in catalog inside scenario, mainly when trying to sell same product customer bought last year. Aslo we need to make selections of products and create specific sub catalogs (hacking it through reco engines is not good).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming super users allow us to completely bypass IT and what took several months, now takes one day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very good piece of ingeneering work - well written software.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the many relatively simple options that enable useful campaigns.
The customer support is extraordinary!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform still has work to do with regards to error handling - most errors are registered but not elaborated upon.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea offers very clean overview of collected data from users which are easily accesible and, by using easy-to-use visual builder, it offers advanced automation which does not require.user to know any complicated programming language. Jinja basics are relatively easy to learn and they open you world of many possibilities in Exponea.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything I would dislike, yet. In case of any question or problem Live support is very quick to response and documentation is well organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are analyzing interest of customers by what they visited on our site and we deliver information about customers interest to salesman so they can improve they communication with customer.

The Marketing Automation Software I Wish I Found YEARS Ago

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build whatever I need (assuming you have the data flowing into the system). The architecture allows you to do whatever you want with reporting, automation, and the added flexibility of jinja coding allows you to make the program do backflips and have just about every sort of customization, automation, and segmentation you want. I've sent over half a billion emails in my career and have worked in many different automation systems, and this one has impressed me the most with its flexibility and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag-and-drop email builder is limited because they integrate with a 3rd party system. So any complex things you might want to do with email require a lot of editing custom HTML or working within custom HTML templates which can be messy for someone who isn't a programmer or versed in programming. If you are in the US, a lot of their team works in Europe and can mean that sometimes working with customer support if something takes longer than a day to solve, you can be working across different timezones and it sometimes takes a day to get a response on something if that team member is working on an opposite timezone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our ability to craft reports and make data-driven decisions has been vastly improved upon switching to Exponea. Our ability to solve complex automation problems and become smarter with our marketing has also been improved because of the amount of flexibility the software provides. This leads us to be able to make key decisions quicker on what's working and what's not working, and we don't have to worry about if we'll be able to track the data, or if we'll be able to technically pull it off.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can do almost anything with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A learning period is needed to get the best out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea serves us well to get the best for our customers. To pave the way for them and to make sure our creative efforts are well-aimed. It helps us to solve our uncertainties (e.g. color of elements, placement of elements, behavior at pages, and so on).
The benefits are endless due to the possibility to track everything imaginable. We have learned a lot from the data we get. We thought we understood our customers, but the data showed us otherwise.

The level of customization that can be developed.

We have not yet had the chance to really dive in just yet, the only thing I can critique so far is the length of time it has taken from our side to prepare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization based on behavior rather than known segments. The ability to run cohesive cross-channel campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I really like about Exponea is that it is by far the handiest and most convenient CRM and marketing automation tool that I have had the pleasure of working with. Even things that are initially missing are often deployed in the next update and ready to use. I really like the Slack community where you can suggest an idea about a new feature that may one day come to the app in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few things that I dislike about Exponea is that sometimes the new functionality does not work properly at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea has provided us amazing marketing automation features to help us better serve our customers in different ways. This is a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good thing for others considering using Exponea to know is that the support team is amazing. Someone always replies within two minutes and the person always has great knowledge of jinja2.
