Bloomreach is a great platform that brings good value
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bloomreach is the real-time event tracking, the user-friendly interface, and the helpful and friendly support team. I also love that Bloomreach is committed to constantly improving and that new features are always being introduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, I find that Bloomreach’s documentation may not be sufficient to supplement the features or complete the integration of a certain portion of the product. There are certain technical limitations that would take some considerable time to have been implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a multitude of problems with Bloomreach. Omni-channel campaign management has become easy to implement and benefit from since we have started using Bloomreach. Showing banners on our website and in our mobile app has become much easier and it has also become easier to send browser/mobile push notifications if a user has left our platform recently. Bloomreach has assisted us in effectively sending emails and SMS messages and adding users to a retargeting campaign if they stopped engaging with previous messaging. A/B testing and customer data management is also made much easier now with Bloomreach. Having a 360-degree customer view is very valuable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that others be prepared with a detailed list of requirements and be ready to roll out the new email sender, as Bloomreach is integrated with the limited number of them (Mailgun, etc.). I also recommend purchasing the tech consulting hours during the implementation stage to avoid issues or to avoid falling into pitfalls.

What do you like best about the product?
Eventhough Exponea has a steeper learning curve, I like that it is very user friendly with complex functionalities. The online support team will answer your questions very quickly. We are able to truly measure the impact of campaigns, weblayers and AB tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me personally, there are not many drawbacks. I would say that for some specific use cases there is not a lot of documentation available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing, marketing automation, digital anlytics, reports, customer tracking, event tracking, newsletter tool, scenarios and automations for newsletters, pop-ups, weblayers.

We are solving the issue of A/B testing of customer journeys. We are able to test, learn and optimise quickly.
Great CDP / Marketing automation tool; good features & fantastic service
What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is a super user-friendly platform; it can easily be used by both non-technical and technical employees. For the non-technical people there are easy drag-and-drop options. For the more technical people, Exponea allows more advanced techniques. Moreover, the live service chat always replies within minutes and are always ready to dive deeper into an issues that arises. To summarize, I am happy with the user-friendly interface and the high service level.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are a company that is very skilled in terms of development and uses state-of-the-art technical solutions, we sometimes are limited when it comes to creating technical solutions. We are working on industry-breaking marketing ideas and sometimes our development team is a bit restricted by what Exponea offers. However, I do acknowledge that Exponea is initially made to be user-friendly for marketing teams and is not built for advanced tailor-made solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea allows us to obtain a 360-degree view of our customers. As it is a customer-centric tool, we can easily collect and store customers' information (GDPR-proof of course!) . This allows us to personalize our marketing campaigns and apply more targeted marketing in an easy manner. Thanks to Exponea we can now offer a personalized experience across all touchpoints.
Gather Real Insights with Exponea
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to A/B test front-end features that produce results based on revenue. This validates and shapes our decisions, whether it's on development and future work of the website, or tracking performance within our e-commerce team. We can gather real insights and make decisions efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the app is very user-friendly, I would potentially like to see a javascript course developed for support within the Experiments and Tag Manager tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now target our customers based on our RFM models and personalized emails. This allows us to be able to send offers best-suited for results. The ability to segment customers has been made easy following Exponea guidance. I've been with the business less than 12 months and now have a great grasp of the Exponea app and the power of its capabilities. Thanks for the support, Exponea team!
Flexible, powerful & easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of functionalities and ease of use. Every part of Exponea is easy to use, yet includes endless options. I haven't yet come across anything I've wanted to do that the platform cannot perform - there is an option for everything. The support team are also fantastic. I also love that everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that needs improvement, other than perhaps more lengthy and detailed guides - however, the support team have more than made up for this and always on hand for any questions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating new customer segments with ease, including the ability to instantly target customers who have engaged with previous campaigns. The scenario tool is fantastic for being able to make quick, reliable selection criteria.
One-and-only solution
What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is the only tool, that allows me to track all the customer's activity in so well structured way, and utilize it with a top efficiency in my product analytics and customer journey automation. Also, multiple-ID tracking, profile merging system allows me to combine 6 sources of tracking data, empowering my 4-6 months customer journey to be continuous and visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I can see is the hight entrance plank for the new users. Though, all the benefits I get, definitely worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have a clear and easy-to-utilize tracking history of all the customer's actions. Depending on that, I need to analyze the website actions, personalize the website, and also be able to actively and pro-actively contact the customer, depending on his current state.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always ask for their customer's feedback. Once heard, you will be sure. The level of consciousness you will get in your direct marketing after Exponea installation cannot be compared with any other MarTek on the market.

