The app is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to optimize my routes and plan out my whole week ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish badger had EDA/UCC filing information integrated with it. It would also be nice to export a route into google/apple maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and organization. It allows me to plan my week, not have to remember where I will be, and make sure I'm going about my day in the most optimal way possible.

Where my customers are and are not. Helps with efficient planning and where to prospect for new customers
BADGER MAPS GIVES ME A HUGE ROI
What do you like best about the product?
BADGER MAPS HELPS ME TO SEE WHERE MY PROSPECTS AND MANAGE MY ACQUISITION OF NEW LEADS. THE SOFTWARE HELPS ME TO STRATEGICALLY MAP MY PROSPECTING.
What do you dislike about the product?
NO REAL DOWNSIDES. OVER ALMOST 2 YEARS, I HAVE HAD ONLY A COUPLE DAYS WHEN THE SOFTWARE WAS NOT WORKING OPTIMALLY.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BADGER HAS ALL MY LEADS MAPPED OUT SO I CAN SEE HOW TO APPROACH AN AREA.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that badger shows all customers and helps me plan routes in many different ways. I don't have to enter each address on Google maps and can save all routes
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. I have just started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My territory spans over 3 states. Badger helps identify everyone in an area.
Simple but it works very well
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to enter account information into the fields. I very much like the mapping and route capabilities of Badger, it is customizable but you can also save the routes that you create. I needed customized fields and it took one telephone call and two hours and it was done. Very very good customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if dashes were automatically entered into telephone numbers. The "recent" tab in the accounts section does not automatically populate very quickly. And the coding glitch that I have reported is when you are putting new account information in and you don't do location last, The format for address phone or name automatically comes up in the location format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once the accounts are in and entered correctly, it doesn't take very much work to plan the day, week, or month. It benefits me by not costing me very much time to do the planning that needs to be done
Badger making like easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about badger is how easy it makes the route once you click on "optimized." And how it gives you step-by-step instructions to the destination.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Badger is the Lazo feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger has saved us from getting lost out in the country multiple times when our GPS is not working.
Safety and time savings
What do you like best about the product?
It has data that shows where pharmacies are and the consistency of check ins and colors are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a great platform but once arrived at the stop it should wait til car is in park and then read check in , have it mounted, then once meeting finished write notes and press go. And it should actually roUte you to next stop in the badger app so nobody is using phone like crazy while driving, it's very unsafe

Honestly, nothing i coukd google map all the pharmacies and use sales force to log data and it's easy safer
Great Mapping Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can set how long each meeting is and you can see when you will be finished for the day. It is also nice to see where each account is.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the app on the phone doesn't respond as fast as I would like it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badgers helps me stay on track for my routes and it also helps me see all my accounts in that area as I can visually see them on the map.
Brilliantly efficient software pinpointing and optimizing routes of all your customers on 1 map
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all customers on 1 Google map platform. Very easy to use and update, and you can classify and color code according to the type of customer. The folks at Badger are fabulous, they will load your initial client list for you, and with over 300 customers it was awesome that they do this for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be very sluggish while loading all customers on the map, especially in rural areas. After creating a route, it will not load the entire route into Google maps, still have to navigate to each stop one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After you lasso a group of customers you want to visit, it will optimize the entire route so you are way more efficient and can see more customers per day than hunting to find each one individually. If you're starting a new sales route or job or will make finding all your customers and absolute breeze.
This program saves me time and money.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact you can use filters to turn accounts on or off as needed. If I just want to view my restaurant accounts, I can just filter out only restaurants. If I want to just turn on just my November customers, it's easy. Once I complete my visit a certain customer, I can change the filter for that customer so that they won't show up on the map for another 3, 6 or 12 months in the future. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with invoicing programs and CRM programs seamlessly. I currently have to keep all my customers in multiple databases. I'm looking for a solution that has mapping, invoicing and CRM in one solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a fire extinguisher service company. I inspect each business either once or twice per year. I try to group my inspections so that I'm in the same area each day and not hopping around Houston. With Badger, I can lasso a group of customers that are close together and turn them in to a route. Before I show up, I can call, text or email them from the app to let them know I'm on the way.
