Great CRM!!

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay organized and visualize when I need to stop by clients again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for me to favorite the locations (make them a star shape or different color or something) so I could see which accounts are my target accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to remember who I talked to and helps me to remember names. It also helps me to stay organized and know how long it's been since I've visited my accounts, so I know when to go back.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated the mapping and directions as they were printed out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mapping is a little questionable -- as I used it I noticed alot of backtracking in the territory which added extra time and mileage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right from the start the mapping component was what I was most interested in -- In the past, I did it myself and was hoping that this would alleviate alot of time and stress and do it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Places! I love the local search feature that shows you local industry-like businesses!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a "map print" feature. I wish I could print an area map to show prospecting Clients a visual of other businesses that are Clients already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't see much of this - emails and updates from Badger and what's new are not present with Badger Maps marketing. Need to keep users more informed of what's new.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me the ability to adjust my account list easily. I can add or remove accounts as they change. Also, this is perfect for route optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many dislikes. I don't use it too frequently anymore. I am becoming more familiar with my territory and need it less the more I know. That being said, I still use it in my distant territories. I don't have any dislikes thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me with visualizing my accounts and mapping out efficient sales days. Without this map I would have wasted so much time driving back and fourth to centers or trying to map out ten different accounts on google maps.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily schedule training with a live person. Everyone I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I dislike. So far so good!

It is helping me lay out my routes for my team to help me be the most time and fuel efficient.

Cannot see reports from cell phone within app.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Excel spreadsheet to upload all account info and you are ready to go. Can keep prospects separate from closed accounts making it easy to view data. Great tool to prep my day and also make adjustments on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found an area I dislike.

I don't even think I have tapped into all of Badgers offerings. Couldn't imagine working without this app. Wish I had discovered it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any questions I have had, Badger reps have been in contact with me and guided me through to a resolution. Everyone's purpose is just a little different, but this app has really cut down drive times while managing follow ups. Additionally is compatible with Salesforce and a lot of other tools I use.

Best Territory Planning Tool Around

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once a book of business is up-loaded, many things are available immediately. It calculates the best route and will restructure the course based on additional parameters one may add afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I lose internet connection then it is difficult to access maps during the day. I usually don't print out my maps which causes problems along the route when I lose internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to optimize my drive time has saved me significant time during my day that I allocate towards driving business in my territory to higher achievements.
