THE PRODUCT IS SIMPLY GREAT!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the quality of the output. Synthesis went away and did its own research on our company to enrich the script that I provided, which was simply awesome! Also, the customer support was excellent and really rapid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that Synthesia down for me was the lack of British English speaking avatars. I felt there weren't enough based on the low tier subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's about the speed with which you can build high-quality videos.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly. It offers a blank canvas for the skilled creator as well as templates for those needing less customization. You may even create your own, personal Avitar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only change I'd suggest is that if you've deleted the background from your personal Aivtar video and find the result lacking, a background could be restored or replaced with alternatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other Avatar generator i like their avatars because its has more realistic gestures, and faces.

10 minutes a month plan for a starter is not enough.

for repeating presentation of new agents of real state, instead of talking to them for onboarding i just play an explainer video.
A Game-Changer for Course Development!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user of Synthesia for 2 years now, using it to help create learning content for our organization. I've been super impressed with its capabilities -- it's user-friendly and makes the content creation process fun.
Having this tool in my content creation toolkit is a huge bonus. I don't need to go to our video producer when I want to publish a course, I can just do it myself. I always highly recommend Synthesia to organizations and people looking for an AI-based course creation tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Synthesia. It's a great product, and their customer support and documentation is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has allowed us to create more content because the creators don't need high-quality production equipment to produce a great looking video.
Easy and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has made it easy to create informational videos. Even if you don't have a lot of time to invest in creating media, with Synthesia pretty much anyone can create pretty high quality videos in a very short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you hit the Generate button, you are no longer able to edit and republish that video without using additional time credit for an additional video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is how to create content efficiently. Synthesia helps me do that.
Easy entry into the world of AI avatars
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface for creating videos with AI avatars; easy to understand, fast-responsive, with preview option; also great is the connection to databases of freely available images and videos that can be used in generated videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation of video generation time within the selected monthly subscription plan; watching already used up time of generated videos is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At synthesia, we create educational content for our employees. Thanks to AI avatars, we are much more efficient at doing this than if we were to film the content live.
After a couple of hours and am up and running using the product.

Till now everything positive. I have been using this product for more than a week now.

Opening New Opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
There are two aspects that I thoroughly enjoyed. This is the ease of use, and the creative was that the characters interact with backgrounds. I found the software platform intuitive to use, and the ability to go from absolute beginner to publishing my first video was relatively easy. This is a game changer to other platforms that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
My greatest challenge is getting a South African accent for my own voice. The limited capacity to use my own voice means that I am i=unable to use my personal avatar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software allows us to create product explainer videos for our clients. Using avatars means not having to reshoot videos when staff members leave the company. Also this enables us to use culturally relevant avatars.

There a re a few niggles I have come accross in the Free & Starter system that need fixing.

The most amazing thing that I love is Synthesia helps to reduce my time consuming upto 50%
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, I need more improvement from Synthesia. There're many dislikes, but the most crucial I want to mention is about the ability of AI to generate video.
- Text to video: almost useless to me, or maybe I don't know the proper prompts, however, the generated videos unable to meet my expectation.
- Video from file: it cut off 90% of my important information from my uploaded files. So, I have to create slides manually.
