What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a wide range of uses, with many features and possibilities for integration with other tools.
Customer support has also proven to be consistently fast and highly competent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is much steeper initially than with other tools to fully exploit Bloomreach's potential
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, BR is helping a lot to automate certain manual processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Bloomreach has been a game-changer for our digital marketing strategies. What do you like best about the product?
Software is so user friendly and lets you manage various things on the go. Quick Reliable and User friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a while to connect, and during team meetings, the connection can drop unexpectedly. There are also occasional issues with connectivity that interrupt the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach lets us do business with ease by showing required product to right consumer. It benefits more when you have right customer base.

What I dislike most about Bloomreach is that the setup and learning curve can feel a bit heavy at first. Some of the advanced features aren’t immediately intuitive, and it takes extra time and effort to fully take advantage of everything the platform offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping us solve the challenge of reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time. By unifying customer data and offering strong personalization and automation tools, it makes our email campaigns more targeted and effective. The Bloomreach interface is very intuitive. In addition, the account management team are very knowledgeable about the product and suggests ways to improve usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally i am very technical so i'd like the fact that my teammembers that aren't as technical can also use Bloomreach with ease. The time to market is very quick so we create campaigns on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a tool that has a focus on the marketeer with a great UI it tends to be a little less dynamic with changes revolving around the datamodel. Besides that the event usage and storage can increase rather quick if you really start to use Bloomreach to its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that was able to create new campaigns, weblayers or other communication really quick to be competitive. This tool helps us be the dynamic brand in the market that we would like to be.
