The ease of use for beginners, the number of features available and the ease of implementation / translation capabilities.

Limited functionality across scale, and the inability to bulk upload.

Saves a lot of time and cost on high-quality video production.
I have been using Synthesia to create video based business proposals and nailed it

The ease of use and the versalitity of usage (training, translation of HR policies, video proposals, etcetera). I am even proving training to customers now.

Keep improving the avatars you can create yourself.

A major downside of using Synthesia is the limited customization options for avatars. Additionally, there were ocassional lag during editing features.

I love this platform! I don't see anything that needs improvement.
