Efficient Route Planning, Simple to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I find Badger Maps very simple to use. I like that it's easy to plan a route based on the criteria I want and then do check-ins after knocking. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more flexibility on the types of fields we can have in the custom fields, like drop downs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps for door knocking my real estate prospects and lead follow-up. It helps track my reps' activities and schedule follow-ups.

Makes Field Calls and Customer Tracking Easy

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to find your customers when doing field calls, and logging calls and identifying customers that had not been visited for a length of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports were a little raw, when sent out in excel format, and if you don't custom build your notes requirements, the reps tend to put limited notes of no value. Also if you are unable to do a API link to keep the customer data maintained this becomes a very manual tasks that needs a dedicated person to manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software gives me a quick visual ID of my customers, how they’re being managed, and where there are opportunities to contact them. As the National Manager, it made it quick and easy for me to identify low performers and offer guidance to help them improve how they engaged with the customers, or if they needed more coaching.

Phenomenal Route Planning, Effortless Efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to love about Badger Maps. The route planning is phenomenal, saving me so much time by optimizing my routes so I don't waste time driving all over. I also love the filters. If I have, say, 100 accounts in one area but want to see a certain type of account, I can apply a filter to narrow it down to around 20. Within seconds, I can create a route, which is super helpful. I also found the initial setup very easy, even for someone not very technologically advanced like myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it all…nothing to share here. Easily one of my best investments in my career
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps to organize my territory, create and optimize routes, and log key contacts. It saves me time with route planning and filtering accounts, making my work efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the map and route feature of Badger Maps. It allows me to see my accounts on a map and add accounts based on the route I'm on. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Badger Maps could improve by providing more information on check-ins. I would like a feature where I can schedule a follow up visit, call, or email, and have it automatically added to the new day's route.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps for tracking accounts and meeting details. The map and route feature lets me see accounts visually and add new ones along my route.

Time-Saving, User-Friendly Route Planner

What do you like best about the product?
I use Badger Maps to enter all of my accounts and plan my route for the day. Badger Maps is a huge time saver. I like how I can plan my route for the day and use the Navigator tool right inside the app. I liked how I was able to add notes to each account and track the dates of each time I checked into the account. It is a quick reference for when I'm on the road, and I can pull up the account, check any notes, and also check the last time I was at the office. I found the app to be very user-friendly and very useful. The initial setup was very easy, and they also provided videos on how to use all the features. Their support team also offered to help with learning the features of the app.

I use Badger Maps to enter my accounts and plan my daily route, saving me time. I like adding notes and tracking check-in dates, making it a quick reference on the road.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement, easy visually to see and route

The pricing for us was the struggle where we were only looking to layer maps and didn't need the routing feature. It felt costly for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a visual of accounts was the biggest benefits for prospecting + account management

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales support back office agent it helps me have a better idea to where should I recommend the sales rep to check. In addition it lets me explore what is close to the area to give better insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don’t have enough experience with Badger to say there’s anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having issues with the sales team being too independent. A problem its solving it helps us see in the map and start using our AI tools for recommendations and suggestions placed in a map. It will help us monitor and check the cost of a route and the revenue it gives to involve the sales support department to make the sales team transform into another thing.

Badger Maps Sets the Gold Standard for Route Planning and Territory Management

What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps made me feel like I wasn't alone in the field. I could import accounts and jobsites from a spreadsheet, but also while on the jobsites. The lasso tool was very helpful as well. I loved being able to divide my territory up into different routes that were optimized for best path.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative that I can say about Badger. It is the tool by which I will measure all other apps like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my accounts, jobsites, and prospects organized and trackable. I am earning more because I am uncovering every stone in my market.

What do you like best about the product?
it was easy to use and provided excellent data that was useful if you were routing calls

The only thing was that it was not able to integrate with Zoho CRM under my subscription level.

pulling in all of the types of businesses in a geographic region and routing those businesses
