Easy-to-Use Filters That Make Account Sorting a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The filter system to sort your accounts by different variables. Very easy to use and quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The routes it makes are pretty much entirely nonsensical and always require editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking the mental load off of me on keeping my accounts organized and in one place.
Intuitive, Convenient Outreach Tracking with Real-Time Updates
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and a great reference tool for tracking outreach.

Some features on app are limited compared to the web view

I am able to track my activity and engagement with providers in every method. It also helps me strategize to get the most out of my interactions.
Intuitive Route Planning, Needs Better Data Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Badger Maps is easy to use and very intuitive. It also seems to integrate with Google Maps, which is helpful for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where it's pulling the data from sometimes misses some of the locations and offices that would be good options for our business. So when we're looking for certain accounts that aren't necessarily listing all of the services they provide, they don't necessarily show up as locations for cold calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps for route planning and account visit notes.
Badger Optimizes My Weekly Routes in Minutes and Saves 30–40 Minutes a Day
What do you like best about the product?
Sunday evenings used to disappear into Google Maps trying to piece together a halfway decent route for the week. Now I open Badger, add my stops, and hit optimize — done in minutes. I'm getting 30–40 minutes back every day that goes straight into more customer time, not more windshield time. Still planning your routes by hand? You're working harder than you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a minor issue getting my data in, but support was quick and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning my week used to mean hours on Sunday evening juggling Google Maps - not a great way to start the week. Badger changed that completely.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to plan my daily activities for the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to change the color of the pins on the map to show different industries.

It helps me keep organized.
Infield Makes Trip Planning and Record Keeping Easy—with Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Infield app that mirrors my activity in the office on my computer is very helpful. The program is easy to navigate for creating trips, making changes, and downloading lists for record keeping and expense reports. Customer Care is always readily available to help, even when I’m out in the field. Training sessions with Michael have also been very helpful in maximizing the tool for our unique needs. We used to use MapQuest until they closed shop. I didn’t like the other programs that were recommended, so I started my own search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am old school and still like having a printed copy of my larger map for a multi-day trip. I do wish I could select an option to list the last name of account next to the red locator. MapQuest did offer that function. There is also not a way to export the Map. I have to use the snip it tool and paste it on a word document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the option of being able to choose different colors for different criteria per account in the larger map to help us prioritize which accounts we want to focus on. Badger is helping us see a visual of our donors to plan our trips. Personal visits increase the value of our relationship with the donor which can have a financial impact.
Powerful Routing with Smooth Salesforce/CRM Sync
What do you like best about the product?
Routing especially if you can sync with Salesforce or a CRM successfully
What do you dislike about the product?
The cancellation process was not made easy for me however Michael the manager made up for it so I am happy. Also, the cost for an indiv like myself paying without a company is fairly high

Boosted Our Sales and Efficiency Tremendously
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about Badger Maps. It creates more appointments which leads to more sales and more revenue. It creates more time for my team to actually be prospecting instead of preparing to prospect. When I have newer agents, they are more likely to get to work prospecting if they can just open the app and head to the first appointment, and the fact that they can see notes they've saved from previous visits helps them to get the appointments set on the follow-up visits. I also appreciate that the initial setup is very easy.

Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps to streamline route creation, saving preparation time and allowing more prospecting. It helps new agents focus on sales by easily accessing appointment details, which boosts appointments, sales, and revenue.
Efficient Route Planning, Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I find Badger Maps very simple to use. I like that it's easy to plan a route based on the criteria I want and then do check-ins after knocking. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more flexibility on the types of fields we can have in the custom fields, like drop downs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps for door knocking my real estate prospects and lead follow-up. It helps track my reps' activities and schedule follow-ups.
Makes Field Calls and Customer Tracking Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to find your customers when doing field calls, and logging calls and identifying customers that had not been visited for a length of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports were a little raw, when sent out in excel format, and if you don't custom build your notes requirements, the reps tend to put limited notes of no value. Also if you are unable to do a API link to keep the customer data maintained this becomes a very manual tasks that needs a dedicated person to manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software gives me a quick visual ID of my customers, how they’re being managed, and where there are opportunities to contact them. As the National Manager, it made it quick and easy for me to identify low performers and offer guidance to help them improve how they engaged with the customers, or if they needed more coaching.
