Great Lead Generator
What do you like best about the product?
Finding leads and optimizing travel route.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only viewing current points...all accounts show up and I prefer to view just what I am doing that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While on the road it's easy to find new leads in the area and add current visits to the list.
Love Badger maps!

Overall I don't have any dislikes! I think it's really user friendly!

It's helps me keep track of all of my visits and that is very important for me!

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive platform that works on both mobile and desktop. The support staff (Brad) is also very helpful, ensuring we know when new features are out, helping to migrate our data, and generally being supportive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more integration with other platforms - e.g. our own CRM systems based in Google Sheets. Maybe there are ways to do this I don't know about?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this primarily for taking notes on sales calls and tracking sales touches, but we also utilize this to map our visits

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Badger Maps for almost 6 months now, and it has made my job a lot easier. I love how simple and convenient it is to put in updates/notes on each practice. The reporting tools offered are also extremely helpful and eliminate a ton of paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints with Badger maps.

Saves me a ton of time with reporting my weekly stops. Keeps all my notes in one convenient place and allows me to quickly look up information on each practice.

It's worth every penny. As busy medical professionals, every spare minute helps.

What do you like best about the product?
Badger maps is easy to make or edit a route in the moment and know your day before you start it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Badger maps is great in most things, but editing account details or group edits can be cumbersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using badger maps to effectively visit multiple accounts and have the best use of my time. It has helped me become and stay as prrlodictive as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to plan out my trips. I love how all the information is integrated into one spot. I appreciate Mary and the tech team and how much they are helpful when i have a need or question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Would love a link to LinkedIn or maybe Outlook??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiently planning my travel trips. Able to put my notes on each visit very easily and print out how many miles i went for doing my expense report.

Badger is such a easy map to use for companies
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to plan a route and how helpful it is to use while the drivers are on the road. The drivers use their ipads to see the map and route they are going to be on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a spot to add a customer name and more than one phone if listed to get in contact with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Badger we were using either map point or google maps and it just was not working out good, I did my research and found badger and so far we have all liked using it as it is very helpful and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
You're able to import and export as many contacts as you'd like. You can create custom routes and save them for later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you aren't able to sort and organize your leads/contacts. For example, I would love to sort and remove all the contacts that have birthdays in January.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating routes for stopping at 20-30 locations on a daily basis. I realize the benefit of the color coding to show when the most recent check ins are is most helpful.
Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get in touch with someone and how quick they are to reach out and answer my questions. They always follow up within the same day if no one is available when I call
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use some updates, such as a way to track your check ins through the day and not having to send excel spreadsheets to myself. I would also love to see a section to upload business cards and contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient routes and easy note taking has been huge for me. It also helps me to prioritize accounts when necessary and keep track of everything. This is almost impossible to do without the help of this app.
Great tool to optimize routes
What do you like best about the product?
I don’t have to plan my workday the day before, I just start my day and Badger provides me with an optimized route for my meetings. The app is dynamic, so if I need to change my route, I can just add a stop or a new appointment, and my route gets re-optimized
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of stops you can add to a route used to be limited, but now they solved the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have more time to nurture leads and connect with prospects because I don’t have to stress about planning my journey. I end my day with a sense of accomplishment because I was able to focus on my job, which I really enjoy
