What do you like best about the product?

What I like about Synthesia is the incredible speed with which projects can be completed and the ease of use. I love that they are always innovating with tools to improve the quality of the videos, especially the Motion tool, which I find very valuable because it allows for the creation of incredible variables, making the videos more attractive. Also, the initial setup was very intuitive and simple.

What do you dislike about the product?

I believe that the integration for Bulk could be better. I would like them to improve the creation of videos in bulk.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synthesia accelerates project creation, making it incredibly fast and easy. I like the constant innovation in its tools, improving the quality of the videos.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Synthesia for its ease of use and new features. The pronunciation and scripting features are helpful, making the narrative for training videos sound more naturalistic. Synthesia also makes it easier to keep up with the different stipulations and change requirements from regulatory bodies.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'm having a lot of challenges with the studio avatar uploads in Synthesia, as sometimes it just doesn't work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Synthesia to produce training videos at scale, which helps in keeping up with regulatory changes easily.

What do you like best about the product?

I think it’s very easy to use and quick to learn. When I need help, I get a fast response from a real person. The product itself feels lifelike and does what it says it does.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the biggest downside can be the unreliable generate times. Sometimes it's quick and sometimes it is slow. That can be the case for videos of a similar size. On the rare occasion the generation gets stuck at 18% and needs a red-do

It is creating human like avatars and voices to help me build eLearning

I like how easy it is to use and how quickly it can be learned, without needing to review any manual, simply by following the steps indicated by the program itself. I also appreciate the number of features it keeps incorporating, as well as the improvement of avatars and translations, with the possibility of using a "custom" translation.

What do you dislike about the product?

A disadvantage for me is the time it takes to transform a file; for example, converting a PPT into a video.

Facilitate the transmission of educational content that is sometimes a bit difficult to digest, presenting it in a dynamic and pedagogical way.

The speed at which I can create all kinds of training videos has significantly improved my efficiency. The platform is user-friendly, and they’re constantly rolling out new features that make it even better.

The timeline editing feature is new and was highly requested, but it still feels a bit clunky to use.

Using it for translation, quick demo video creation, and the ability to use our leadership as avatars has really helped speed up our video turnaround.

Sometime pronunciation needs too much work to be adjusted. Creating personal avatars sometimes are produced with low quality

Creating an avatar of myself and putting it into different spaces and outfits I think it is pricey but the best out there. It produces different things, like different pronunciations of the same word in the same video. Even using the new feature of speaking the pronuciation of a word.

Generation has become somewhat faster but it still takes a long time to generate

I find Synthesia super amazing due to its ease of use, which is great when recording tutorials for my online program. I really like the variety of avatars available from different ethnic groups with various expressions. It makes creating interactive videos much simpler and more relatable. I appreciate the opportunity to use different avatars to represent parts of the videos, which helps in conveying my message effectively. Additionally, I value the Feature Fridays as they keep me informed about new features or improvements and show me how to use them, which is helpful. Plus, having access to links for the content makes it easy to apply new features to my videos, and that's super amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the synthetic voices could be improved. They sometimes make sounds that make the video feel a bit disconnected, like when the sounds are too loud or not fluid enough. Also, the hand gestures of the avatars don't look natural. Sometimes it seems like the hands only have three or four fingers instead of five.

I use Synthesia to record tutorials quickly with clear avatars. The ease of use and variety of avatars from different ethnic groups enhance my videos and make them more interactive.
