What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps allows me the flexibility to make efficient route maps with a great deal of ease.

I would like the ability to save sets of data in separate groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Badger Maps, I can draw around sets of data and exclude any points on the map I don't wish to have on the route. Then, after I have selected only the places I want to map, I can ask Badger Maps to make the most efficient route given a starting and ending location and it always gives me great results. I have tried this with several AI clients and I rarely get a route that is efficient, if the AI can do it at all. The customer support folks have always been very responsive and helpful on the one time I had an issue. I was able to get optimized routes to staff within about ten minutes of having access to the software. I have tried many sites to make this work and Badger Maps is the one I keep coming back to for optimized route planning.

Badger Maps has been an absolute game-changer for me. Before I started using it, my route planning was a chaotic mess of spreadsheets and guesswork. Now, Badger Maps automatically optimizes our routes based on customer locations, appointment times, and even traffic conditions.
This has significantly increased my efficiency, allowing me to see more customers in less time. The app is incredibly user-friendly with a clean interface and intuitive features. I really love the ability to track progress in real-time, include pictures during my visits to accounts, and be able to track my follow up meetings when needed. It is also great to track mileage and be able to go back to check my routes to know how many miles I drove.
Customer support is also top-notch. They are always quick to respond and helpful in resolving any issues I encounter. Overall, I highly recommend Badger Maps to any field sales team or sales person looking to improve their productivity and efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Excel headers when uploading accounts don't always equate to what I want them to be. That could be user error also. I need to play with those features a little more.

Badger Maps solves my issues of planning out routes and the time it would take to optimize my time on the road if I need to move meetings or pivot to new destinations in between my meetings.
So Easy and Convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps is an amazing app. The customer service for the company is superb! If I ever needed help with accounts or uploading information they could help me within the hour. So fast and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't see a downside to the app. You log what you want. I guess I would say not being able to edit dates of check ins would be the only thing I would want to be able to edit. There have been days where I forget to log something and then do it a day or two later and it's not logged on the correct day.

What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps tools are efficient and effective when planning your sales or bussiness development activities calling on various clients in an assigned territories. The tools are easy to implement The results saves time, gas and cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not experienced any negative outcomes; it's a resource I use very frequently and easy to integrateand has a number of features which accomodate your particular criteria. Most importantly, their customer support staff are helpful, and quick to respond with answers to questions that arises.

Driving effeciency in Sales Route planning, which saves time and fuel expenses.
Easiest Route Planner
What do you like best about the product?
Everyday, I enter the 8-10 names of clients I need to see, and Badger always spits out the most efficient route. I also utilize the note feature so I can enter data into our CRM.

Makes planning our delivery routes easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The route optimiser is pretty spot on. For us, it is the main reason we use Badger. It allows me to input my drops, and tells me what order I should send my driver to optimise efficiency.
It would be amazing if I could somehow upload this data to my GPS, but we are still manually inputting.

What do you dislike about the product?
It seems suited for countries that drive on the right hand side of the road. In Australia, I am receiving feedback from my drivers that they are having to cross the street to make their drop. For safety reasons, we just shimmy a few addresses around so my drivers are not also constantly turning across traffic taking longer to wait for an opening.
This is not hard for me to adjust, so not so much a dislike, as an opportunity to take on some feedback for future growth.

It is saving me a lot of time having to input addresses into another route optimiser. Badger is much faster than the previous software we were using.
My Sales Call Efficiency App
What do you like best about the product?
Once I have Badger Maps dialed in with my accounts, the drive and subsquent sales calls I make are super efficeint and effective. "Plan your work and work your plan." has never been so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a sales guy and my IT skills are somewhat limited. It took me longer too learn how to use the Badger App than I thought needed. The step by step instructions should be at the forefront for any new customer and possible be more intuitive so regular folks can use the app quicker.

Makes my driver super efficient, once I "optimize." My first day I was terrible because I didn't know to "optimize"

Great routing and finding new accounts

Route optimization, makes my day very efficient

No real complaints, sometimes when building a route on my phone, selecting accounts can be kind of clunkly or laggy, hard to tell if its acctually added on not, sometimes.
