Exponea's single customer view is helping us drive greater customer value

What do you like best about the product?
The Single Customer View which contains insight into things such as Customer Lifetime Value, preferred categories and RFM Segmentations. The out of the box integrations which fuel the events based analytics makes personalised omni-channel communications easily executable.
The team is also great, from the customer success, integration, sales and support services, everyone is always more than happy to go that extra mile to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can really think of so far, things have progressed well and at a great speed but we are early in on our partnership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalisation at scale: Before Exponea we could only personalise content on a per channel basis as a basic level of personalisation. Now with Exponea we’re able to personalise all customer touch points including previously untouched channels such as mobile push and web push. As all communication channels are powered by Exponea’s single and consistent dataset, it enables true omni-channel personalisation at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
The split between customer attributes and events, with their own attributes, is 100% the best practice way to build a framework that can be tailored to each organisation in terms of which data is pushed, but also how it is used for segments, campaigns and reports. It's the best tool out there. Additionally, the flexibility in the campaign builder to create journeys based on different behaviours, segments and so on, is user friendly and intuitive. Top class.
What do you dislike about the product?
- reporting is complex, worth it, but maybe too complex for under resourced organisations
- some struggles with the survey functionality and the screen size responsiveness. should be upgraded in future release
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Complex, yet easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like working in Exponea environment. Exponea shows a lot of flexibility when building various campaign scenarios, while it is still easy to use. Navigation is straightforward. Learning curve is pretty steep. You can build very sophisticated personalized marketing campaigns with this tool. Growing list of integrations with other marketing platforms is quite sufficient for us.

Consulting team has provided us with many useful insights and detailed advice. We are currently implementing recommendation module where they are helping us setting up different machine learning models and explaining various features and their impact.

The support team is quick to respond and resolve any problems I encountered so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to set up more advanced segmentation based on more events and aggregates at the same time. While the intuitive building environment usually helps, here it complicates the process a bit and the computation has to be divided into more sub-stages and aggregates.

It is hard to avoid cluttering of the environment with variables, segmentations and aggregates which are no longer needed. Some cleaning tools would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majority of our campaigns through Exponea are email campaigns. In addition to that we run online display campaigns via FB ads and Google Ads integration. Currently we are starting with a web personalization and recommendation module. Important part of Exponea are reports, there are some predefined reports but also customizable reports which I regularly use to gain customer insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would choose Exponea for my company again.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with expose cannot be better, we are satisfied with the results we obtain daily. This platform allows you to perform an analysis after the recorded data to interact in the best and solid way with your clients, in this way we attract as many clients as possible, in addition to carrying out automated campaigns that allow you to channel the time saved in other areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
we have not experienced any problems, this platform is really constantly evolving, its developers are aware of each detail to provide the best user experience, totally grateful to the entire Exponea team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our work team feels grateful for the simplification of tasks thanks to the automation and campaign management, it really is a solid and very important tool for companies in general, through email marketing we can contact our clients effectively, it has advanced functions and we made templates for emails, we improved our marketing system incredibly. We track user activity and its integration into our data system has been great. We generate increases in sales as well as attracting potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For companies exposed would be an option to find a solution to major problems in terms of organization, management and administration. You can also improve your marketing system through automated campaigns and make a stable, personalized and solid communication with your customers. Your work team will simplify their work and achieve a constant flow of work, fully recommended.

Good Product but Can Improve A LOT

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can find actionable insights within the platform and activate them straight away within Exponea.
If you track every single interaction on Exponea, you will be able to get value almost instantly.
I love the fact that you can define your own metrics based on the ones already setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exponea is a tool that has a lot of great features but if I had to think of something I dislike, it would be the email tool that is not as intuitive as all other ESPs out there.
There is also the fact that it is geared towards the retail industry and has not got all the tools needed for publishers such as integration with Google Ad Manager to serve ads to audiences instead of contexctually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving: single customer view, customer identification, unification of data, understanding of our users, tracking all actions on website

Benefits: This allows us to improve our business strategy as a whole. In terms of efficiency, marketing automation and above all: cost saving!
It also, allows the company to get create dashboards shared with the whole business that get updated every time someone access it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Exponea is great if you are looking to consolidate your data into a single plaform.
It has great capabilities and a responsive support team.
Check your tech stack first and establish all the features you already have (even simple features) and the ones you would like to have that Exponea can help with.
This would help when considering Exponea as well as other CDPs.

What do you like best about the product?
The human service is what I like most. The Exponea team have been very easy to work with. They have been attentive to requests, training, meetings and have provided to a great level of knowledge and care.
The platform is great for reporting, with dashboards that are easy to customise and share with colleagues. The user experience is great, the tool feels relatively easy to use and learn for everything we've done so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it is hard to pin point an area for improvement as my relationship with Exponea is relatively new and I feel satisfied so far. However if I have to describe a point, as time progresses and both companies are more familiar with each other - I would like to see more future objectives/future roadmap suggestions from Exponea based on their understanding of Fiflop’s business and customers.

Exponea: Everything you need to achieve your CRM goals

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is ideal for managing sophisticated multi-channel campaigns across different user segments. Scenarios are easy to set up with a little bit of training, they are able to be very complex allowing your company to achieve any goal you have set to achieve through CRM.

Also, how easy it is to create amazing-looking emails without the need for lots of in-depth design knowledge. They are simple to set up and run as part of campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the learning curve when starting off with Exponea, however, they offer great online training sessions. These cover all of the basics as well as more advanced courses.

The Exponea team is also always on hand to offer support through their live chat or their knowledge centre
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping us expand our onboarding and in-life CRM. As a service where we can't predict a customer's need, Bloomreach has allowed us to remain front of mind through targeted campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Exponea is that you don't need to belong to the tech department to use it effectively. In one tool you colud, create reports, send newsletters/SMSem/Push notifications, recommend your products in different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult thing is to implement such a complex tool. But it`s really worth it. You must be only sure that in each side of the businnes is the team that can handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Exponea, as an organization, we were able to collect data from various sources in one tool: customer purchases in offline stores, e-commerce, behavior on the website and interaction on newsletters and SMSes. Thanks to this, we were able to look at our clients and their needs more holistically and react in the most effective way.

It`s realy complete tool. You should only make sure, that you have the good team to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
- Availability and flexibility of working with data and easy to use marketing automation interface.
- The fact that we can have data in one place and turn these data into valuable direct campaigns saves us lot of time and stress.
- The combination of data and ability to do campaigns in one interface is the main added value for us.
- time to go live - Exponea is easy to setup, all it's modules are seamlessly operating together
- time to value -once Exponea is setup, nothing stops you from staring to build use cases and deliver value...
- We love some features like the possibility to work with Jinja language for personalisation of email campaigns.
- The ability to personalise websites with web layers is also working well
What do you dislike about the product?
We are quite happy with Exponea. They are improving very fast and fixing any bugs. As any tool Exponea has potential to improve, however their customer service is reacting fast and we feel like they are hearing the market requests. Within minutes and majority of the questions are answered on a first call, people are always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- marketing automation - triggering messages based in customer events. Very important to maintain strong and active customer relationship
- data integration - integrating multiple data sources, so that they can be used in intelligent campaigns
