life changing technology
What do you like best about the product?
AI personal avatar templates AI editor . It's easy to use .its amazing I am creating training videos . Creating content for my website .its very helpful and innovative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos getting rejected sometimes I think unnecessary.it doesn't violate anything! It's really annoying

It's really useful it helps me to save a lot of time . It's very innovative way of creating content .very creative and unique content for me

What do you like best about the product?
Although I could have created the video using the free version, I couldn’t be more thrilled having paid for the higher-level subscription—it was absolutely worth it! I strongly recommend this platform to anyone looking for an efficient and polished way to create video content.

I'm such a new user and had such a great initial experience, I can't think of anything negative about this experience at the moment.

Synthesia is excellent for creating AI Avatar style videos!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great voices, and lots of awesome ways to edit videos on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more avatars for free to be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This speeds up our process and makes our content so much more engaging than ever before. I love that we are able to use multiple narrators, avatars, and voices to make engaging content.

I have been able to quickly set up and run the software to create an engaging powerpoint presentation with Avatar. The audience was impressed.

Simplicity and the user interface is pretty clean and clear

Was having trouble with audio bleeding from other scenes because I didn't realize that if used a long clip, it would keep playing even in other scenes.
Would prefer to see a visual of the audio as a separate timeline.

No need to purchase and setup gear. No need to rent a room. No casting or release agreements.
Synthesia is a great Ai, and has the most supportive team I have seen...
What do you like best about the product?
Everything works great. The videos come up almost perfectly and even the synchronicities problems as any Ai has, are fixed by their support team. Its ease to use and until now the available features were enough.

Price could be a bit lower for individuals that are beginning a business...

I dont speak English well so, that problem was solved!
They charge you for years and give you no refund even if you don't utilize their services

Nothing, they seem to be a legit company but they are not user friendly at all.

I’ve been unknowingly paying for a Synthesia subscription for two years without ever using it beyond a single trial. When I realized this mistake, I reached out to their support team, hoping for some flexibility, especially since I hadn’t utilized the service at all. Unfortunately, they refused to provide any refund, citing their strict no-refund policy.
While I understand businesses have policies, good customer service means showing some understanding in cases like this. Many other SaaS companies offer at least partial refunds or credits in similar situations, but Synthesia seems unwilling to make any exceptions. This lack of customer care makes me hesitant to recommend them. Be careful when signing up—once they have your money, they won’t give it back, even if you never use the service.

Nothing, there are better platforms like Heygen
Really excellent avatars and always developing new and exciting features.
What do you like best about the product?
They technology is definitely the best I have come across and the ease with which I can create such varied videos is excellent. The customer service is also absolutely spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. It would be great to have clear bolt on costs but I do feel the sales team are approachable and understand my needs and so if I ever needed to add to my package I feel as though I could. It would be great to have a package between creator and enterprise.

Creating rapid content with a number of colleagues without needing to record live studio footage.
