Just a few improvements needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy mapping. Can upload pictures now. Overall good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being Red/Green colorblind and with no option to colorize with my own choice of color decreases the functionality for people with this disability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Route tracking with history is great
I love the platform, it's incredibly helpful and saves time, but is pricey
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can optimize your route makes it so easy to go from one clinic to the next
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too expensive. $60 a month is a lot. In the app my company is using now, you can scan business cards and create a profile, label the clinic and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping all of my accounts in one place, easy to find and easy to write your notes. It also optimizes your route to make your day faster
Perfect for covering multi-state large territories.

The customer cupport was great whenever i had an issue

More Productivity In One App
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Badger Maps is being able to visualize all my accounts on the map. It lets me see current customers as well as prospective customers which allows me to maximize my time and efforts. Customer service is extremely helping and very quick to answer any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side I've ran across is I would like to be able to check in while prospecting or cold calling without adding the account to my list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger maps helps me to plan my day and routes. It allows me to maximize my selling time with way less downtime planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support. Michael Cruz et al are very helpful and patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be taking me personally longer to learn the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anytime I get stuck I call for help. Process and implementation mostly.

I am in the medical field and often times I could not list all the Doctors in the Group without tricking the system.

Badger has increased my efficiency, while lowering travel time and route planning when visiting customers. It should be a part of every sales reps toolbelt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything not helpful about Badger.

Fuel, efficiency of the reps and increased productivity

The route mapping really allows me to give my customers a schedule and timeline for when I will be there

The lack of a solid crm. It's the reason we had to leave it and go to nutshell

Makes it easy to hit all of my stops in the most efficient way and allow me to schedule with my customers accurately.
Wonderful mapping software
What do you like best about the product?
The places integration is one of the best parts about Badger. When I'm traveling across the U.S I can type in a key word and find places to stop along my route.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with badger is the only way I can sort my separate accounts is by "check in" or contact. I'd love to be able to have multiple accounts where the pins for just those account are shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger benefits me by allowing me to track and plan my routes efficiently.

Takes you to customers using the shortest routes. Customer Support is great in explaining how to use program.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have experianced yet only used badger on two trips.
