A superb experience comprised of thoughtful software and excellent customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
Badger has been a great tool as it has allowed our company to monitor salesperson activity to a degree we have never been able to before. Our sales team finds the software very useful, particularly the notes and smart routing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small issue we have with the software is was importing an existing contact list. This was mainly difficult because the list we were trying to import was not well optimized or organized - not really the fault of Badger. However, our account manager made this process as easy as possible for us with his help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of sales person activity and accountability/proof of activity. Badger with its verified check-in feature has solved this issue and truly bridged a gap for our management team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the time saving properties of using the app. I love that I can plan my route on my PC and then access it via my phone while traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have different views. I cover several states and wish I could look at the states individually. The map is a little slow sometimes and zooming in and out can be fidgety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the job I have now I had never traveled for business before. This program has made that transition so easy! I am very productive with my time.

Works quickly and saves us time and money.

The automatic address feature can lock up sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us 30-60 minutes of driving a day. It provides a complete plan of our stops and allows us to set the time for the meeting.

Great for up to 25 stops a day.

Badger saves time and money especially with gas prices what they are. More importantly it boosts my effectiveness far beyond what I could do alone.

Not only the ease of use this app provides but the organizational use and mapping I can do.

Connection issues sometimes but for the most part it is fine.

I lay out my travel days with Badger all the time. It is very simple to see and use the software to effectively work my area.

Organization, efficiency and simplicity all in one!
What do you like best about the product?
Desktop and App. Can use on the go and enter my notes per each stop right away so I never forget anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the website link would stay when I convert a lead to an account. It's only linked on the "leads". Also wish I could enter more than one email address and keep it organized. I just add in the notes section, but not as organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Literally saves me HOURS trying to plan my routes! I also do a much better of keeping notes when it's right at my fingertips.

It's completely worth it! Aside from saving me so much time and work, it's also an amazing prospecting tool! It's just so useful in so many ways!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Badger Maps for over six years to record and plan and track the calls I make. I love the reports, the ability to create custom fields, and the route planning to make my drives are efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the iPhone version I can't see the full name of any of my accounts that have a long name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly sort through hundred of accounts to create target lists easily.

It's very easy to personalize using custom fields.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how much it saves me time on my day today routine. Being able to pinpoint customers I need to see and focus on one particular area it's very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is pretty simple I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to put all my notes in one place that is easy to reference.
Never lost and always on time
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have all of your location contacts stored and coming up with planned out travel routes each week. I usually just utilize my calendar to connect for quick reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the only thing I dislike is the monthly price. I would like to see a discounted offering to loyal users over a certain amount of time. I would like to see additional contact information put under each account such as owner, and other key contact names and contact info such as cell and email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to appropriately setup daily visits and plan out an estimated amount of time for each visit is fantastic. I am definitely more productive and I feel my business performance has improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a higher monthly subscription but the ease of use and tools available make it worth while.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the lasso feature and the mobile app is super easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Without having to completely redo a saved route using the lasso feature I would like to be able to change the lasso what it has been made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our reps are still using Google maps which is not nearly as efficient as creating a routes in badger and then optimizing the stops for the most efficient route
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you go on travel routes and make lots of stops there is nothing better that I have found and then badger maps. With fuel at 4 to 6 dollars per gallon being able to optimize every stop helps tremendously on fuel savings.
