What do you like best about the product?
I like that Exponea is user friendly, with complex functionalities, great design and helpful online support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The low responsiveness of our account manager and sometimes robustness of the system (for example if one instance of an event or event attribute is missspelled, it stays in the data forever, which can be ery misleading and contributing to chaos in the complex data)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building customer loyaty, customer data storage and management, personalization, consent management, we are hoping to start using it for more advanced marketing automation soon

Powerful, comprehensive and easy to use marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is easy to use and provides us with a hugely comprehensive set of marketing automation features. The editing and flow building features are intuitive with changes being able to be live instantly. Particularly good is the way the features available are constantly expanding with a published and very comprehensive roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The only bit which is a little unnerving is the breadth of the tool when you first look at it. There is so much you can do with it then guidance on where to aim first is critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are only just out of the pilot phase so have focussed on porting over all our existing marketing automation flows from another tool and started to enhance them. The major new area we have been able to develop is an understanding of our customer base and their behaviour. We have built an RFM model and are now looking to develop specific marketing approaches to fit each behaviour.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate Exponea's possibility make complex things easier and faster. It is easy to do quick analytic and perform quick decisions as well. Once we did integration and now we can do multichannel communications of any difficulty and segmentation. We could only dream of this before.
In Exponea all the attributes are divided to two types: user attributes and events. All these types are integrated within one user, so it is easy to see all chronological touchpoints and build customized communications bulit on this. Moreover, every event has its own attributes. For example, we use it for different types of communications on similar events, but different attributes.
Also Exponea has a very flexible integration for transports of communications. We appreciate personal data of our users so we do not keep any mobile phones, names or emails in Exponea. We integrated web-hooks and work with personal data through them.

Low support of Android SDK for now, and lack of possible variants for email integrations. Though Exponea promised to pay attention for that features, so it will not be a problem soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had 4 different platforms for communicaions before: transactional communications coming from server, email platform for broadcasting, push platform for broadcast push notifications and nothing was working together. Now all communications are integrated in Exponea so we see all customer journey at all channels. All the things we did throgh IT hard development now we do through Exponea without disturbing IT resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it if you have specific requirements and multichannel communication.

I like the smooth interface, integrations, excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I dislike. Possibly more documentation videos would be of help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business challenge: we offer upmarket education products, so we are monitoring every application that comes our way. We would like to automate and optimize the application process as well as emailing.

Exponea is definitely worth it.
Exponea - A Quick and Good Looking Tool to Unburden IT Departments
What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is a tool with a modern, good looking and intuitive interface. The response time of the application is just stunning. I also appreciate the ease of doing analysis with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major drawbacks, but the bug repairs can be more prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most valuable for me are definitely Scenarios - a killer feature of Exponea. They´re very intuitive and allow users to build very complex use cases within minutes. They require no coding so our IT department can save tons of time, which allows the team to focus on our core business.

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Success team is extremely responsive and thorough. Their knowledge of the product is awesome and if there's anything they don't know, they're quick to follow up. Keep up the great work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor feature requests sometimes take a bit of time to implement- however, that's only the case when they're minor/non-critical. Any major requests are processed quickly.
