What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to connect web tracking data with customer database and their behavior in the e-mail.
I like the support - the guys in Exponea react fast and they found solution for all problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some implementation steps took more effort and work than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Exponea as an e-mailing platform. It has very comfortable and easy-to-use interface. We expect much more in the future with a deeper implmentation into our web.

What do you like best about the product?
There are 3 things I like the most: 1) The complexity of the software 2) The automation and integration with our current CRM system / backend 3) It is absolutely easy to use!

Bonus? I need to point out the quality of Exponea support. Their folks are willing to fulfill our requests as soon as possible in the best possible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing I would dislike in Exponea for now.

What do you like best about the product?

Like every tool, integration is always tricky, but Exponea team make it easy.

Real-time analytics done easy

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea provides complex analysis that updates real-time, with easy to follow integration. Comparing to other products on the market, the only better option is running your own analytics infra, but you would need entire team taking care of that. With exponea, anybody on the team can quickly create data visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being real-time, your data has to follow certain rules - there are no joins, data has to be processed in linear time. There are easy workarounds for this and Exponea people help us with use cases on how to follow these rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as primary analytics tool for our free to play game, recently we also tried it for creating segmentations and running scenarios activating special offers for our customers.

Best complete analytics package on the market.

Centralizing marketing activities and taking them to next level

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea integrates many marketing activities into one system and is getting better over time quickly. Automatizations such as triggered actions, e-mails or smart A/B testing are allowing us to address the customer more consistently and effectivelly. The campaign editor is intuitive, super-easy to use and yet so powerful - frankly, when I saw it for the first time, I just said wow. And yeah, the system is still pretty fast overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we were probably one of the first customers using Exponea (back when it was called Infinario), first integrations were not seamless. But it was tackled really well by Exponea team and the product was getting better literally day by day. Also, the more data it collects, the more options you have how to use them - but the database of events is also growing fast in that event and you can easily run over quotas. Luckily, the team has always been kind and found a way how to solve it together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used few systems to direct-mail and approach our customers - including in-house built and 3rd party systems. It was hard (and many times impossible) to keep them in sync and they also missed some advanced features. Exponea integrated all this together into one product, get us rid of managing few more databases and now enables us to give our customers more seamless experience. Custom dashboards and integrations with 3rd party apps as Slack are proving to be quite useful for our marketing team, too.

What do you like best about the product?
In Exponea there are many ways how reach your goal. Within a few clicks you can see results of your campaigns. I like very much real time results and statistics about people in funels. Also I like the way how you can easily add dynamic parts to e-mail templates what do from your e-mail very personal things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly believe that it is only temporary thing, but nowadays (june 2017) an editor for e-mail templates is a little bit buggy. Everything else what I use works fine and I'm fully satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the Exponea, we are able to send personalized emails to customer where both content and the sending time is personalized. We can offer them services which can be interesting for them what Exponea knows from data. We also track and evaluate the success od these campaigns with Exponea.

Simple, convenient and fast

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, convenient and fast processing of tailor made analysis you need.
You do not need to use XY various analytics tools and experts anymore. All you need is one analyst who works with Exponea on daily basis and knows how to collect accurate data from the database - no more getting data and drawing the schemes for analyst.
Now analyst chooses the data he wants and monitor only the most important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentation. You need a consultant to help you with specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Exponea, we can easily tune our games. We focus mainly on retention, user funnels, retention per paying user.
Exponea is the first thing I launch every morning.

What do you like best about the product?
I can test various ideas for website presonalisation in very easy way with automatics AB test providing really short TTM process.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I consider a downside is that this tool is not present in most of the companies, thus it is not stadard and one have to explain how this software works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can peronalise our web page in the matter of minutes so we test our ideas to optimize customer interactions.

The marketing tool with a friendly interface and strong power

What do you like best about the product?
1. It is really fast - built as a single unified solution from scratch, the modules work great together >> I appreciate confident integration between data collection, analytics, and execution
2. After integration, we need our IT guys just from time to time - we are completely independent as it provides accurate data for our analytics and promotional campaign needs.
3. Funnels - this feature simplifies targeting and at the same time can be used across platforms. All funnels are retrospective and are always calculated instantly from our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say. We are satisfied from analytical point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits from my point of view as a data person:
1. Tracking all customer interactions across devices and channels, turning them into measurable and meaningful data insights
2. Data imports from our other systems to Exponea gives you the whole picture about your website visitors
3. Predefined webhook integrations to interact with Slack, Messenger or any other custom webhook for our own backend
4. The wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) email template editor works great and saves us a lot of time. Also our managers can handle to create a simple newsletter, hence they don’t have graphic recources
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest this for bigger businesses. It may be pricey for small and mid sized companies.
