Efficient use of drive time
What do you like best about the product?
Easy tools for creating routes between multiple locations and customers. Note/check in system makes it painless to have a good recollection of previous conversations. A more useful follow-up calander and push notifications would make this an even more powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing to add new csv lists without creating duplicate accounts. Tries to be a bit of a crm app but lacks useful email tools, calander tools and other integrations that would make this a useable crm
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to make a plan for the day to keep in front of customers. Mapping provides a simple way to trim up a route for the most efficient use of time. Places function helps find new prospects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time to load good data upfront and you'll save loads of time later down the road.
A must for any Independent Sales Rep or Regional Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see the accounts owned by each of my sales team on a map. As well, the ability to see areas that are being missed. I like that I can enter keywords to find the location of dealers in the regions. The customer service is Off The Charts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to update my entire account list myself but the ability to have the Badger team update it for me is a great solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above I can see the accounts owned by my sales team and I can see areas in the territory that are being missed. I have been able to better manage my team and give recommendations on dealers and cities they should focus on.
Great for mapping, but limited functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Mapping tool was easy to use. Route optimization was very useful and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Back office functionality was ok. Downloaded reports would consolidate multiple photos into one cell in Excel CSV file rendering them unable to connect to link with photos without editing the cells first. Lack of 3rd party access for suppliers.

Giving suppliers store level visibility of their products.
Best field sales crm you could ask for
What do you like best about the product?
Route feature, color coding, ability to add new fields, prospecting based on account type, check ins, follow ups, calendar integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would add is easier ability to keep track of each sku that is being sold at an account

Ability to easily see all my accounts visually on a map, plan out my routes, improve my efficiency in reaching more people

This app is worth it!
Badger Maps provides a strong interface if the features align with your needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to manage my accounts and group them based on various criteria, including their location on the map and relative proximity to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I selected more accounts than I could complete in a typical workday, it did not break my routes into multiple trips that could take over multiple days. Rather, it simply created one long route that required over 24 hours to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many locations spread across my state that require frequent visits. I needed a way to minimize the time and miles associated with visiting these sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like the ability to select many accounts at one time and have the program automatically divide the route into multiple days, or allow me to assign it to multiple people.
Worth every penny
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate and versatile. I have complete control over my schedule and yet it remains flexible enough to change on the spot if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price increase was unexpected and large scale from the original price I started with.

I am able to keep true to my appointments and hold myself accountable
Great Lead Generator
What do you like best about the product?
Finding leads and optimizing travel route.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only viewing current points...all accounts show up and I prefer to view just what I am doing that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While on the road it's easy to find new leads in the area and add current visits to the list.

Great product with great support!
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive platform that works on both mobile and desktop. The support staff (Brad) is also very helpful, ensuring we know when new features are out, helping to migrate our data, and generally being supportive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more integration with other platforms - e.g. our own CRM systems based in Google Sheets. Maybe there are ways to do this I don't know about?

We use this primarily for taking notes on sales calls and tracking sales touches, but we also utilize this to map our visits

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Badger Maps for almost 6 months now, and it has made my job a lot easier. I love how simple and convenient it is to put in updates/notes on each practice. The reporting tools offered are also extremely helpful and eliminate a ton of paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints with Badger maps.

Saves me a ton of time with reporting my weekly stops. Keeps all my notes in one convenient place and allows me to quickly look up information on each practice.
