What do you like best about the product?

I find Synthesia brilliant. I particularly appreciate the huge selection of avatars and the use of AI, which is much better than other tools like Camtasia. The avatars are very comprehensive and well-made, and the matching voices are very good in every language. The support at Synthesia is professional and very fast. What I like best is that you are always kept informed about the status of things, so you always feel well taken care of. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Synthesia to be super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The synchronization later when creating the video between the recorded image and the text is unsatisfactory. For example, when I insert pauses, both the image and the text pause simultaneously. I would like to have an option to pause the text while the image continues to run, so that I can synchronize my mouse movements on the screen with the text.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had problems creating extensive videos because unclear error messages appeared. But Synthesia offers top support, which was able to help me very well and ultimately solve the problem.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how creative I can be in making videos with Synthesia. The avatars are awesome, and I appreciate the interactive buttons and flexibility in writing video scripts. These features let me create content that's engaging and interactive for my followers. Also, the editor is very robust, so I don't need to use additional video software. The initial setup was super easy, barely an inconvenience.

What do you dislike about the product?

It stinks that they took away free tier so I can't download 1 minute videos anymore.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Synthesia to create lifelike videos without showing my face. The avatars and interactive features make my content engaging and interactive, helping me share AI and avatar knowledge creatively.

What do you like best about the product?

Synthesia is a good software to use if you do not have the ability to film or produce a video piece. It will allow you to quickly and easily create a video from a prompt instead of having it produced from scratch. Using AI to create realistic people, you can have an easy explainer video.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the videos are good, it is still clear that they are AI-generated, and there is more that can be done to ensure that they are realistic and authentic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synthesia allows us to create videos at times when we might not have the budget to be able to do so.

I really like how seamless and useful the AI avatars are. I also appreciate how easy it is to navigate the platform and shoot videos. The chat support and help center is very useful.

Some clicks can be reduced- like ability to translate videos in bulk, ability to organise videos.

Very user-friendly. I didn’t need any training to get started using the tool, and it felt intuitive right away.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, nothing else—just that there’s no Pro version with the translation features. If you need those, you have to get an enterprise plan, which doesn’t make any sense to me. It should be more like Canva, where the Pro license enables you to use all the features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For starters, it helps improve the learner experience by making learning more interactive and exciting. As the saying goes, a picture paints a thousand words. So far in my organization, people have really loved the videos.

I've been really impressed with Synthesia. It makes creating videos so much easier and cuts out a lot of the usual hassle. The avatars look surprisingly natural, and the whole process feels quick and straightforward. It's been a huge time-saver for getting professional-looking content done fast. I really like the different voices available; most are very natural. As I work in the UK, having multiple UK voices available is handy. The initial setup was very easy, and my account manager was excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can take some time to generate the finished video, so if that process could be quicker that would be ideal.

What I like best is the speed at which training content can be created, it’s incredibly efficient and saves a huge amount of time. The user experience is second to none, making it intuitive and easy to use from the outset. And in the unlikely event you need support, the team responds quickly and typically resolves any issues within minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?

I genuinely haven’t found any downsides. Whilst it’s not the cheapest option out there, it’s absolutely a case of getting what you pay for - the quality, speed, and overall experience make it well worth the investment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to create material and have others review it and share feedback within an hour of uploading a script, PowerPoint, or process/procedure is phenomenal. It’s a real game changer for creating engaging, high-quality content for others. The ability to update content instantly in response to regulatory changes, at the touch of a button, is incredibly valuable. It ensures material stays accurate, relevant, and compliant without the usual time and effort involved.

Its easy to use and can the avatars are very realistic for the type of tutorials we needed to create.

Some areas the audio of the avatar was off so this can be improved.
