Boosts Sales Efficiency with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the support team at Badger Maps; they've been great. Whenever I've had questions, they're always quick with an answer. I also love the pre-planning routes feature. I can plan ahead, save my routes, and then just plug and go, which makes my work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had trouble uploading my customer list at first because it didn't like some of my fields but that's where support helped. Ended up being an easy fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger Maps saves time in planning customer visits, doing check-ins, and all the day-to-day work of navigating for outside sales.
Effortless to Use with Outstanding Mapping Features

Price is a bit higher than what I would like for what it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep me organized in the area I am visiting at the time. Easily create a route without jumping through a ton of hoops first.
Visualize Client Insights with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Badger Maps allows us to visualize when we last visited a client or specific types of businesses. This feature helps in comparing and contrasting, aiding in our decision-making process. The 'Lasso' tool is also great for circling where we want to go, making it a useful feature. The ability to visualize different types of businesses is incredibly valuable and we are planning to sort by the value of clients, which I believe will be amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading potential clients and the zooming in process can be problematic. The 'redo search' feature when looking for specific types of businesses leaves room for errors and missing places. It would be great to type in the type of business we want to visit over an entire state and save them in bulk. The initial setup was a bit slow, taking about 5 months of paid usage before making any real progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps for managing routes, sales, and customers. It provides one-stop routing for clients and lets us visualize visits and business types, aiding decision-making.
Intuitive Interface, Needs Frequent Refreshes
What do you like best about the product?
I like Badger Maps for its user feel and visuals, which make it an easy-to-learn app. The ability to intuitively move through it is something I appreciate, as it supports my team of outside sales reps by solving routing issues and keeping them productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Badger Maps needs to be refreshed often.

BadgerMaps has made my sales role much easier and gives my managers confidence.
What do you like best about the product?
The way I can store all of my accounts, take meeting notes, follow up feature, and the way it optimizes my routes each day to make me as efficient and effective as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been slightly complicated so far is the integration between badger maps and the CRM Albi that we use as a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track my progress with accounts as well as optimizing my routes so I am not wasting time and gas.
Seamless Trip Planning with Intuitive Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Badger Maps is very easy to use, even though I only have a single license, which means I have to manually import my addresses via spreadsheet. It's still so easy. The initial setup was very easy, and the user interface was easily learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey. I wish I could hook it directly into my CRM, but you can't do that without a higher license level.

Badger Maps helps me know who's located where, allowing me to schedule meetings with key clients and visit others in the same area, making it perfect for my trips.
Transforms Route Planning, Amazingly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Badger Maps is amazingly easy to use, which has drastically reduced the time I spend on planning my routes. What used to take me three to four hours to plan out my entire week now takes just about fifteen minutes. This efficiency in planning my weekly routes day by day has been incredibly beneficial for my work. Badger Maps provides the most efficient route for visiting stores, ensuring all my notes and customer information are kept handy in one place. The initial setup was very simple, allowing me to be up and running in minutes, which was a great convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it problematic that Badger Maps doesn't automatically connect and sync my contact information to my phone. This would simplify managing contacts significantly. Additionally, I attempted to integrate Badger Maps with Salesforce, but the integration did not work. I hate SF, but my company uses it and requires me to update all my information to SF. I’d rather just use Badger, because it is superior to SF.

I use Badger Maps to efficiently route my sales visits and centralize customer information, saving me hours in planning by simplifying my weekly route planning to minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy to use Badger Maps is, which significantly enhances my experience when managing routing tasks. It's a breeze to navigate through and allows me to efficiently map out routes for inspectors across the US. I also greatly appreciate the customer support at Badger Maps; their team, along with the account managers, is exceptionally responsive and always ready to provide help whenever needed. The thorough tutorial provided by my account manager was incredibly helpful and made me more efficient in using the product. Overall, this kind of supportive and user-friendly environment fosters a productive workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a feature that allows us to toggle on and off account locations. This functionality would give a cleaner view, making it easier to manage and visualize routes and accounts more effectively.

I appreciate using Badger Maps for marketing purposes, specifically for performing follow-ups when I go check-in on offices. It helps me keep track of the last time I visited an office, which is extremely useful for my needs. I love the lasso tool feature as it makes creating a driving route incredibly easy, which is a significant advantage. The initial setup of Badger Maps was very easy, which I find beneficial as it allowed me to start using it without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Badger Maps worked better on the phone. The phone version doesn't perform as well as the computer version. There aren't specific functionalities mentioned, but overall, the mobile experience seems to lag behind the desktop experience.
