What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create professional-looking videos without needing expensive equipment or on-camera talent. The AI avatars and voiceovers look natural, and the platform makes it simple to produce content in multiple languages, which is perfect for training and global audiences. The interface is intuitive, and the quick turnaround saves a huge amount of time compared to traditional video production.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Synthesia is very powerful, there are a few limitations. The customization options for avatars and gestures can feel a bit limited, so videos sometimes lack variety. Also, rendering times can be slower for longer projects. Finally, while the voices are impressive, some tones still sound slightly robotic in certain contexts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves the challenge of producing high-quality video content quickly and affordably. In the past, creating training or marketing videos required filming equipment, editing skills, and presenters, which took a lot of time and budget. With Synthesia, we can generate videos in multiple languages, adapt scripts easily, and update materials without re-shooting. This makes it much easier to scale our communication and deliver consistent, engaging content to different audiences worldwide.

I appreciate the time-saving feature of the AI video generator, which has significantly reduced my workload by at least 75%. I value the product's quality, including the sound, speakers, and diverse avatar options. It is easy to use, enhancing accessibility for my organization. Additionally, I find it helpful in converting complex text material into an accessible audiovisual format, especially benefiting employees with learning differences. The ease of training others on its use is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to have some improvements in the way geisha and video uploads work. I've had issues where the process is not streamlined, which can become frustrating.

Easy intuitive fun and powerful with a wide range of characters backgrounds, music actions and languages to choose from. Creating my own avatar was fun and incredibly powerful to watch and listen to myself but also to others watching me!

The creation of my voice and my video was more challenging than we thought. Ultimately, we have to get a high resolution camera. For the Voice. we had to use 11 labs and a sound studio.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has completely changed the way I create video content. Most of the AI avatars look incredibly realistic, which makes the videos engaging and professional. What impressed me most is how simple it is to generate a full video just from a script or even a short prompt. The templates make the process even easier, so you don’t need any video editing skills to produce something polished. It saves me hours compared to traditional video production. Overall, it’s a user-friendly, powerful tool that delivers impressive results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the voice options feel a little limited for certain tones or languages. In my particular case to dutch.

Synthesia saves me a lot of money (for an editor) and lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to edit and the AI prompt to create a video is great. Have created four videos with ease.

I'm yet to find a downside maybe the delay it takes to generate a video but really clutching at straws.

To be able to create quick and effective videos that are professional and very engaging.
Shortcut for quality content creation
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very intuitive to navigate and the has a quick learning curve for users. Its able to generate quality content quickly and efficiently. We were able to crank out materials for an online training platform so much more quickly than using traditional filming methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library of icons and videos is fairly limited. Its also difficult to change inflection of some of the voices. Most importantly, there is a very limited number of quality male avatars to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to create a library of video content for a course quickly. We don't have the budget or time for setting up filming days and Synthesia was able to allow us to move forward on this project quickly and efficiently while still creating quality materials.

The ability to change voices, write scripts, upload documents, and have the software summarize and create video templates is invaluable. It significantly enhances our promotional and course content, making it more modern and engaging for students. The ease of navigation and the straightforward setup process add to the seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the credit system challenging. I recently encountered a situation where I ran out of credits while updating course content, which forced me to stop my work until the renewal date. It would be beneficial if there was an option to purchase additional credits in advance as a one-time purchase, allowing me to complete the videos without interruption.

I use Synthesia to create more engaging and modernized videos with less effort, benefiting our students and saving time with concise AI avatars.
