Great Solution for Individuals Working with multiple Clients
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the option to have a “work” phone without having to have a second phone. Also, my coworkers all have an extension so I don’t have to remember cell numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fax option is not that user friendly in my opinion. You can’t customized fax cover sheets if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set boundaries with clients appropriately. I am able to set my extension to not disturb me from certain times without being able to get messages if there is an emergency.
Solid video conferencing solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to host video conferences with multiple parties all in one place. Having conference calls is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection lags a little and it is hard to hear participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use RingCentral to get all parties together in one space to talk about projects, events, releases, etc.
Good, but what about contacts?
What do you like best about the product?
The phone works. The texting works. They have apps and Integrations for just about everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is super difficult to create contacts or connect to my Google or Salesforce contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ITs a phone. It beats having a physical phone which has fewer features and would be more annoying to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a decent phone. Beats having real phones if you are a 21st-century company.
Great Software to Conduct Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The screen-sharing ability is fantastic and works great if you have employees in different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monthly conference calls and check-ins for status updates. No more coordinating meetings to get all employees at one location.
Fairly easy to use and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it will automatically generate calendar invites for you that can be sent to customers making it easy for them to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design seems a bit dated and could be updated to more recent design patterns

We use ring central meetings to have large company meetings and supporting customers. Most of the time it's via sharing screens and voice chat.
Nice Application

You can do multiple tasks with this application.

Sometimes it moves slow. But nothing major.

I like the live monitoring features as well as the search options & the ability to listen to & download any call

Nothing comes to mind, all positive experiences.

We use it as our only phone system in the office & the call monitoring is a huge feature used for quality checks of our agents.
RingCentral is more than just meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Ring Central is that you get other services (such as the Ring Central productivity app) as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
They seem to have a lot of glitches. My account has been suspended a few times without ever getting a real explanation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great way to pull together people from all over the world and meet with them as if you’re in the same room. We’re also getting to finally hold those seminars that logistically have not been possible. We often leave meeting open for people to just check in through out the work week.

You get more bang for your buck.
Great tool for everyday video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
RC is so easy to use. You can schedule meetings in advance or simply start one and send an invite. Meet with one or several people at once, share a file or your desktop with the click of a button. Chat and more are completely integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls are not easy to find initially. For example, to join a call, you have to click on Video, even if you're joining an audio call. And you can't easily connect your desktop with your phone when dialing in, so there are often two different "connections" for the same person if using both laptop and mobile (I might do this sometimes if there's a poor connection or if I want to have mobility -- not be tethered to my desk -- during the meeting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RC Meetings makes it so much easier to have everyday video calls. With our remote workers, we can have regular "face time" with team members and colleagues. This benefits everyone on a project. We can have a group of people on a call and see each other easily. The video is much more reliable than Skype or WebEx too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ring Central is a really good product. We tried other VoIP systems before selecting RC and made the decision based on the pricing and support.
