Time-Saving Video Creation with Impressive Templates and Interactive Features
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create videos with their avatars has saved me countless hours that I would have otherwise spent recording behind the microphone. The templates provided are highly professional and offer a wide range of impressive options. They even motivate me to design some of my own templates and features. I especially appreciate the interactive elements I can add to my videos, such as quizzes and branching scenarios. Editing videos after production is also incredibly straightforward—there’s no need to redo the entire video just because of a change in pricing or delivery. Their help and support at the Enterprise level has been amazing and the help videos and courses are comprehensive. And, perhaps most importantly, I can easily translate my videos into other languages, creating a more accessible experience for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some practice to create a personal avatar, and my initial attempts looked quite unrealistic. I am still figuring out how to make an avatar that genuinely resembles me, both in appearance and voice. It would also be helpful to have an option for a deliberately non-realistic avatar, as that could suit certain situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating videos is a time-consuming process, and I just don't have enough hours to produce the volume required for my course. Synthesia has truly been a lifesaver, providing an intuitive platform that enables me to generate highly professional videos with impressive interactivity, something I haven't encountered with other products. The avatars are outstanding, and the translation feature allows me to connect with a wider audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I use synthesia a lot in my work to streamline my workflow and generate voice overs for advertisements. This tool is excellent at generating high-quality videos quickly, which has made my life much easier. i have also had excellent support from the synthesia team when I've had any queries or issues that have been promptly answered
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to use a bit more nuance when it comes to the tone of voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking actors for social media advertisements is often a challenging and time-consuming process. With Synthesia, however, this issue is significantly minimized, which has saved me a great deal of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Synthesia enables me to make any type of content, which is really helpful for creating corporate videos. I appreciate the availability of many languages, which adds great value, especially since I work for a multinational company; I can scale anything.

The words and the avatar's mouth generally do not match. They need to feel more human.

The cost. It's costly and a bit expensive.

I love how easy it is to use Synthesia. It allows me to easily create videos without needing to pay attention to recording, setting, clothes, etc. I appreciate the personal avatar feature, which is essential for me to send videos of myself, not generic ones. The initial setup was very easy too.

I find the speed of video generation could be improved. Also, pronunciation changes are difficult to do. There should be the ability to change inflection and movements of your personal avatar.

Revolutionized Our Social Media Content Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Synthesia because it makes creating content for social media a lot easier. As a social media specialist, I often had to wait for recruiters' free time to shoot videos, but now with Synthesia, we can shoot once and generate as much content as we want. I appreciate the realistic AI twin feature, which isn't available anywhere else, making Synthesia the best after trying many similar platforms. The initial setup was very easy, and I've shared it with my team, and they all are using it now.

Synthesia allows us to create job posts and info videos without waiting for recruiters' availability. We record once and generate unlimited content, making content creation efficient for social media.
Great Voice to text, but ai and video editing are limiting

the voice to text is useful for making videos that sound like our employees

the ai avatars arent very good, only 5 minutes per "scene". the ai generated avatars of real people have wonky video

It saves time and increases the quality of the presentations.
Interesting Potential, but Lack of Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Certainly, Synthesia seems very professional as a system, although I couldn't explore it much further. The possibility of having a dialogue 2 seems very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would add a bit more clarity on what one can or cannot do at the moment of purchase because when you read later what the issues are.
