A huge Time saver that simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about badger maps is the simple interface that allows you to quickly get your route ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I began using badger maps several years ago, I have never run into a situation that I felt the company could do a better job. From the design to the actual maps provided they have a simple solution that I don't believe could be better implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work with requires routes to be run on a daily basis but does not provide software for this purpose. Badger maps benefits me by allowing me to load my customer information quickly and easily. I then have a nearly unlimited number of options to sort my data by and create highly effective routes.
Great tool to keep mobile salespeople efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Placing a list of prospective customers in an efficient order for physical visits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost was a bit high for the one feature I used it for.
While it did much more than I used it for, my company's current CRM took care of all the other features.

Comprehensive and Easy Business Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
For years, I have been looking for an easy to use but complete sales mapping program. Not until Badger Mapping have I found it. Importing accounts are simple and if needed, great support to assist you. Easy to manage routing of customers for routine visit opportunities. Love the ability to plan my days and weeks without difficulty. Excellent notes and account visit history. I especially love the end of week reports that I can share with my manager to show visits and notes to keep them up to date easily. All in all, an excellent tool for any sales professional, from novice to seasoned.Well done, Badger!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not yet found anything I dislike about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger makes route/customer planning a breeze. It takes only moments to do what it took hours to do in the past.
Not only makes my days on the road more productive but also more enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can separate out customers based upon what they buy. There are some days where I just focus on one type of need for my customer base. I also like that I can put in places that are the type of customer(s) I am looking for. Makes prospecting significantly easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'ONLY" thing I dislike about Badger is that I can't put in my house, which is always my staring point of my day in that spot. I physically have to type it in each time. On the mobile ap it seems to work just fine. I just don't use Badger that way. I set up my accounts the night before or the morning of to decide where I'm going. I use my laptop for that. Then on the road I use my mobile phone

Finding prospects that might be interested in what I have to offer
Once everything is set up, I am enjoying the routing and ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
The lasso feature and optimization for my day. Cust serv is pretty helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up is not very user friendly, way too complicated.

Very helpful in plotting out my day and getting to point to point quicker.

Badger Maps is the best map I found for our healthcare agency. We love it and had the best representative, Michael! Very happy with the service, it has made our daily tasks much easier when scheduling patients for home visits.

Not really anything...You have to use it to understand the s hortcuts so to speak.

What do you like best about the product?
Badger has a lot of functionality. I use the basics but learned today that there is so much more to make my job easier and more fun. From colors of pins to using notes sections, this has been a great program for my work. There is always help to answer questions. The customer support is great and they are willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike other that not knowing more about the program which comes with more time using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to be more efficient in my work and eliminating wasted time.
Mapping That Works - and Then Some!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to color code my routes. Seeing them all at once in their own color brings sanity to each day. Any software is only as good as the people supporting it and the information you put in. The Badger Team is always there and they coach you on what to put in. Thanks Celeste, Alliane (for my 50 minute Google Meet), Blue, and the entire Badger Support Team! They never gave up on me!

There wasn't even much of a delay that kept me from creating my routes and accomplih me tasks. All Good!

More stops in a day. Easy integration from laptop to phone app.
