Easy to use, but still fairly obvious it's AI
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to make videos quickly and professionally. Lots of templates and customization available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The avatars are quite obviously AI-generated and don't give the same feeling as a real actor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically hire a production company and actors to make videos. Synthesia provides an easier and more affordable option for smaller scale projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in editing and fast video production. Also, a big choice of avatars in the library and the possibility to personalize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference in 2 subscriptions (starter & creator) is very small, for example for 20 something euros more, you only get 2 personal avatars more and you don't have the possibility to personalize the "fake" avatars, which is for me, a basic feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translation in multiple languages, time of production.
Synthesis is an effective tool.

It was easy to use. No coding required...
What do you dislike about the product?
In an attempt to increase revenues, they are making it more difficult to remain at your current service level. Now I have to upgrade if I don't want to spend all day putting logos in each scene. As a proud capitalist, I get it. As a Synthesia customer, it seems cheap and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have the ability to make videos of any kind. Now all we have to do is have ChatGPT write a script.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is an AI video platform that has significantly eased my work in creating tutorials and corporate presentations. I chose it because I needed video content quickly, without having to film or edit personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the demo version, few minutes of editing.

Great AI Tool for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It has a nice library of music, videos and photos
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow processing the videos. Also, the background music cannot be edited, as in using different moments at its entrance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps creating content for product or services promotion. In addition, the AI persona has a better pronunciation than me (I have thick accent), so it helps targeting better the American market.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia allows you to create your own avatar easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, the proposed voices have an American or Canadian accent which is a bit annoying, you need to explore to find one that sounds French.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia saves a lot of time and produces good quality videos.
Super easy, high quality video
What do you like best about the product?
The software was very easy to understand and implement. I was able to produce my first video in less than a couple hours. There are plenty of templates to use that also makes it easy to get started. The quality of the video generated was very good and the stock avatars sound great. I was also able to create an avatar of myself that looked and sounded just like me. I did have to call support for some help and they were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure you understand how pricing works before you start generating videos. You can burn through minutes quickly. Key is to use their preview mode to get it as good as possible before you generate the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, we don't have resources or expertise to produce high-quality videos. Synthesia is a very cost-effective option that does not require you to be a technical or marketing expert to use.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, it is easy to use though sometimes it runs slow. The customer service is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minutes, you are unable to produce a lot of video due to limited minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The music. While the avatar is speaking, the music toned down a little. The customer service helped on this issue.
Great low-cost tool with flexible voice options
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of voices in different languages and dialects. The new ability to pause videos is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video editing capabilities are limiting. I end up doing a lot of work outside synthesia and importing them in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to produce tutorial videos without needing to record audio, and to be able to do it in multiple languages and dialects easily.
