Synthesia has everything I need
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Synthesia to create marketing and product how-to videos for my clients. It has combined the best AI voices and avatars with a flexible video editor to accomplish what I need in less time and without the hassle of adding external voice-over tracks. The ease of editing the narrative for changes is my favorite part!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Synthesia is the limited customization of editing you'd get compared to a full video editing suite. I do find the tradeoff of speed for customization well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia helps me create video content faster which speeds up my workflow.
Business Processes Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, and the steps are repeatable. AI features make generating new content reasonably easy, with minimal adjustments. This makes for a simple but repeatable process in creating content that is familiar and easy for our company to use and generate sustainable content. Prebuilt templates allow for basic outlines but allow for a significant amount of flexibility. This is a great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have encountered is that dictation seems to change between voice actors. One voice will read a word or phrase differently than another. This makes trying to find the right tone and cadence slightly difficult. I would also like to see a slightly faster cadence on most voices, as I think keeping people engaged, involves moving through content at the right speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is providing a platform for our project controls to easily generate content for micro trainings and ensure consistent messages are delivered. Content takes time, Synthesia provides a simple tool to generate consistent format and content.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly and easy to grasp for a learner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the preset avatars were not so robotic and would be ideal if they would do more movements such as walking etc.

The learners are more engaged with videos over text
Timely customer service support
What do you like best about the product?
I had a question about my account and reached out to customer service. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately and resolved my issue. The support team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. It's rare to find such prompt and reliable service these days. Highly impressed and truly appreciated!
What do you dislike about the product?
One suggestion for improvement: it would be even more convenient if common issues could be resolved through a live chat feature. Sometimes, waiting for email replies or phone calls can be a bit time-consuming. Adding a chat option would make the experience even smoother and more efficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I loved how easy it was to create a video. The interface was simple, and I didn’t need any technical skills to get started. Great experience overall!
As a small business owner Synthesia is about to rock my world........
What do you like best about the product?
..Or is that sky rocket my productivity? My AI Twin is so life like and the effortless implementation is one to keep me and may SMEs coming back time and time again. The best support is no support at all and I've created multiple avitars whilst conducting other tasks and functions. That's 99.9% CX from me
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost unfortunately. I would love a green screen avator but I'm scared to enquire. Any button which reads "Contact us now" equates to a from price which may just beyond my marketing and tech budget for this year. Maybe talk about a from price in you ChatBot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many tasks and not enough hours in the day. Allows and facilitates my content team to create content without me. Previous they have been using my AI Voice only from NatrualReaders and it saves a lot of time but video too this is a game change for Lifeworkz Limited

REALIZING HOW EASY IT IS TO CREATE AN AVATAR AND THE POSSIBILITIES IT OFFERS YOU IS DAZZLING, YOU SIMPLY WANT TO KEEP GOING AND GOING.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT'S A SHAME THAT YOU CAN'T CUSTOMIZE YOUR PERSONAL AVATAR, LIKE CHANGING THE CLOTHES, AND THAT YOU CAN'T CREATE AN AVATAR FROM A PHOTO IS ALSO A DOWNSIDE.

SIMPLIFY THE CREATION OF IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING VIDEOS THAT WITHOUT THE TOOL MIGHT TAKE MONTHS

Synthesia's avatars are genuinely game changing learning tools
What do you like best about the product?
It's a world leading provider so has a depth of resource that can resolve almost all user issues and the support team are responsive and keen to help however they can. It's a genuinely intuitive tool and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the wiping of unused minutes at the end of every month and the inability to transfer generated content from one account to another without it arriving un-generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The next generation of learners don't want to read, they want to listen and watch and Synthesia is perfect for that type of delivery. The templates and image and video libraries are terrific and inspire me to be creative when I wasn't sure what to do next.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia makes video production incredibly easy and accessible. The user interface is intuitive, the templates are well-designed, and the avatars look very professional. I was able to create polished videos within minutes, without needing a camera, microphone, or editing skills. It’s a huge time-saver and perfect for marketing, training, or social content.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is excellent overall, I’d love to see more avatar customization options and a wider variety of gestures or expressions. Additionally, rendering times can occasionally be a bit long for high-resolution videos. One other consideration is the price — it's a bit on the high side, especially for smaller businesses or individual creators. That said, the value is still solid if you’re producing content regularly.

Synthesia allows me to create professional-quality videos without needing expensive equipment, filming, or editing skills. It solves the problem of time-consuming and costly video production. Now I can produce training, marketing, and onboarding videos quickly and consistently, which saves both time and money while maintaining a high standard of quality. It’s especially helpful when I need to scale content creation or localize videos for different audiences.
