    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best is the speed at which training content can be created, it’s incredibly efficient and saves a huge amount of time. The user experience is second to none, making it intuitive and easy to use from the outset. And in the unlikely event you need support, the team responds quickly and typically resolves any issues within minutes.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I genuinely haven’t found any downsides. Whilst it’s not the cheapest option out there, it’s absolutely a case of getting what you pay for - the quality, speed, and overall experience make it well worth the investment.

    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Being able to create material and have others review it and share feedback within an hour of uploading a script, PowerPoint, or process/procedure is phenomenal. It’s a real game changer for creating engaging, high-quality content for others. The ability to update content instantly in response to regulatory changes, at the touch of a button, is incredibly valuable. It ensures material stays accurate, relevant, and compliant without the usual time and effort involved.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Synthesia for making videos and it helps me have fewer problems in the AI videos category. I really appreciate their marketing emails and enjoy the AI videos maker feature. I love all the features of Synthesia and found the initial setup to be easy.

    Fast, Script-to-Video Creation—But Pricey and Limited Customization

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that it allows me to create any type video without needing a camera or editing skills. User can type a script, choose an avatar, and generate a video very quickly. If I need to change something, I just edit the text instead of recording again. It saves me time when making presentations or training videos.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The thing I dislike about Synthesia is that it is little expensive, especially for students or small businesses. I have noticed that sometimes the avatar lip sync isn't always perfect, and customization options can feel limited for more creative projects. Also some AI voices still sound a bit robotic
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The mainly benefit of it is that it saves me a lot of time when making videos. Instead of recording myself, setting up a camera, and editing everything afterward, I can just type my script and generate a video with an AI avatar. I've used it for presentations and training content, and it makes updating videos much easier whenever I need to change something.
