The quality of the videos is very high, also the voice set includes many languages (inclugin italian that was relevant for us)
We mostly use it via API and the API works fine, so that the integration has been smooth

The credit system is not 100% clear, it's complicated sometime to navigate how you spent them via API

The voices are realistic and it's pretty easy to figure uot how to create.

The best tool and platform I have used to produce quality videos using an Avatar and AI.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part besides using the platform was the customer support. I came across a few issues and needed help resolving what would be considered off hours, but the Synthesia team was there to help get me through to complete the tasks. I like the fact that I can use my own PowerPoint presentations and augment them with my Avatar voice to make a powerful presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about the Synthesia platform, but wish there was another plan to allow the user to increase the allotted annual minutes as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems Synthesia is solving is the now ability to use content created in other platforms like PowerPoint as part of the video presentation by simply importing the presentation. This is a huge problem that has now been resolved through use of the Synthesia platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Frankly I love this platform for its user friendly interface. Creating a video for ads or Information becomes much easier using this AI Platform. Ideas can turn into videos without much skills of editing a video. Its AI have bridge most of the gap for that. The availability of Templates make user more effective by improving the basics from the templates available. I also love the voice for its clarity and expressive tone. The choice of Avatars and voices available are extraordinarily powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love most parts of it but i wish that there were customizable voices and Avatars which will deeply enhance the diversity in output. I also wish that the price to be more moderate. The user needs to do a lot of learning to have an excellent output for work using this platform.

This platform have made Editing videos which are needed for promotion much easier without much professional expertise in editing videos. It saves time and resources using this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use Synthesia to create videos for our LMS in the field of digital vocational training. It’s very easy to use, offers a lot of options to customize videos, and the templates are especially well-suited for business purposes. The AI avatars that can be generated from a picture look very realistic, and overall the platform makes producing professional content much faster and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI avatars are good, but not perfect. Sometimes the speech feels a bit choppy, and with custom avatars the voice can sound a little unnatural. Facial expressions and gestures have improved a lot, but occasionally you still notice glitches like mouth movement even when no text is spoken. For our use case, though, the quality is more than sufficient.

ynthesia helps us create professional training videos for our LMS without the need for expensive video production or external agencies. It allows us to update and adapt content quickly, which is essential in digital vocational training where topics and requirements change fast. The platform saves time and resources while still delivering high-quality, business-oriented video content that fits perfectly into our e-learning approach.
Great Product and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the avatars and the ability to create realistic videos from my own scripts. also the ability to add backgrounds and create separate scenes to align to topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the manual review process take a while which slows down my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The avatars are fantastic and there are sufficient avatars to use for my topics. I can create high quality videos from my own content in my own time. Mainly I now have 100% control over the content I create. Additionally I can create high quality training assets as I need them and can update and edit as required. This saves me an enormous amount of time.
Amazing Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Used this platform to create avatar-led videos. It was very user friendly, and the integration with Getty images and video, etc. made it easy to find the images/video I was looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I found challenging was getting certain avatars to say acronyms correctly, even using the pronunciation feature. In the preview it would be correct and once generated the video it wasn't - a bit frustrating and time consuming!

This allowed the company to save money from outsourcing to someone else.