Real-time event tracking, very user-friendly interface, very helpful support team, constant improvement and new features introduction.

Sometimes their documentation may not be sufficient to implement the features or complete the integration.
There are certain technical limitations that would take some considerable time to have been implemented: one FCM key per project allows only one App per project for example.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omni-channel campaign management became easy to implement and benefit from since we implemented Exponea.
To show banners on our site or in our mobile app (Android & IOS) if they are in our platform (active session)
To send browser push and/or mobile push if the user has left our platform recently (active session has been within hours)
To send email to those users who have not had active session for a few days.
To send sms if the user's email became invalid
To add the user to the retargeting campaign if the user stopped reacting to our emails/ push notification and sms.
We also can add new channels and test them without any costly integration by using Exponea's webhooks.
A/B testing became usual for our Campaign Managers. We continuously improve our Campaign performance by introducing new logic and by changing the number of touch points and playing with the new offers. It is very easy to use A/B testing in Exponea and you can basically a/b test anything starting from one channel/campaign to the multivariate/multiple mediums when your A variant is consequently replicated through all touch-points during the campaign.
Customer data management and tracking as well as deduplication and merging all identificators to have 360 customer view and act upon it by sending the notification to them via the most recent interaction or preference history (so we won't send the email to user if they have visited our mobile app just a while ago, we will send the mobile push. And if the user do not read our emails, like the last 3-5 emails but comes back after the sms sent then we will send the next notification via sms instead of piling up the unread email number in their inbox)
Exponea is great in terms of managing the User retention by running campaigns that intend to increase the number of returned users and reduce the churn at the early stages when they lose interest and need attention. Yes, i am talking about RFM segmentation and relative ease of implementation of such technique. Yet your Creative and Content guys should be ready for this challenge as your offer should really be relevant and valuable for these segments.
Use of Jinja, JS, SQL, HTML, CSS in creating/editing weblayers, email templates, extracting the data really helps with getting the right result and meeting business requirements.
We are still exploring their features and looking forward to growing our business with them.

What do you like best about the product?
our experience has been very good and the results achieved significant, for a better performance of our entire work team. However, some of the features and updates have minimal bugs. This if improved, could provide higher quality work and the user could increase their productivity on the platform. This is not to say that it is bad at all. But if it could be much better than it already is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exponea enables companies to understand their customers and attract them through the collection and analysis of their behavior. You can improve the customer experience and act on their interactions. In addition, the marketing department can evaluate the campaigns and execute an automation in these thanks to the tools provided by the platform. Its interface is fully organized and clean, you can navigate without any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Exponea for our marketing department to communicate with our customers with a better experience that provides effectiveness and significant impact on revenue increases. Our greatest benefit and we consider the most valuable is that our department and marketing team have established incredible independence without having to implement or depend on IT. This platform offers great flexibility, customization, reports, monitoring and numbers in real time, it is definitely very complete, we also have the ability to develop our marketing campaigns in a simpler and faster way.Thanks to this, we have greater work flow and savings in time that we can focus on other areas of our company. Through email marketing, we get in contact with our users effectively obtaining the best results thanks to A / B tests, we are very happy since we reached objectives in a very short time.

Exponea works very well and is totally suitable for companies that have large e-commerce projects and thus take advantage of the data that the platform provides in real time on user behavior. It is easy to use and simple to configure. The tools and functions it offers such as creating campaigns, granular follow-ups and numbers in real time, personalization, reports, among others, allow your marketing team to obtain a work flow and significant time savings. Totally recommended.

Personalization, having all marketing instruments in one place. We can build multi-channel communications with our customers and then analyse and visualise the results

Think twice before start using it. It is very expensive and I don`t think it worth that. SAS is much better
