Badger Review
What do you like best about the product?
This is a one-stop system for managing accounts, keeping call logs, and scheduling. Its mobile feature makes it very easy to optimize daily routes and manage account details while on the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled with customers who had multiple office locations. I would have liked to have each of those addresses linked to one account rather than making duplicate pins for each location. If any updates are near, I would love to see the ability to keep the notes/check-ins for each location all consolidated in one profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger has made daily travel and scheduling very convenient. With this service, my phone is not only a map with call points, but a quick reference to customers, notes, and appointments.

Ease of uploading data, however, I am sure many clients have a tough time with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is truly nothing to dislike about my experience. It does everything I need it to do and it makes me lots of $$$. ;)

Focusing on my target market has saved me tons of time and made my days incredibly efficient.

The ability to interact and change the map instantly.

You can't always do everything on the the app that you can online.

I wish we had the ability to upload an excel sheet with new accounts to our logins.

Badger organizes our sales routes helping to optimize the time and miles used.

It should also work as a GPS, so businesses can track their employees in real-time.

Fantastic & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Badger is so easy to use & the customer service is stellar. I love having the time between meetings tolook at my map to see what accounts are around. It makes pop-in's easy & shows my customers support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love the ability to upload my accounts to the maps & not have to heavily rely on the customer service people. This really isn't an issue though because the customer service people are wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving are being able to see more accounts, spend my time more efficiently & being effective in seeing everyone. The benefits are great because I'm able to show my accounts support & make them feel seen & heard.

Utilize this in the field - it'll make your life so much easier & you will personally be more efficient & effective with your time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track conversations and items for follow up while actively out on sales calls. I use app on iPhone to do that all the time. Then I use their report to follow up the next week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't take an existing 'saved route' and export it into Excel. I would like to be able to create routes and then export them into excel for purposes of mail merges, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving route planning, client interaction follow up items, being able to identify who I have not touched in a certain period of time, and giving myself follow up notes through the 'check-in' feature.
Badger Maps Review
What do you like best about the product?
When on the road, i love how it optimizes my route to save time, money and gas. It is nice to be able to follow up on each call similar to a crm lite.. The ability to check in and attach a photo is great, however this capability would be so much more useful if we could attach PDF's, XLS, Orders and even drag n drop outlook emails, contact cards or email details and then link to a followup with a simple click.
What do you dislike about the product?
when entering new contacts, i have asked the dev team before about this. currently the phone field is just number format. it would be helpful to have it autoformatted so i don't have to type the dashes. each second in the process to add new contacts are time-consuming. Also, it is nice to attach photos but would be even nicer to be able to attach xls, email drag and drop from outlook and PDF documents as well. If i write an order, it would be nice to attach it to my check-in and then schedule a follow-up. Another small thing is that as i add to my account list, the program doesn't always provide me the zip codes for use at a later time with mailing out a letter via snail mail or having the zip code to validate an address to send a sample package to?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have a small company and don't have an official CRM, we utilize outlook for email and scheduling. this tool helps us plan a sales day, and could have added features to serve as a CRM LITE on basic action and follow-up items. The developers need to think like sales people on the road where time is always an issue.. you can't always have the laptop open and doing email while driving so i would like to see better usability in the app. I have also tried to figure out how to denote chain accounts whereby the corp HQ is the main (primary) and stores are (children). to be able to quickly filter on these would be nice.

Great Marketing Tool and Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love mapping capability that unfortunately is not available on most CRMs. I use Badger almost on daily basis. App is extremely easy to use, easy to make "check-ins" while making client and lead follow ups. Amazing planning tool, great reports you can pull to see your leads/ accounts. And one of the main reasons I stay with Badger (even after Google increased their price to carriers like Badger) is because of outstanding customer service Badger provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more "reminder" tools, push notifications or similar that might remind to call someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger makes you very efficient and more effective out in the field. You can instantly see what Hot leads/ accounts are close to you, especially if you gained extra time, now you can utilize it by being able to make a stop in without spending too much time planning for it. You don't have to spend hours planning out where you might go the next day.
